六年级英语教学总结
本学期我担任六年级英语教学,经过一学期的学习,大多数学生都对英语学习产生了兴趣,而强化他们的学习兴趣是这学期的工作之重。做好教学准备,提高课堂效率。教学中,备课是一个必不可少,十分重要的环节,备学生,又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好,会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性。一堂准备充分的课,会令学生和老师都受益不浅备课充分,能调动学生的积极性,上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力,因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入,不让其分心,这就很讲究方法了。
2、采用多种方法,活跃课堂教学气氛。要想小学英语课堂教最大限度地引起学生的学习兴趣,让学生感受到运用所学语言成功地达到某种目的后的愉快。只有通过游戏活动来表现情景,让教学情境化。大多数小学生都喜欢课堂教学游戏,游戏会令他们动起来给学习带来快乐,是机械的句型操练起来也变得生动、活泼、有趣味。游戏活动的使用能使抽象语言内容变成一种具体、形象的情景,具有直观性、趣味性和竞争性等特点,能有效地激发他们学习的积极性。
3、更新教学观念,全面实施素质教育。英语教学方法也要有所改变,这就要求进一步优化教学方法的组合。课堂上教师采用什么教学方法,学生就往往采用相应的学习方法,它直接影响着的学生的学习效果。为此,教师在课堂教学上应努力以灵活多样的教学方法,精心设计教学过程中的各个环节,围绕学生能力素质的发展进行教学。可采用“知识技能,学习能力,学习态度”来做为确定学习状态的特征变量,从而为促进学习能力素质的全面发展服务。
存在的不足:
1、技巧性组织英语课堂教学
本学期教学中,上课时发现有的同学走神、做小动作、低头或看其它书籍等,有时我在想,英语对有些学生来说怎么就那么难学,甚至排斥,是英语不好学?我想还是我本人的问题,对于课堂上的这些问题,我还没有找到一个解决的方法,怎样做教师既可以顺利完成教学任务,增加英语教学的真实性,又可以起到提醒学生的作用?
2、适当的评价
对学生而言,各种评价很重要。适当的评价可以使学生认识自我,树立自信。同时也有助于他们反思及调整自己的学习过程,本学期,在教学过程中教学评价这方面还有待于本人的进一步研究。
不管怎么说,本学期的英语教学工作完成还是不错,虽然还有很多不足之处,我想这些不足,将是今后英语教学工作中的动力和努力方向,相信通过自己的不断努力和提高,我的英语教学工作一定会迈向一个新台阶。
