本学期我担任三年级的英语教学工作。根据学生的实际情况，为更好的完成教学任务，搞好教学工作，特拟定以下教学计划：
一、学生基本情况分析
三年级大部分同学对学习英语都有浓厚的兴趣，学习英语的自信心较强，但他们从来没有学过英语，英语基础更差，教学难度很大，同时有一小部分奇特学生，他们的性格和上课的习惯等都比较特别，所以在今后的教学中，应面向全体学生，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，充分调动他们的自主能动性、积极性，并发挥团队协作精神，营造互帮互助，共同学习英语的语境。
二、教材的内容分析
小学英语学生用书是本套教材的核心，共10个单元和2个复习单元.每个单元分2个部分，复习单元为6页。英语作业本紧密配合学生用书使用，每单元的设计以学生用书中的“AB”两个部分的内容为主，共6页。此外，还有教师用书、教师卡片、学生卡片、录音磁带、课堂作业本等与之相配套。
教材充分考虑学生个体学习能力和学习习惯的差异，设计了符合各种学习模式的练习活动，如讲故事和听力游戏适合听说能力强的学生，拼字、拼卡片以及记忆游戏适合逻辑推理能力强的学生。书本上的故事有精美幽默的绘画以及听指令画画、涂颜色等活动。角色扮演以及TPR活动适合好动爱表现的学生学习，喜欢交际的学生会对教材设计的各种对子活动、小组活动、问卷式调查和访问活动感兴趣。
三、教学目标
本套教材的教学目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们英语学习的积极态度，使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心；培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调、基础，以及良好的学习习惯；使他们形成用英语进行简单日常交流的能力。同时，培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象和创造能力。更重要是本学期学生更应掌握运用英语的能力，“写与演”及时跟上。适当介绍中西方文化，培养学生爱国主义精神，增强世界意识，为学生的进一步学习奠定良好的基础。学生通过学习激发起学习英语的浓厚兴趣，培养他们学习英语的积极态度，使他们树立起学习英语的自信心，形成初步的英语语感，打好语音、语调基础，帮助他们具备初步的用英语进行交流的能力。
四、教学重点
1、能听懂、会说12组对话，并能进行简单的交流。
2、能听、说、认读73个单词（包括文具、人体部位、颜色、动物、食品、数字等6个话题），并能简单地运用。
3、能听、做、演18个游戏。
4、能学唱14首歌曲。
5、能完成对自己的自我评价活动。
6、能了解6项简单的中西方文化知识。
五、教学措施
1、会话教学(Let’s talk/Let’s play)
学生很爱玩，好表现自己。用表演和游戏的形式来进行交流，学习、运用语言，是恰当的。在会话教学中，融会话教学与情景之中，与具体的实际相联系，让学生在表演中练，再交际活动中用，这一点特别重要。本年级段学生会话表演应抓扎实，为以后的学习奠定坚实的基础。
2、词汇教学(Let’s learn/Let’s do)
学生用书中的单词都是围绕话题集中归类出现的。这样有利于记忆和展开课题的讨论。在词汇教学中应注意：（1）、巧用实物、头饰和卡片。(Let’s learn)（2）、融词汇与会话教学中，让学生感到真实性。（3）、充分发挥TPR活动的优势，(Let’s do)并可以进行改编。（4）、注意单词发音的示范性教学。
3、歌词与歌谣教学
本册书中有很多的歌曲和歌谣。如在课堂教学时间内一句，一句地教唱或领唱将会影响教学进度，而且效果也不一定好。要使歌曲和歌谣真正起到活跃教学，并服务于语言学习的作用，应该注意：
1、在每节课中渗透。
2、灵活运用在各个教学环节。
3、演唱结合，培养艺术素质。Let’s chant部分可以运用教过的知识点去改编，发挥学生的创造性。
4、趣味故事教学
本册书每单元第二部分中趣味故事的作用不仅仅是给学生带来乐趣，更重要的是起到语言的扩展和对不同学生分层次教学的作用。（1）对于理解好、记忆力强的学生，要求做到理解故事，会讲故事，表演故事，并鼓励会运用故事中新的语言。（2）对于中等学生的要求是理解故事，会跟录音指着图，讲故事。（3）对于接受能力稍慢的学生，只要求理解故事，会跟录音指图即可。
5、后进生转化措施：
在差生转化方面，我要下工夫监督学生去完成课堂作业与课后作业，课后做到个别辅导，尽量减少差生的数量。做好与家长的沟通工作，与班主任多做交流，大家齐心协力完成三年级刚开始学习英语的教学任务并能保持学生学习英语的兴趣。
6、优秀生提高措施：
在优生提高方面，保持学生学习英语的兴趣。在课堂上多让学生参与表演，多练习对话，多用英语交流。平时英语的作业检或任务由他们参与检查，及时锻炼他们的能力。
六、方法措施:
1、认真备课，钻研教材，抓紧课堂教学，做到当堂内容当堂掌握。
2、运用各种不同的肢体语言来辅助教学。
3、在课堂上多开展一些有趣的活动、游戏让学生在活动中学习英语，在生活中学习英语。
4、多为学生营造一些学习氛围，如：创设英语角等等。
5、要求学生在课余时间尽量的运用已经学习的英语进行对话。
6、多看英语画报，多读英语故事，多看英语书籍。
7、多与学生交流，进行口语交际训练。

五、教学措施：
1、认真备课，钻研《新标准英语》教材，进行课堂的有效教学，提高课堂效率，做到当堂内容当堂掌握。
2.创新运用各种不同英语教学法来辅助教学，如：情景教学法、直接教学法和TPR全身反应法，并开展一些有趣的活动、游戏让学生在轻松的氛围中学习英语。
3、创设英语情景和环境，使学生们在一定的英语语言环境里习得“第二语言”。做到“生活中有英语，英语中有生活”。
4、鼓励学生大胆说英语，肯定他们的进步（尤其是英语基础不好的学生），树立学生的信心，培养学生朗读和书写的习惯。
5、注重教材的灵活性和可操作性，以满足不同层次的学生的需求。帮助英语基础不好的学生，提升英语基础好的学生。
6、多教授chant和歌谣或小故事等促进学生多单词和句型的记忆。充分利用教科书中的课文创设栩栩如生的情景，如打电话、购物、生日聚会、野餐、旅游、问路、看病等，为学生提供使用英语进行交流的机会。
7、课堂尽量全英化，打好每名同学的英语基础，重点提高差生的英语功底，同时适当地补充些课外内容，强化口语和应试能力，对每一单元的内容力争人人过关。
8、练习形式多种多样，手、脑、眼、肢体并用，静态、动态结合，基本功操练与自由练习结合，单项和综合练习结合。通过大量地实践，使学生具有良好地语音、语调、书写和拼读地基础，并能用英语表情达意，开展简单的交流活动。
六．减负提质措施：
在学习语言知识的同时，教给学生正确的学习方法和学习技巧。提高课堂教学质量，培养良好的学习习惯。着重学生之间的合作学习。
七．潜能生转化措施: 三年级的学生普遍英语程度较好,有较浓厚的学习兴趣,但同时,有个别同学却基础非常差,家长对英语的重视程度也很不够.在本学期,我将对这几名同学在课余时间进行有针对性的辅导,并与家长积极进行沟通,取得家长的配合.在课堂上,给与他们更多的关注,争取在本学期取得进步.八．评价措施：
注重过程评价，促进学生发展, 建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。该评价体系由形成性评价和终结性评价构成。在英语教学过程中应以形成性评价为主，注重培养和激发学生学习的积极性和自信心。终结性评价应着重检测学生综合语言技能和语言应用能力。评价要有利于促进学生综合语言运用能力和健康人格的发展；促进教师不断提高教育教学水平；促进英语课程的不断发展与完善。九 环境教育：
