首先是考官介绍公司的情况，还有工资待遇、工作岗位等，然后是自我介绍。（每轮面试时间为二十分钟到三十分钟不等）

第一轮面试为专业知识考核（考官按照简历上所填的主修课程进行提问，考官专业知识好，同学遇到不懂问题需坦白回答），由两个生产主管进行面试。

主要问题有：

1、各种电路图的画法及原理，如电动机正反转，电路延时接通延时断开等。

2、你操作过的机床，什么型号，操作的软件。

3、你考证的过程，加工过什么零件，加工的材料，刀具的材料

4、三视图画法及原则，并需现场画出考官指定零件的草图，比如螺丝螺母的三视图及尺寸标注，形位公差，粗糙度等。

第二轮面试为综合素质考核，由部门经理进行面试。
