首先，关于“人本自然”

“双语之星” 中英文演讲比赛策划书
为丰富学生课余生活，增强学生对中英双语学习的重视，激发学生运用双语的热情，在五月举办第一届“双语之星”中英文演讲比赛。具体策划如下：
一 活动目的“双语之星”既要求同学们有较高的英语运用能力，能用英语进行演讲、交流，还要求参赛者有较高的母语运作能力
为更好地推动学生对英语学习的热情，全面提高我系学生中英文素质，激发同学们学习多种语言的兴趣，我系特拟定举办本次活动。
二活动具体安排
（一）报名时间：4月3日----4月7日

比赛采取一轮制，共分三个环节

总结：
如今大学校园里，同学们为适应中国国际化的需要，努力学习英语，为今后的就业和人生发展奠定坚实的基础，但是，很多人在英语水平提高的同时，却忽视了母语的学习：也有一部分人认为只要中文水平提高了，外语水平高低与否都没关系，所以在象征性的过了等级考之后就放弃了英语的学习，这些都是大家概念中的误区。

一、活动目的：
为配合我院的第一届大学生科技文化节，丰富校园文化生活，推动校园文化建设，浓厚学术氛围，提高学生综合素质，展现当代大学生风采。院学生会学习部举办“中英文双语演讲比赛”，欢迎全院同学踊跃报名。
二、演讲比赛内容：

本次演讲比赛分主题演讲和即兴演讲两部分。
⒈主题演讲：
以“青春·信念·责任”（“··”）为主题，题目自拟。要求内容积极向上，思想健康，主题鲜明，选材典型，能够体现时代要求与大学生的精神风貌。本次活动旨在引导大学生明确新世纪肩负的历史使命，为实现中华民族的伟大复兴而努力学习，大胆实践，奋发成才。演讲者可围绕时代对青年提出的新要求，以及作为学院学生在新形势下的体会和感悟进行演讲，（中英文一起）时间约分钟左右。
⒉即兴演讲：
