第五篇:买方协议
买方协议合同
甲方:
乙方:
经甲乙双方共同协议,达成如下协议:
一.甲方将陕坝镇生态园小区2号楼四单元601室,建筑面积,公摊面积,室内面积,包括室内家具:电视、冰箱、洗衣机、鱼缸、太阳能、沙发、茶几、电视柜、饭桌、椅子6把、双人床2张、饮水机等,以总价二十万零五千元(205000元),卖给乙方。
二.付款方式:乙方一次性付给甲方买房款二十万零五千元(205000元),付款后甲方需将原买房合同、发票等手续交给乙方。
三.乙方付清甲方房款后,甲方需在时间内,把房屋交给乙方使用,交房时室内家具不的损坏,如有损坏,甲方必须照价赔偿,付款日之前的水费、电费、供热费、物业管理费由甲方付清,费用的相关票据、证明手续、甲方需提供给乙方。
四.乙方付清房款之日以前的有关该房的如:债务、抵押、纠纷等所有问题由甲方负责,乙方概不承担一切后果。
五.办理产权证(包括变更)时,甲方需无条件提供相关证件协助乙方办理产权包括变更,所产生的一切费用均由乙方承担。
六.本协议一式两份,双方各持一份,签字生效,签字后此协议具有法律效律。
