货币银行学最基本的配置是“胡庆康先生的教材+习题指南”，此外还有些书可供参阅，如《货币银行学》，易纲、昊有昌，上海人民出版社；《货币金融学》，黄宪，武汉大学出版社；《金融学》，曹龙骐，高等教育出版社；《货币银行学》，戴国强，上海财经大学出版社；《货币银行学》夏德仁主编，中国金融出版社；《金融学》，黄达，中国人民大学出版社。
2.国际金融学部分
《国际金融学》新版，姜波克，高等教育出版社
（或者《国际金融新编》，姜波克着，复旦大学出版社）
《国际金融新编习题指南》（第二版）姜波克编复旦大学出版社
《国际金融》马君潞、陈平等主编，南开大学出版社
此外，推荐较多的参考书还有《国际金融》，钱荣？编，南开大学出版社；《国际金融》，易纲、张磊，上海人民出版社。
3.投资学部分
《金融市场学》，张亦春主编，高等教育出版社
《投资学》，刘红忠主编，高等教育出版社（其中一部分大纲没有要求）
另外《证券投资学》（第二版）吴晓求，中国人民大学出版社；《证券投资学》（第二版）霍文文，高等教育出版社，可供参考。实际上投资学内容零散，没有一本能够完全吻合大纲内容的教材。
此外，专业期刊《金融研究》和《金融参考》，对考取高分有一定的帮助。
总体来讲，金融硕士的参考书比较多，对于时间紧迫，知识基础不牢固（例如跨专业），目标院校竞争不是特别激烈，以过国家线为目标的考生而言，择书在精而不在多，应一本一本争取读透，狠抓基础。具备一定实力、有抱负的考生，首先也要读透包含核心知识点的重点教材，在此基础上再扩大视野。
二、书籍的精读
这个阶段一般又分成两个小阶段，不同的考生可以灵活把握：
1.对知识点各个击破。一般情况是，学习一章，然后完成一章的习题，达到灵活运用、举一反三的效果。重点原理的突破可以通过请教老师和同学、自己钻研的方式来解决，但不能轻易放弃某些难点。每个理论的推导过程也需要理解和熟练。投资学和金融市场学中有很复杂的数学公式，实在看不懂可以忽视，但是切记考前要背下来。看书时一定要把注意力集中在考试的侧重点上，一些虽然有趣但很少考到的知识点应该一带而过，把好钢用在刀刃上。
另外，金融硕士考研涉及的知识大体分两类，一些是陈述性知识，主要是反复温习记忆的；一部分是程序性和策略性知识，主要关注思路性问题，应注意解题中的应用。
2.整理知识点，把零散的内容分类串联起来，建立完整的知识结构。比如“通货膨胀”这个知识点，可以总结为：
（1）通货膨胀的定义
（2）通货膨胀的类型
（3）通货膨胀的成因
（4）通货膨胀的后果（效应）
（5）通货膨胀的解决办法
（6）适当结合实际分析
其它知识点可以参考这个模式，最后画成树状框架结构图，看着书目就能回忆起每部分大体包含的内容。有些逻辑性比较强的章节，可以从微观层面、宏观层面、现实层面进行归纳分析，在对每一章节都比较熟的基础之上，按照专题进行跨章节的知识点整理。除了这种类型的归纳，还有一种是题型的归纳。比如有些学校特别喜欢考名词解释，这就需要把这些重要的名词整理出来。
金融学专业硕士涉及的领域十分广泛，毕业生求职范围广，比如银行、投资等公司，是社会的高需求人才。考生在复习期间，按照以上复习方法，终会受益匪浅，找到理想的工作。
