通知

各学部：

按照北京市教委安排，学校继续组织大学英语四、六级考试。根据《北京城市学院关于大学英语四、六级报名考试的管理办法》要求，现将2014年6月大学英语四、六级考试报名工作有关事宜通知如下：

一、考试语种

四级：英语、日语、德语、法语

六级：英语、日语、德语

二、考试时间

2014年6月14日，上午举行四级考试，下午举行六级考试。

三、报名资格

1．修完大学英语四级课程的学生才能报考英语四级。修完大学英语六级课程且CET4成绩达到425分（含）以上的准予报考CET6。报考日语、德语六级，对四级成绩不作要求。

2．学校将为全日制普通高等教育本科在校学生提供三次英语四级考试机会，专升本教育在校学生提供两次英语四级考试机会，高职高专教育通过英语应用能力A级考试的在校学生给予一次英语四级考试机会。

3．本次考试必须符合以下条件：

（1）2011级及之前入学的本科教育学生

凡参加大学英语四级考试次数少于三次、且在2013年12月大学英语四级考试中没有无故缺考的学生。

（2）2012级本科教育学生

2012级本科教育学生均可报名。

（3）专升本教育学生

凡参加大学英语四级考试次数少于两次、且在2013年12月大学

英语四级考试中没有无故缺考的学生。

（4）高职高专教育学生

高职高专教育通过英语应用能力A级考试、且未参加过大学英语四级考试的学生。

学生报名后无论是否参加考试，均计入考试总次数。

4.2013年12月考试中缺考的学生（见附件三）取消本次报考机会。

四、六级考试成绩大于等于425分的学生不能参加本次的四、六级考试。

5．2007年1月起不再接受非在校生报名考试，一经发现，全市通报批评并上报教育部考试中心。

6．本次考试报考CET6的考生必须持CET4合格证或者取得425分（含425）以上CET4成绩的成绩单。

四、报名费

英语四级35元，其中报名费25元、照相费10元（照相费由学生照相时直接交给采集相片的人）。

英语六级和小语种（含四级、六级）37元，其中报名费27元、照相费10元（照相费由学生照相时直接交给采集相片的人）。

五、请各学部必须认真、准确填写考生报名软盘中的每一个项目，不要出现漏报、错报现象。

六、各学部使用教育部考试中心编制的升级的2.0.1.0版本报名软件进行报名（具体要求见附件二）。本次考试报名工作北京地区仍需要采集考生照片。凡在北京城市学院参加大学英语四、六级考试采集过照片的学生可不用再采集照片。其他符合考试条件的考生均需参加学校统一组织的照片采集活动。具体安排为：3月 4日、6、日

7、日、8日8：00—17：00，地点在校本部图书馆大厅； 3月5日8：30—16：40在航天城校区综合楼一层大厅西侧。

七、请各学部于2014年 3 月 12日前，将下列材料交教务处：电子版可通过QQ或者邮件传给赵君，考生名册（一式一份），字库中没有的汉字，软盘中请统一下划线“_”表示，在考生名册上用正楷书写，报表统一使用A4复印纸，同时交纳报名费。报考六级的需交四级证书或成绩单复印件。

八、各学部必须将《北京城市学院关于大学英语四、六级报名考试的管理办法》（附件一）告之每位学生。需通知到每位报名学生：考生在考试当天必须携带准考证、学生证和身份证（或户口本）参加考试，并携带好考试用2B铅笔。参加六级考试的考生必须同时携带四级通过证书或四级成绩单。证件不齐者不得进入考场。考试当天不再补办任何证件，证件不齐者不得进入考场，责任自负。

三四六级考试通知（2012.9.13）

校内各有关单位及个人：

接自治区招生考试院通知，2012年12月大学英语三、四、六级考试将于12月22、23日进行。根据上级文件精神，为保证考试报名工作的顺利开展，结合我校实际，现将有关报名注意事项通知如下：

一、考试时间：

大学英语四级（CET-4）：2012年12月22日（星期六）上午 9：00～11：20大学英语六级（CET-6）：2012年12月22日（星期六）下午15：00～17：20。大学英语三级（B级）：2012年12月23日（星期日）下午15：00～17：00。

二、报名时间和组织流程：

（一）时间：2012年9月12日（星期三）至9月26日（星期三）。

（二）报名费：三级（B级）元，四级28元，六级30元

（二）报名流程：

1、9月12日-9月14日，以学院为单位，请各学院学生工作部的老师到学校教务处学籍管理科（综合楼12楼1218号房）领取报名表。2、9月15日-9月23日，各学院以班级为单位收取报名费后，将钱存入中国银行（账号：***166，户名：雷立志），于9月23日当天下午六点十分，将银行回执和报名表及考试诚信承诺书用信封装好，交到501学生办公室，9月26日以二级学院为单位统一将报名表、银行回执单及考试诚信承诺书交教务处学籍管理科。

注：全班外地实习的08级两个预防班，把报名信息表（会发给你们）填好后，扫描发邮件给学习部长唐碧秀***，并把报名费存到她的卡上。

3、9月27日-9月29日，教务处学籍管理科整理数据，并上报自治区招生考试院。数据上报之后不可更改。由于时间紧迫，请各二级学院予以高度重视，过期不候。

4、10月9日——10月21日，由教务处编排考场，打印准考证。

5、10月22日——10月30日，以学院为单位领取准考证领取准考证并完成个人核对。领证地址为：综合楼8楼教务科0804号房。二级学院领取准考证后请及时发放到个人。个人领取准考证后务必认真核对准考证信息。

强调：凡准考证上姓名、学号、身份证号、相片、性别等相关信息有错或缺漏的，于2012年10月31日前到教务处学籍管理科更正，过期不能更改，后果自负。

三、报名资格：

（一）大学英语三级：凡我校全日制学生均可报考。

（二）大学英语四级：全日制研究生、本科生和通过英语应用能力（B级）考试的专科生均可报考。

（三）大学英语六级：具有CET4合格证书，或CET4成绩达425分及以上的学生可报考CET-6。

各二级学院学工老师要求各班负责报名的同学严格按照要求组织考生报考，不符合条件的一律不准报考。各二级学院负责核对三级和四级原始成绩单。凡有弄虚作假的，一经查实，取消考试资格，并记入诚信档案，后果由自身负责。

（四）根据上级相关文件精神，凡2011年12月级2012年6月四、六级考试作弊的考生一律不能报考。

大学英语四六级作文：如何写出高分句式

一、句子开头多样化英语(论坛)是一种句型结构灵活多变的语言。由于拘泥于传统语法框架，许多初学写作的人都喜欢用名词开头写句子。这样写倒是无可非议，但若通篇文章都是干巴巴的同样结构的句子，就显得呆板生硬，缺乏生气了。事实上，在英语写作中除名词可放在句子的开头外，许多其它词类及词组均可放在句子开头的位置。

例句：Women leave their homes to take a fuller part in society as time passes.上面这句话至少还有两种开头方式：

1.As time passes, women leave their homes to take a fuller part in society.2.To take a fuller part in society, women leave their homes as time passes.二、避免一个“I”写到底

初学英文写作的人的另一通病是一个“I”写到底，句首僵硬，缺乏变化。

试读下面这段文章：

One thing in particular I remember made me feel grateful toward my mother was that one day I went and asked her for my own garden, and she let me have my own little plot.I love it and take care of it well.I loved especially to grow peas.I was proud when we had them on our table.I would pull out the grass in my garden by hand when the first little blades came up.I would patrol the rows on my hands and knees for any worms and bugs, and I would kill and bury them.上面这一段共用了八个“I”。当然上文若出自一个幼童笔下，倒不乏天真纯朴的趣味。不妨改写如下：

三、注意句子的紧凑性

1.当两个句子是围绕着同一主题的不同方面进行说明时，可以将两句中相同的成分省略，形成并列句，从而使句子更加紧凑。这也就是省略结构所表达出的英文的紧凑性。需要注意的是两句中形成对应关系的something要完全一致才可以省略，而且与相同成分相关的短语（主要是动词短语中的介词）不可以省略。另外，如果表示比较结构的句子前后有相同成分，而且此成分有短语修饰，后面的相同成分要由代词来置换，而不能直接将其省略。（如下面的例句三）

例句： They should acquire knowledge not only from books but also from the society.他们不仅要从书本中学习知识，还要从社会中汲取知识。

Either Sally must be responsible for the matter or we’ll be(responsible for the matter).或者赛丽对此事负责，或者由我们来承担责任。

The population of this country is three times as large as that of its neighbor.这个国家的人口是它邻国的三倍。（汉语可以说是它邻国的三倍，但英语一定要说是它邻国的人口的三倍，这也是英语较为汉语更为严密的一种表现）

2.条件句也是使句子紧凑的一种表达方式。这里我们介绍一下in which在条件句中的用法，它相当于条件句的引导词if，这时可译作“如果．．．那么．．．”或“当．．．时”。

例句：An ensemble that performs B in which the other performs A is excused from the rehearsal after that concert.当另外一个乐团演奏A（乐曲）时，那麽演奏B（乐曲）的乐团就有充分的理由不去彩排了。
