学生应有较明确的英语学习动机和积极主动的学习态度。能听懂教师对有关认识话题的陈述并能参与讨论。能读供七至八年级学生阅读的简朴读物和报纸杂志,克服生词障碍,理解大意。能根据阅读目的运用适当的阅读策略。能与他人合作,解决问题并报告结果,共同完成学习任务。能在学习中互相帮助,克服困难。能合理计划和安排学习任务,积极探索适合自己的学习方法。在学习和日常交际中能留意到中外文化的差异。
三、所教班级学生基本情
三班走读班,学生总体的基础明显的参差不齐有,十来个学生根本没有学习目标,完全放弃学习,但学生的纪律总体还是不错,这样为学生的学习打下良好的基础。六班是寄读班,学生总体的学习情况较好,大部分的学生有明确的学习目标,有一定的自觉性,但学生的纪律不够好,这成了班级英语成绩的总体提高的拦路虎。还有两个班级学生整体的惰性还够好是很强,自觉性较差。
另外,学生在情感态度学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不留意知识的巩固和积累。
四、奋斗目标:
钻研新课标,提高教学水平,真正做到教学相长,努力达到学校规定的教学指标。
五.本学期教学内容
全书共有十二个单元。Unit1 How often do you exercise? Unit2 What’s the matter? Unit3 What are you doing for vacation? Unit4 How you get to school? Unit5 Can you come to my party? Uint6 I’m more outgoing than my sister.Uint7 How do you make a banana milk shake? Uint8 How was your school trip? Uint9 When was he born? Uint10 I’m going to be a basketball player.Unit11 Could you please clean your room? Unit12 What’s the best radio station? 外加两个复习单元。本教材各单元话题灵活,贴近生活实际。
六、本学期的教学重点和难点
本学期的重点将继承学习词汇和习惯用语,学习的一些语法知识点有:频率副词、询问情况、方式状语、提出邀请、形容词比较级、最高级等。其中状语从句和形容词是本册的难点,将重点学习。
七、提高教学质量的可行措施及教改措施
1、多听课,特殊学校组织外出听课,更要虚心学习
2、认真钻研教材,提高自己驾驭教材的能力
3、准确引导尖子生,抓好中等生,辅导好学困生
4、作业做到全批全改,发现问题及时反溃或单独辅导
5、认真备课,认真上课,尽量提高四十五分钟的效率
6.天天背诵课文中的对话。目的:要求学生背诵并默写,培养语感。
7.天天记5个生词,2个常用句子或习语。实施:利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查,保证效果并坚持下去。
8.认真贯彻晨读制度:规定晨读内容,加强监督,保证晨读效果。
9.坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度:对英语学习实行量化制度,每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会,让进步的同学体会到成就感,让落后的同学找出差距,感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围,培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。10.对后进生进行专门辅导,布置单独的作业,让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐,树立学习的自信,尽快成长起来。
11.关注学生的情感,营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。12.实施“任务型”的教学途径,培养学生综合语言运用能力
13.在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容,创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动,吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思索、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式,学习和使用英语,完成学习任务。

七、岗位练功和继承教育
1、在教学中留意自己钢笔字和粉笔字的训练
2、多读书,在读书做笔记时要做到不是为了完全成学校的任务而读而记,要从中学到真天正适应自己提高的知识
3、在写教学反思,教学笔记、教学案例中发现自己的不足,从而有所提高
4、认真备好每一节课,至少每周备出一节象讲汇报课一样的课,加强自己的业务学习和自身素质的全面提高。
九、本学期的研究课题
为了减轻学生的课业负担,并且让学生在升入二年级后也仍对英语有爱好,特定本学期的教研课题为《向四十五分钟要成绩》。详细方案如下:
1、重视方法的指导,在单词方面改变学生以前的背词方法,尽量让学生在课堂上把握。
2、学习对话时,多想办法为学生创设情竟,以便把握。
3、课堂教学要留意情感教育,让学生感受到老师对他们的重视,因此将学生的全部留意力集中到课堂学习中。
4、有些知识点必须在课堂上检查,以便学生课后能准确完成作业,达到巩固的目的。将学生分成小组,在课堂上有些老师发现不了的问题,让小组中的尖子生充当老师的角色,以帮助老师解决问题。

在教授这一课时,我积极倡导自主合作,探究的学习方式,充分激发学生的主动意识和进去精神。但是在学案的应用过程中,如何展示和检测处理上不清楚,学生口语表达不清,交际应用练习较多,占据时间多,本课容量较大,角色表演分配时间较少,知识点的分析较少,所以以后要注意各环节的时间分配问题,掌握好课堂节奏。

第一次课预习采用课前预习,课上书写检测的方式,占用时间较多,检查的不充分。经过同组老师的指导和讨论。第二次课 我采用的是课前预习,课前书写,课上小组合作汇报预习效果,利用多媒体课件采用头脑风暴的方式,预习基数词,每个同学都参与展示。
片段二
第一次课,语言输入我采用课件展示,学生说练,层次不够清晰,语言输出练习的少。经过组内老师的讨论和自我修改。第二次课对课件进行了修改,有输入输出的过程,层次明朗。
四、“我的模式我的课”今后努力的方向
结合本节课的教学内容、教学过程和教学效果的反思,在今后的教学中要注意以下几方面:
1、备好课。备课不是简单的将知识罗列或记忆,要遵循“充分整合教材、合理挖掘教材、有效拓展教材”的方针处理教材,不仅备教材,还要备学生,并预设教学中可能会出现的各种问题及解决方法。
2、充分发挥学生的主体地位。不要老是老师在上面不停地讲,‘填鸭式’教学,要充分调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,让学生参与到课堂教学中来,多对话,多表演,变要我学为我要学。
3、充分发挥评价对学生的激励作用,在授课过程中不同的学生给以不同程度的题,然后给予表扬,从而调动全体学生的积极性,使学生愿学。
4、做好预习导学,预习导学是导学案教学中极其重要的一个环节,它既能充分体现学案的导学功能,又是实现全体先行的关键环节为学生提供了一种适合学情的,有针对性的课前预习也是一节课成功的关键。
总之,教学工作是一项认真细致和需要耐心的工作,不能有半点马虎和敷衍。同时教学工作不仅要教给学生知识,还要培养学生学习的习惯和学习的能力。只有充 分发挥教师的才智才有可能胜任这份工作,希望我能在今后的工作中做的更好
