根据烟台大学本科毕业论文写作规范，结合英语专业特点，特制定我院英语专业本科毕业论文写作规范，具体如下：
1、字数：一般在4000词至5000英文词之间；
2、论文应该依次包括封面、扉页、致谢、摘要（中英文摘要及其对应关键词）、目录、正文、参考文献（先英文，后中文，以作者的姓氏按字母或拼音顺序排列）。
毕业论文装订顺序：封面，扉页，任务书，致谢，英文摘要、关键词，中文摘要、关键词，目录，正文，参考文献，指导教师评审表，评阅人评审表，答辩评审表，封底

N/OL15、考核和成绩评定
毕业论文的最终成绩采用五级分制（优、良、中、及格、不及格）记分。优为90以上，良为80-89，中为70-79，及格为60-69，不及格为60以下。成绩评定采用三项评分制，即由指导教师、评阅人和答辩委员会分别按百分制来评定成绩，最后将三项成绩按2：1：2的比例算出最终成绩并折合成五级分制。
1）指导教师成绩评定标准
① 工作量、工作态度（15%）
按期圆满完成规定的任务，难易程度和工作量符合教学要求；工作努力，遵
守纪律；工作作风严谨务实；能独立工作又善于与他人合作。
② 调查论证（20%）

③ 论文质量（45%）

价值。
2）评阅人成绩评定标准
① 论文完成量（15%）
难易程度和工作量符合教学基本要求。
② 调查与综合(15%)
能独立查阅文献资料和从事其它有关调研。有收集、综合和正确利用各种信
息的能力。
③ 论文质量（50%）
文章切合选题，材料丰富、内容充实，观点明确、论据充分、论证严格，构
思完整、层次分明、段落、论题间的衔接自然、舒展。文笔流畅、语言通顺、使用专业术语准确，图表清楚、符合要求。
④ 创新(20%)
有独特见解，或有一定应用价值。
3）答辩评审标准
① 报告内容（40%）
思路清新；语言表达准确，概念清楚，论点正确；实验方法科学，分析归纳
合理；结论有应用价值。
② 报告过程（10%）
准备工作充分，时间符合要求。
③ 创新（20%）
对前人工作有改进或突破，或有独特见解。
④ 答辩（30%）
回答问题有理论依据，基本概念清楚。主要问题回答准确，深入。

答：
1、让员工了解企业发展，提高员工素质，增强企业凝聚力和向心力，激发主人翁热情。
2、了解员工职业发展空间，可以问问员工他们最愿意做什么工作，最好让员工知道如果想提升到理想职位，做自己想做的事，他们还需要什么样的经验、技能和知识，这样既明确了工作职责，同时又帮助员工进行了合理的职业生涯规划，为员工建立工作目标，对待员工一定要做到公平公正。
