一个被忽视严重的问题
学生从初三到高一的转变是巨大，他们感觉是不适应的，而高二阶段正是常说的两极分化的阶段，尤其是英语，高中英语学习信息量大，需要学生智力和科学的方法并举，特别是英语写作，学生需要调动所有掌握的英语信息，围绕所给题目，写出优美的文章，这一阶段把握不好，直接影响高三的学习，甚至整个高中阶段的学生，乃至影响他们学生的一生。
初中阶段的知识量小，课程标准对写作的要求低，但一旦进入高中，高中教师就按照高中的课程标准要求学生，学生很不适应。目前的现状就是高中教师能注意这一方面的不多，我校的教高一教师就是经常抱怨，学生的基础不好，写作能力太差，这与教师没有这种现象并采取一定的教学方式去解决这个问题分不开的。我知道我的学校是如此，没有采取相应的措施来应对和解决这个问题。
学生经过懵懂的高一，进入高二，他们也稍微适应的高中英语的学习，特别经过期中和期末的全市统考，对英语作文有了初步的了解，可以开展系统的有计划的训练，或者说高一就应该做的，现在做了，亡羊补牢，为时未晚，未高三的冲刺打下坚实的基础。如何设计训练计划
普通高中学生对于英语作文能根据所读文章进行转述或写摘要；能根据用文字及图表提供的信息写短文或报告;能写出连贯且结构完整的短文，叙述事情或表达观点和态度；能在写作中做到文体规范、语句通顺。（普通高中英语课程标准2008.5.）这是新课程标准对普通高中学生的一般要求，也是高中学生高中毕业升学英语考试英语作文的最高要求。针对这个目标，制定学生的训练计划。
英语作文的基本构成不外乎词汇、句式、语法和篇章结构。首先，从词汇入手扩大学生的词汇量，这包括头脑风暴记忆法、联想记忆法、文章背诵记忆法等。要设计练习让学生入手去记忆，这是最基本的东西。
其次要训练学生写作的句式。可以加强学生记忆背诵预制语块的能力的训练，让学生做到信手拈来的熟练程度。这对学生良好写作能力和写作兴趣的培养有积极的作用。
谋篇布局的能力培养要训练学生的能力意识，对作文有整体的把握，利用巧妙的衔接词，可以把单词和句式像线串珍珠一样串起来，形成优美具有可读性的文章。

抱怨总是让人觉得失败，想要放弃。而这失败往往不是别人给的，而是我们自己自找的。我们总是羡慕那些光鲜的人，却不曾看到他们的付出。在我们无聊地用肥皂剧打发时间的时候，这些人可能刚刚熬完一个通宵，刚刚抽完一支用来提神的烟并开始新的工作。其实，抱怨就好像是比较之后得出来的消极结论-----差距让人心焦，努力又是那么难。
在基层实训期间，我看到许许多多在工作中精神饱满、充满激情的民警。难道说基层不辛苦吗，压力不大吗？不是，基层公安工作很琐碎，很辛苦，但正是他们有着对这份职业的认同才那么敬业，也正是有着这份“敬业精神”才让他们少了抱怨，多了勤奋，做到了专业。
其实，人生就是在特定的游戏规则中积极进取、不断成功的。当我们放下抱怨，尽自己所能去努力时，我们才能活得更加快乐、富足。
