首先，对各位家长能在百忙之中抽出时间来参加这次家长会表示衷心的感谢！对我们学校和班级工作的支持表示感谢.转眼间，你们的孩子们升入中学已八个月了。在各位家长的密切配合下，在各位任课教师的悉心教育下，孩子们各方面均取得了不同程度的进步，班级的管理工作也日上三竿。

召开这次家长会的目的是为了加强老师与家长、家长与家长、家长与学生之间的联系，相互交流一下学生在校及在家的情况，以便老师能够更有针对性的实施教育，家长能够更好教育自己的子女做人与成材。今天的会议有如下几个事项：

一。前期班级管理和教育教学介绍

指导思想是：一切以提高学生的整体素质为出发点，不求一时一刻的荣誉，不求华而不实的虚名，只求学生的成绩和能力能有一点一滴的提高。能让学生自己去做的，我绝不插手，能让学生之间去管理的，我就让学生去管理；能让学生去组织的，我就让学生去组织。

存在的问题：

1．一些学生良好的学习习惯还没有形成。到班级后不能立即抓紧时间，上课思路不能跟着老师走，发言不够积极，听讲效率不高，课后作业没有真正弄明白，甚至于有抄袭作业的现象。自习又不能科学高效的安排学习时间，加之自学意识不强，只会完成老师布置的作业，然后无事可干。2． 在中学，学生应该有学习的主动性，可以预习老师没讲过的内容，也可以复习老师已经讲过的知识。所以求知欲强的同学，成绩会越来越好，或者有明显进步；而懒惰、怕吃苦的同学，想把成绩搞好就难了。3． 学校教育的形式是群体性的，一个老师至少要负责几十个学生的教育教学工作，所以学校不可能象父母那样有足够的时间和精力，把教育的对象，集中在一个学生身上，从教育的全过程来看，无论是在教育的时间和精力上，还是在教育的对象和情感上，家庭教育始终占有特殊的优势地位，其潜在能力是巨大的。有这样一个比喻：老师好比医生，父母好比护士，医生开药后，护士的护理就显得尤为重要。学校教育永远离不开正确的家庭教育，假如没有良好、正确、合理的家庭教育相配合，再好的教师、再好的学校也不可能产生好的教育效果。家庭教育的失败，往往导致学校教育事倍功半。

三.与家长达成共识的内容提要：

一、要掌握孩子特点，有的放矢的进行教育。

1．他们精力充沛，好奇心强，但自己的愿望与实际能力有着很大的距离，他们总认为自己不是孩子了，总想摆脱老师和家长的束缚，有事不太愿意与父母及老师交流，情感脆弱，做事莽撞，不记后果，冲动和好奇是他们的最大特征。这时，父母一定要细心观察，悉心引导。在教育上更应讲究方式方法，态度不能粗暴，语言不能过激。家长要尽量抽时间与孩子们在一起，经常与孩子沟通，学会平等地与孩子一起看待他们成长中遇到的问题。平时要和孩子多交流，询问学习情况，不能等成绩出来了，问题出来了才想到去关心孩子。

2．关注孩子的心理问题，关注青春期的问题。独生子女容易以自我为中心，事实上光靠老师教育还是软弱的，家长更应关注。在教育孩子的时候要把握好尺度。特别是纠正孩子的关键性缺点时一定要考虑成熟，选择最佳地点和时机；

二、要全面而准确地估计自己的孩子。

农村有句古话叫“庄稼看人家的好，孩子看自已的好”，在自己的孩子很小的时候，怎么看都觉得很聪慧的，但到上学后，一比较就看到了差距，再到中学阶段就心灰意冷，这就是对孩子智力估计不准确造成的。作为智力好些的孩子的父母，一定要看到“人外有人，天外有天”。（张瑜、赵茜）

三、要正确看待孩子的分数。

比较前后几次考试，看是否退步，原因是什么。比较各科之间的成绩，看哪科是弱项，多花些时间补上。

对于成绩，通常要从以下这些方面进行分析：

a、孩子的学习水平，每一门课程都有三个层面——基础知识；基本技能（运用基础知识、基本概念解决基本问题的能力）；综合技能（解决比较复杂问题的综合能力）。通过考试试卷和平常的作业，可以分析出这三个方面的情况。

b、孩子的非智力因素，学学习兴趣，学习习惯，意志品质，情绪问题，责任心问题。

c、孩子的学习方法。

有的孩子，学习态度、习惯都比较好，成绩却总在一个水平上，难以突破，这往往是学习方法问题。有能力的家长可以一科一科地帮助孩子分析学习方法存在什么问题，采取改进措施，也可以求助于老师或者有经验的朋友帮助分析。

d、孩子的智力因素

每个孩子在观察力、记忆力、思维力、想象力这四个方面的能力上往往发展不平衡，e、孩子与老师的关系

俗话说“亲其师，信其道”。在这方面，孩子可能对老师或对某学科缺乏兴趣导致自己产生错误的认识，随即有了逆反心理。这个问题，我想家长应该想想哪一个老师不希望自己的学生优秀，要配合老师和孩子多进行沟通并加以正确引导才能有好的教育效果，如果出现与孩子一起对老师评头论足，甚至对立，只会给孩子的成长带来恶劣的影响。

四、要多给孩子一点信心，做孩子成长的强有力的后盾。

要多鼓励，给他们以自信，培养他们积极乐观的人生态度，善于发现他们的长处，耐心地引导孩子正确地看待自己的不足，共同制订计划帮助他们改正缺点

五、要教育学生遵守纪律。

教育孩子遇事多做自我批评。在孩子和其他同学发生口角或矛盾时，述说自己受到的委屈时，先让孩子从自身找原因，不要总是帮孩子说话，不然会纵容孩子的缺点。受到老师批评时，要让孩子分析：班主任和老师为什么批评你，是老师找自己你的茬吗？自己有哪些不对的地方？任何时候严格要求都对学生有利，老师的批评教育是对孩子负责，表扬是爱，批评更是一种爱。孩子毕竟是孩子，孩子说的话有时并不一定是真实可信的，要相信老师的话，并请家长能主动与班主任和任课老师交流，了解真实情况，相信很多误解通过沟通是完全可以消除的，这样更有利于孩子的成长。

六、要与老师坦诚相待，保持一致，形成教育的合力。

家长应与老师沟通解决分歧和看法，一定要维护教师在孩子心目中的威信，不能在孩子面前议论老师的不足和短处，更不能贬低老师，坚定地站在学校老师一边，同样老师也会维持家长的形象，那样教育才能形成合力。孩子还小，一旦老师在他们心目中失去了应有的地位，那么连同这门功课，他们也会拒绝学习，这样的话，孩子的损失就大了。

七、不娇惯孩子、学会对孩子说不。

以色列有句名言：再富不能富孩子。让孩子吃苦，培养孩子艰苦朴素对孩子成长是有利的。给孩子的钱要控制，并问孩子是怎么花的。

八、教孩子做人处事的原则方法和技巧

做一个细心型的家长，学生的喜怒哀乐常常表现在脸上，行为上、家长应从一系列的变化中探索子女在校的表现情况。以下情况属不正常现象，没有作业，经常打电话，作业普遍较少等！家长发现后应及时了解真相，对症教育；并将情况通报班主任。

九、对孩子，要控制上、放学的时间，避免他们受到社会不良因素影响。我们作息时间是：早晨学生一般 7：10 到校，进学校做早操，12:00放学；下午1:30到校，17：40放学。回家晚的孩子家长不妨沿孩子上放学的路走一回，对孩子可能会逗留的位置及路上消耗的时间有个大致了解。另外，家长要关注孩子平时的交往，从孩子交往的对象身上也可以反映出孩子的思想品质及兴趣爱好。

四、后期要提醒家长注意的事项：

随时与学校保持联系，互通情况，寻找教育孩子的最好办法，电话号码如有变动，请及时转告，如果能常到学校查看，效果会更好。欢迎家长来校交流。如：时间，安全教育等各位家长，尽管在教育孩子上我们付出了很多心血和汗水，尽了最大的努力，也取得了很多成绩，但我们的工作肯定也存在不少问题，离家长对优质教育的要求还有距离，我们一定虚心听取各位家长合理的意见和建议，百尺竿头，更进一步，力争把工作做的更好。
