小学英语赛讲课总结
又一轮赛讲课结束了,我们英语组参赛的十二位老师在此次活动中都展示出了自己的特色,形成了各自的教学风格并以此次活动为契机完善了自己的课堂标准。
老师们在课堂上的所展示出的较高的个人素质,不仅给我,也给所有听课教师留下了深刻的印象:像孙老师的严谨有序;金老师的精思巧授;张磊老师的巧妙延伸;邵老师老师的大胆创新;梁老师的朴实自然;尹老师的紧凑利索;王丽娟老师的认真质朴;相老师的精心设计;张老师的沉着从容;刘老师的生动有趣;倪老师的巧妙严密。通过本次活动,让我们又重新认识了我们身边的老师,让我们感受到了原来我们的老师也可以这么棒,这么的出色。
一、进步之处:
1、重教师角色的转变,创设了民主、平等、和谐的教学氛围。课堂上,教师与学生进行平等对话与交流,与学生一起讨论和探索,使课堂氛围宽松,学生对学习倍感亲切;教师鼓励学生主动自由地思考、发问、选择,使教师的教与学生的学的活动真正是一种交往、一种对话、一种沟通、一种合作和共建。
3、小组合作学习的有效组织。多数教师的课上都采用了小组合作学习,这是一种很有效的学习方式,它可以弥补一个教师难以面向有差异的众多学习者的教学的不足,从而真正实现使每个学生都得到发展的目标。从课堂来看,大部分的课学生在合作学习、解决问题的过程中有合理、明确的分工;学生能按照一定规则开展讨论,学会表达自己的观点,与他人进行交流,学会倾听别人的想法,激发出新的灵感。
二、不足之处:
1、教学的评价形式单一,显得与教学过程相剥离。评价应该有机地融合于教学过程,教师及时的、随机的激励性评价可以牵引教学导向、激发学习动机、调节课堂气氛。教学过程中,教师的评价性语言显得笼统而缺少激励性。总是“Good、“Great””Clever”等语言。缺乏针对性的即时评价,缺乏组织学生的自我评价。
2、有些老师课堂创编的chant只是一种表面上让课堂热闹起来但实际上却没有多大意义的“花架子”,因为一个肤浅的、没有经过仔细推敲的chant只是一种简单的教学手段,学生的思维活动是被动的,缺乏对语言更深刻的领悟。所以chant只是再现了新句型,让人感觉千篇一律、乏味枯燥。
3、不能体现让学生自己质疑问难,总是老师在提出问题让学生回答。
三、启示思考
新课堂渴望更多精彩的回答是从学生嘴里表达出来的,渴望更多课堂教学的动人场面也是在学生身上表现出来的。因此,我们要让学生学会学习,学会创造性地学习!传授知识只是给了学生一个肉眼;开阔视野、传授方法才给了学生一个显微镜。
新课程呼唤我们的教师要有个性的教学,更呼唤教师素质的提升。教学条件固然重要,而素质更重要。条件和手段在一定程度上靠教师去创造。因此,教师的素质应有合理的知识结构、高尚的人格魅力、个性化的教学风格、和谐的师生关系和可贵的创新精神,真正在课堂“指点江山”,在课外“激扬文字”。

二、初读课文
1、大家读得可真认真啊!这些词语你能读准吗?请你读,老师喜欢你读词语的节奏感,但是有一处错误,哪位同学听出来了?你来说,对,应该读漂流,不要读成漂(四声),漂组词漂亮,跟老师读一遍,漂流。
2、请你再读,声音响亮,字音准确。
3、看来字音大家已经不成问题了。你觉得课文当中的8个生字哪一个最难记?你来说,你认为“滚”字最难记。同学们,我们一起来写一写,记住这个字。黄河滚滚,所以左边是三点水,右边部分是一个“公”字把一个“衣”字隔开。大家记住这个字了吗?

各位老师们上午好,我很高兴能参加这次比赛。我的名字叫冷凌萱,今年我12岁了。我是来自横路中心完小六年级一班。现在我将开始我的演讲《我的梦想》。
每个人都有自己的梦想,有些人想成为医生有些人想成为作家家。但是我的梦想是成为一个老师。因为我钦佩老师。老师在学校不能教我们很多东西,但是他们尽他们最大的努力去教我们怎么学习。由于他们我们学到了很多知识。并且同时我们学到了怎样去过一个幸福的生活。他们花大部分的时间在他们的学生身上。他们在我心里是最好的。
我知道我的梦想实现不是那么容易。张海迪阿姨有次说过:“每个人的生活是一艘船,理想就是船帆。”假如说理想是驶向成功的船,我将要掌好船舵。
所以从现在开始我将更努力的学习。我相信我的梦想总有一天将会实现。我的演讲结束,谢谢您们的聆听。

本次赛课中优秀教师脱颖而出:他们精心的教学设计、精炼的教学语言、精致的教学板书、精彩的教学艺术„„无不彰显出教师的聪明智慧与个人魅力,显示了他们巨大的可塑性。十几位青年教师对此次比赛高度重视,认真备课,学习课标,为我们呈现了一节节风格各异、亮点纷呈的课。下面主要从以下几个方面谈谈这次比赛带给我的收获及启示: 收获一、备课充分、设计用心。
老师们在备课过程中,能深入钻研教材,做了大量充分的准备。注重把知识和能力深入浅出又扎扎实实的传授给学生。善用多媒体课件,追求既生动形象又快捷高效的教学效果。沈玉芳和刘海霞老师标准的英语口语和新的教学理念贯穿于教学始终,她们在教学词汇时能够始终贯穿:词不离句的情景教学观念,同时巧妙用构词法知识拓展学生词汇学习。高娜老师能够把的单词游戏应用得恰当、自然和有效,使课堂气氛充满活力,调动了学生学习的积极性。杨欢老师能够很好的结合多媒体与实物图片,将单词教学直观化,减轻了学生的认知负担、提高单词学习效率。

二、教学理念创新独特。
课堂上打破了一问一答强制、封闭式的传统教学,基本能根据教学内容和学生的年龄特点及认知的规律,创设问题情境,特别是设计有探索性和开放性问题,进行开放式教学。老师们体现“以学生为主体,以教师为主导,让学生成为学习的主人”的教学原则,通过教师有序的引导、生动活泼的启发教学,激发学生积极参与、合作交流,充分发挥了学生的主体作用。

三、学生活动参与度高。
没有活动的课堂,是死气沉沉的课堂,活动在课堂教学中具有举足轻重的作用。教学效果评价标准之一,就是要学生积极参与到课堂之中,通过巧妙的活动设计,让学生在活动中体验、发现、实践、探究。刘海霞和范国英老师努力创设贴近学生实际的活动,组织并开展活动教学,在一个个充满趣味的活动游戏中锻炼了学生的听说能力,提高学生运用英语的能力。

四、注重情感激励教育。
青年教师注重情感激励教育,诱发创新情感,很好的体现和落实了新课标的精神,成为这次比赛课的又一亮点。丰建珍等老师在教学中,做到自始至终关注学生的情感,营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学气氛。尊重每个学生,积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试,保护他们的自尊心和积极性。教师的鼓励具有个性化,激励性的语言常挂嘴边,成为学生不断学习、创新不可缺乏的精神动力。收获
五、教师素养良好。
通过这次比赛,我们欣喜地看到青年教师具备良好的教师基本素质。他们教态大方得体,语言清晰,具有较强的亲和力和应变能力。曹韵迪和韩赛赛老师虽是第一次赛课,但他们在课堂上文雅得体的教态,丰富的肢体语言以及亲切和蔼的微笑,都给我们留下了深刻的印象,深受学生的喜爱。
课堂教学永远是一门遗憾的艺术,我们只有看到不足才能不断进步,发现这些问题,正视这些问题,是我们落实课堂教学有效性的前提。下面我谈几点老师们在讲课中存在的问题和留给我们的一些启示。
启示一:在教学的准备过程中,有的教师对教材不熟悉,对课程标准和教材的研究不够,对知识的储备不足。部分老师上课时,不能准确把握本节课的教学的重难点,讲课思路比较陈旧。
启示二:多媒体的使用不可完全代替必要的板书。精要的板书可增加给学生视觉的滞留时间,便于加深印象和构建知识体系。个别老师或许是因为紧张只板书了授课题目,有的甚至没有板书。多媒体教学是服务教学内容的辅助手段,过分的或不当的使用课件、图片会桎梏学生的理解能力和想象能力。
启示三:课堂中倡导的自主合作、探究学习只停留于表面,小组合作虽然热热闹闹,但只重形式,不能突出体现教师的主导作用。
小荷才露尖尖角,早有蜻蜓立上头。比赛虽已暂告一段落,但它更是一个新的起点:激励着青年教师在日后的教学活动中不断地总结,不断地创新,不断地完善,与学生在快乐和谐的教学中教学相长,树立自己独具一格的教学风格。我们有理由相信,只要我们的老师肯钻研、肯付出、肯奉献,我们的课堂教学一定会呈现多姿多彩、生机勃勃的景象。
