网络时代学英语其实很简单,但是大部分人花在找英语学习资料上的时间比学英语本身还多,下面是我自己的一些结合网络学习的方法,信不信由你,我三年间从四级勉强及格到高级口译笔试210,口试232。找工作面试时给我口试的老外考官听我说了一分钟就说你的英语不用考了。我不敢说我的方法一定是最好的,但是我敢保证从现在开始随便谁不要再去找学习资料,每天花两个钟头照我说的做,坚持三个月的提高会超过你过去三年。不废话了,就按照听说读写一个个来。

网上比较有代表性的论坛是普特上面的听力资源很丰富,沪江 和旺旺上一些材料的也很不错,从中间随便挑一个网站坚持即可。但是千万不要一个个都听过来。记住,开始阶段100篇文章听一遍,不如一篇文章听100遍。如果基础比较弱,那么每天慢速VOA(大概比四级听力稍难一些)听两篇,每篇10遍以后再看原文,弄清楚每个单词的意思,看完以后再听10遍以上。保证两周以后你回去听四六级听力会很不耐烦。过了慢速就可以听常速了,还是精听为主泛听为辅。
常速还不过瘾,可以去找talkshow来听,譬如Saturday Night,在优酷或者土豆上都有。
不要问这样做有没有效果,我坚持了三个月,以后看美剧大部分时间不需要看字幕。
顺便说下论坛的作用,上论坛不要问这个词什么意思这类低级问题,不要指望别人替你查字典,别人的时间也是时间。但是一个句子弄不懂,就不要自个儿纠结了,尽管去问。另外要懂得投桃报李,有能力也尽量去回答别人的问题,教学相长。

说起来很奇妙,我起初也只是打算先过听力关,按照上面的步骤坚持了3个月,不过在听的同时跟着读,后来因为听的太烂太无聊,会跟着录音一起背,两个月下来发现开口说英语变成了很自然的事情。回头来看,英语的口语真的是看似入门很难,但是真的进去了也就那么回事。不过高口训练的英汉对译还是很有用的,实际上拿新概念的材料就可以做,无非是看这英文说汉语看着汉语说英文,然后再对照原文进行纠正。
再强调一下,我不是生来语言高手,四级考了两次,现在周围人觉得我英语很牛,实际上只
要我的方法谁都能学会,看你能不能坚持。
读:
读的一个基础是单词量,单词不够的话读书是痛苦不是享受。四级单词是最最最起码的要求,有了四级基础,语法还凑合的话,建议直接看上国外报纸网站看文章,建议看经济学人,或者纽约时报每天不要看多,看一篇就够了。开始碰到生词会很多,感觉很难受,但是一定要坚持,碰到所有不会的单词,都要记下来弄懂。
碰到不会的单词怎么办,查谷歌字典 http://dict.google.com,或者 韦试辞典的在线版
单词如果今天记住明天忘怎么办,最简单的办法,找本专门的本子记下来,不要大本子,要可以随身带的那种;如果能经常上网,也可以试一下一起背单词这个网站,可以让你在线背单词,跟本子比最大好处就是不怕学习记录丢了,而且它有记忆曲线的功能可以提醒你复习。
再说一点,英语阅读材料中,最简单的是专业文章,其次是新闻,最难的是小说。我花了一年多时间就毫不费力的可以读懂纽约时报,但是很久以后才能勉强读完Da Vinci Code。但是真的读完一本几百页的小说,带来的成就感是读几篇文章难以比拟的。

大学英语学习心得
走进大学,英语学习是必然的,虽然英语成绩不是太理想,但是从几年的学习过程中也领会了一些怎样应用策略的方法,如何学习才能更家对英语有兴趣。高中是打好英语基础的关键时期,也为大学的进一步提高打下了良好的基础,不论是为高考还是为以后的英语学习,高中英语知识都是不可忽略的。从高考的要求来看,高中英语主要撑握基础知识及需做些中度题。语音知识需多看多记多练,没什么捷径,最多是些单词记忆法,及提高自己学习效率的有效时间安排。在语法上,要结合知识点多做专项题。在阅读理解上,除每天保证两到三篇的练习外,要增加自己的课外阅读量,目的是培养英语语感;书面表达以一些范文为例进行持续练习。听力最好每天坚持听20-30分钟,另外练习口语也是提高听力的最好办法。最终学好英语一定要多下功夫。
应做到四勤与四多,具体说来,有以下几点: 一、四勤 1.勤背诵。
积极记忆高中课本中出现的生词及词组,理解其用法,并适当运用一些正、反义词对比,相似词对比等方式加强记忆。这一步虽然枯燥乏味,但少了它,学习英语就像折了翅膀的鹰,空有雄心却寸步难行。2.勤朗读。
这是学好英语的法宝之一。朗读的内容一般说来只限于课本,并不以背诵为目的,而着重将注意力集中于自己的正确发音、连续语气等等。通过朗读可以熟悉单词及其用法,体会英语的语气、语境,增强语感。每天只需半小时左右,但须持之以恒。3.勤练习。

多说可以增强口语能力,加深记忆,使学过的知识清晰地映在脑海里,不容易被忘记。4.多练。通过做大量的习题,可以增强实践经验,不至于临阵发慌,手足无措。而且,熟能生巧,做题也能做出规律,做出语感来。
当然,学习一门语言本身也有其自身的规律,所谓四勤、四多也只不过是一种加强的手段。要学好英语,更重要的是从语言本身出发,深入钻研其中的奥秘,从字、词、句、章各方面逐个加强练习,严守四勤、四多的原则,轻轻松松取法好成绩。具体实行方案如下:
1每天至少看30分钟的课文,哪一篇都好(前提是单词读熟),最好以娱乐的心态去进行,不要当作苦差,如果坚持不了至少一周看三次,在读的时候慢慢培养速度,当然这是在读的质量有保证的前提下。(高考时阅读就看这日积月累的工夫了)3每天写一篇英语日记是很有帮助的,但很多人做不到这一点,所以我建议至少每星期写一篇,这对提高英语语感和写作技巧都有极大帮助,如果有机会的可以把日记本交给英语老师修改,看看能得到什么意见。
我认为,如果可以完全或80%地做到以上四点,学习英语就自然而然变成了一件乐事,既的到了提高有增强了自己的自主学习能力,我想这是我学习英语的最大收获!

ENGLISH SUMMATY How time flies!A term will come to an end again.This is the last semester for me to learn English in class in the university.To be honest, I am a little reluctant to end up my English study.After all, English plays a vital role in our life.When we are not stick to learning English, it always goes from bad to worse.However, to my relief, my attitude towards English is positive.At least, I was never late for the class, let alone be absent of the class.I remember that one day I had to conduct a physical experiment, but I didn’t ask for a leave.Although I was burdened with worries at that time.I still waited for the end of the class and then ran to the laboratory.Generally speaking, I always had previewed the text before the teacher taught it.Not only would I write down the explanations of the new words, but I would also finish the exercise all by myself.Sometimes it was difficult for me to translate Chinese into English correctly.But when I didn’t know how to translate the sentence in the exercise, I would turn to the dictionary for help rather than seek the answers from the internet.Besides, thanks to the morning reading, I could often learn the lesson thoroughly before the class.Frankly, I listened to the teacher carefully.Because the teacher did not just teach us the knowledge in the textbook, she also made some suggestions for our life.She recommended that we should learn some liberal arts to enrich our life due to the science we are major in.Moreover she reminded us to prepare for the employment in advance.I enjoy learning English in this way.However, sometimes I was yet absent-minded in the class.Sometimes I couldn’t help talking with others.(this phenomenon is rare)To make matters worse, I seldom answered the questions the teacher asked.As a matter of fact, sometimes even if I knew the answer or I had made the preparations, I would not put up my hand to answer the question.In a word, I lack the confidence and courage and this let me down.I have tried to stand up several times but I didn’t make it at length.That is to say, my performance in the class wasn’t so well.Worse still, in this term, I didn’t get involved in so many English competitions.To me, I lost a great many opportunities to improve myself.In a way it is my loss.In recent days, I have been occupied in preparing for the CET-6.For the sake of other activities, I spent little time in preparing for the exam before.Compared with CET-4, CET-6 needs the sturdy basic of English and more practice.As consequences, chances of getting high mark are slim.But I will still make desperate efforts to achieve my goal.Through such a term of learning English, in some aspects maybe I have improved my English.But what I find is that I’m getting more pessimistic.From the bottom of my heart, I prettily understand that I should attribute everything to my English pronunciation.I always think that my pronunciation is poor.As a result, I dare not to stand up to answer any questions.It is obvious that the inferior emotion leads to everything.Towards this problem, I must find a solution to tackle it.Unfortunately we will not have English class next term, But I will still insist on studying English on my own, especially improving my pronunciation.Whatever the trouble I will confront with, under no circumstance will I give up.

2009年3月21日,为进一步推进大学英语教学改革,促进大学英语教学改革成果的广泛应用,不断提高大学英语教师教学水平,全面提高大学英语教学质量,全国高校教师网络培训中心通过网络平台为全国100所高校的英语教师组织了为期两天的大学英语教师培训。这次新教师培训的内容十分丰富,包括对以下多个方面的详细解析:1.大学英语教学新模式的组织与实施;2.大学英语教学软件系统应用;3.大学英语四、六级考试改革;4.《大学英语课程教学要求》解读等诸多方面的系统学习。通过这次培训,使我获益良多。现将自己的心得体会总结如下:
首先,培训使我对基于网络的考试有了新的了解。
在21日的培训中,教授讲师对大学英语教学新模式的组织与实施以及大学英语教学软件系统应用作了详细的介绍,其中在讲英语教学新模式的组织与实施时,教授对多个学校的不同教学模式进行的比较与说明,为我们学校今后的进一步深化英语教学改革提供了良好的借鉴作用。同时,教授们介绍了近年来我国试点高校的改革成果,对进一步深化本科教学改革,全面提高教学质量也做出了明确的指导。而下午进行的对大学英语教学软件系统应用的介绍后,教授们对我们提出的问题进行了逐一的解答,心中的困惑也逐一揭开,对大学英语网考也有了新的认识。
在这次教师培训中,教授还特别讲到国内外计算机/网络考试的现状及发展前景。对网络考试的信度及效度的研究也证明网络考试的可靠性,并且具有良好的反驳作用,这对于推动教学改革无疑又注入了新的动力。
第二,培训使我对教师这一职业有了更加深入的认识。
在培训中,几位教授都谈到了当代教师身肩重任,角色特别这一问题。时代在变,学生在变,“我们教师不能以不变应万变,时时改变自己,适应时代潮流”,重视教考模式的改变与教师角色的改变。夏纪梅教授特别提到了大学教师在教学过程中教师角色转变的这一话题,强调教师应该从“语言知识的灌输者”转变为“语言交际环境的营造者”,从“语言点的示范者”转变为“学生自主学习的促进者”。第三,教师是管理者。教师要有较强的组织领导、管理协调能力,才能使教学更有效率,更能促进学生的发展。第四,教师是父母。作为一各教师,要富有成效有“爱心”教师对学生的爱应是无么的,平等的,就像父母对待孩子,所以我们说教师是父母。并且,教师还要善于发现一个学生的闪光点和发展需要。第五,教师是朋友。所谓“良师益友”,就是强调教师和学生要“交心”,师生之间的融洽度、亲和力要达到知心朋友一样。最后,教师是学生的心理辅导者。教师必须要懂教育心、心理学、健康心理学等,应了解不同学生的心理特点、心理困惑、心理压力等,以给予及时的帮助和排解,培养学生健康的心理品质。
第三,培训为我四六级改革的意义有了更清晰的认识。
22日的培训主要关注大学英语四、六级考试改革以及《大学英语课程教学要求》解读。几位从事教育多年,教学经验丰富的教授根据自己的实际经验给我们介绍了四六级改革的重要性,给我留下了深刻的印象。在谈到教师的发展问题上,几位教授都强调了适时调整和更新自身知识结构、终身学习的做法;在谈到面对困难如何克服的问题上,提出了如何强教师之间团结合体,集体备课的方法;几位教授再一次强调了教育方式要改变,教师角色的变化以及学习方式的变化。使我认识到教师在上课过程中要多加思考,适时改进教学方法和策略,以艺术的眼光去对待教学,争取精益求精。在这次培训中,各位领导和教师所讲述的一些方法,实际上就为我们英语教师起到了“物帆导航”的作用。
总结
作为一名大学英语教师,深知教师的责任重大,在日后工作中要学习的东西有很多很多,碰到意外的困难是在所难免的。只有通过反复地研究和领悟,才能真正成长为一名合格的人民教师。选择了教师这个职业,就要怀着一颗为学生无私奉献的心,带着对学生全部的爱走上讲台。我必须以良好的心态对待工作中的困难和挫折,努力学习充实自己,沿着教师培训为我们指引的方向前进。
