9月7日，93岁的黄裳老人在上海瑞金医院安详地去世。
深受周氏兄弟影响的一代散文大家、藏书家黄裳，可谓集名士风流和斗士精神于一身。他生于“五四”运动爆发三个月后，成长于中国现代文学最为繁荣的上世纪二三十年代，上世纪四十年代登上文坛，“反右”和“文革”中遭受迫害，晚年如老树绚烂开花。
黄裳登上文坛与两位作家有关，一是柯灵，二是巴金。
上世纪三十年代末，还是一个中学生的时候，熟读新文学的黄裳就开始试着投稿，最初的习作就发表在《文汇报》副刊“世纪风”上，而“世纪风”的编者就是柯灵。1942年，又应柯灵的约稿，写了几篇《江上杂记》。尤其是柯灵和唐弢创办的《周报》，发表了黄裳的一组有影响力的通讯报道，这成为他进入新闻业的“投名状”。1945年下半年，也是在柯灵的介绍下，黄裳进入《文汇报》报社工作。
柯灵激发了黄裳最初的写作热情，而真正将黄裳推上文坛的，还是巴金。没有巴金的提携，黄裳不会走上文学道路。黄裳说，“他将我所写的旅行记事散文介绍到《旅行杂志》，得到了重庆的第一笔稿费”，“他商量着把我发表过的散文收集起来，出版了我人生第一本书。”这本书就是《锦帆集》。从这时起，年长黄裳15岁的巴金成为影响黄裳最深的朋友，他们的友谊持续了半个多世纪。
在黄裳的女儿容洁眼里，父亲很有理想，也很执著，这辈子一直很辛勤地工作，“他对我说，写作是一件良心事，一个作家，最重要的是把自己的心‘挖’出来。一解放，他就写了一篇报道让很多人不高兴，但他从不改，他就是这样的人。” 在1957年的“反右斗争”中，黄裳因为一篇题为《解冻》的报道受到毛泽东的亲自批判，并被打成了“右派”。“文革”时被下放到印刷厂当搬运工，那是他的朋友郑重经常见到他： “我看到黄裳穿着工人服，数百公斤重的卷筒纸，在他手下反转调向滚动，操作自如。他身体敦壮厚实，有时双手卡腰立在那里，就像一座钟，毫无猥琐卑屈的样子，每当看到他这个样子，心中也感叹着：真是一个人物！”
黄裳把这段时间称为“好日子”，因为不久他就被下放到了干校。在干校一年左右的时间里，黄裳感到实实在在地上了认真的一课，他在那里不断被批斗，饱受凌辱，这让他看透了那形形色色人物的心。但他也对自己在“文革”中的行为进行了深刻的反思。“我觉得痛苦的是在一段时期里没有能严肃认真地面对生活，失去了做一个正直公民的勇气„„十年**，也应该有我一份责任。如果没有大量的精神境界像我一样的群众，那场大**是不会顺顺当当地发展到那样规模的。”

一、考试基本情况：
