游戏玩法:将全班分成两组,每一组发一张大图画纸,轮流一个一个传下去按照老师的指令画画,“Draw a big right eye.”“Draw a nose„„”学生一边跟着老师念,一边老师一直发命令道画完为止,让两组学生来展示自己的画画作品。注意事项:每次必须确认全班一起跟老师念。

游戏玩法:将全班孩子分成若干组,写下一个可以让孩子联想的单词,例如:school,每组开始由这个单词开始联想所有相关事物的单词,并将它们一一写下来(或是画出来),最后看哪一组联想的单词最多就算获胜。注意事项:或是准备许多闪卡,让孩子从其中找出相关的单词。77.传呼游戏 准备用具:无
游戏玩法:老师事先选定好主题,孩子根据选定好的主题,自选内容,看自己要代表什么东西,由老师开始下命令(老师也必须选定一个东西,假设是apple),如 “Apple is calling banana.”,选banana的孩子就必须将指令接下去,如“Banana is calling pear.”,如此依序进行下去,若在限定时间内无法将指令接下去者,就被淘汰。

准备用具:数张图片(或用课本的图片)

英语课前的热身活动用英语说是“Warm—up ”,又可以称之为导课。是指在课前5分钟内通过学生唱英文歌曲、做英语游戏、猜谜语、讲故事、用英语向教师提问题等各种活动,了解学生的情绪波动、听课状态、个人感受等,而电子白板正是集“声、色、画、乐”于一体,色彩丰富的画面,生动可感的声音,有利于创设意境,学生置身其中,其景、其物仿佛触手可及。例如在教学英语节日时,运用电子白板课件能出新出奇。在圣诞节一课,用课件打出异端动画:圣诞老人头带红帽,身背口袋,坐着雪橇,一路歌声出现在孩子们的眼前„„ 学生可以唱着圣诞歌曲或小组活动,用英语讨论有关圣诞老人的话题。现代心理学告诉我们:“新奇、多变的事物能增强大脑皮层的刺激强度。采用新颖的方法,能使学生集中注意力,提高兴趣。” 电子白板的运用,能把被感知的对象形象直观地呈现出来,通过音响、色彩、动态画面等刺激学生的多种感官,不断激发学生的兴趣,使他们的注意力更集中、稳定、持久,思维更加活跃。一堂45分钟的英语课,“导入”工作做好了,整堂课就易于成功

小议小学英语教学中 课前热身活动的必要性

在小学英语教学中,很多老师总会觉得学生上课时间少,不愿意在正式上课前花几分钟时间去做课前热身。其实,课前热身是必要的。下面就我个人在教学中的热身做法和大家分享一番。
我们的上课时间一般是40分钟,我们都知道满堂灌是没有效率的,因此我们就要把握好这有限的40分钟。有部分老师认为,我课后留几分种让学生提问、帮学生答疑,不算是满堂灌。我个人不完全赞成这样的做法。我的日常教学不但有这一环节,还有多样的课前热身。可能有些同事会觉得:课前热身就是单纯的提高学生的学习兴趣,没有必要这样做,我们英语属于“新”学科,课堂气氛不会差。甚至有同事认为:课前热身是单纯的为了活跃气氛而活跃气氛,没有实际的效果等等。
根据学生上课的注意力集中程度变化曲线看,学生注意力在上课时间内的5-15分钟达到高潮,随后就下跌。可能会有老师质疑:那就更不能把时间浪费在课前热身上了。究竟我们该不该做课前热身呢?答案是肯定的。
课前热身的时间控制在5分钟之内。我们课前热身不但可以提高学生的学习积极性,更重要的是我们可以复习旧知识。比如:我们这节课要学习询问时间的句型:--what time is it? 毫无疑问,回答时我们会用到数字,还会涉及时间的读法。我们的课前热身就可以设置让学生唱数字歌,唱完了比赛拼英语数字或比赛认读英语数字,看谁读得又快又准。这样,5分钟花了,也为接下来的教学做了很好的铺垫。这样的课堂学生觉得容易学会,也会很快掌握这样的运用。涉及后面表达It’s time for English class 和 It’s time to go to school时,我们的课前热身就可以涉及做动作,猜短语。这样可以复习动词短语,还可以为for和 to的区别应用做铺垫。
上述两个例子,主要是说明一点:课前热身不是单纯的提高学生的兴趣,更重要的是复习知识、铺垫课堂的作用。也就是语文中常说的起到了承上启下的作用。效果好了,花上5分钟是值得的。
说到这里,有朋友会问,单元与单元之间衔接时候的复习怎么选择好,复习的内容和要上的新课八竿子打不到,怎么能起到承上启下的作用。我想说的是:复习的内容只要是有用的知识点,不必太强求在内容上一定接轨。我们学习的目的不是只需要运用即将要学习的内容,不是吗?
这样持续上课,久而久之我们有时会觉得热身重复性太大,我们还可以创设情景、自编小歌曲、玩游戏、重组句子等等。利用多中契机,不断设计、翻新游戏以促进学生的积极参与。我们设计游戏的最终目的是要让学生掌握语言知识,所以要注意把教材内容和学生实际相结合,增强游戏的针对性和指导性,通过游戏对学生进行语言训练。所以在游戏中,我们要把趣味性、知识性和创造性有机地统一起来,提高学生学习和应用英语的兴趣。
这里,我和大家分享复习课的热身做法,我们可以把一册内容柔合在一张地图上,在地图的不同部分设计不同的知识点并标上箭头指明方向,让学生四人一组掷骰子,出现几点就顺着方向走几步,然后让学生复习涉及的内容。没有涉及的内容则作为这节课的公共复习知识点。这样可以打破复习的乏味,找到新鲜感,提高学生的复习兴趣。
另外,我们在教学中,很容易忽视那些后进生,他们没有积极的参与我们的课前热身活动的时候,我们要主动上去和他们一起玩,鼓励他们积极参与其中。热身时也不能一部分人观望,一部分参与。要全员参与才能达到效果。在游戏环节中,杜绝一些超级活跃分子抢占课堂。他们只顾自己,不顾他人,我们就要适当的提出要求以平衡课堂。我相信,做到这些内容,我们的整个课堂会达到我们要的效果。
