第一篇:英语面试需要充分准备的几个问题
如果你找到了最理想的工作,但是有一件事还横在当中:面试。“万一我说错了什么怎么办?”你在想。别担心了!好消息是许多的雇主都在他们的面试中问同样的基本的问题。因此只要准备一下,你就可以避免胡言乱语而失去你梦想工作的可能性了。
Tell me about yourself
面试者常常以这样的问题开始。记得,他们想要听到的是你的工作技巧,不是你的个人生活。不要说,I was born in Taipei, I like to play computer games,或是I have two brothers.告诉他们有关你职业生涯的发展,你学到的东西或是你是如何具体的某些工作技巧的。
What are your strengths?
继续,销售你自己!这个问题的关键是给出具体的例子。避免只是简单的列出几项,象:Im really organized, punctual and get along well with others.接着具体的说到你刚才的提到的内容,For example …并解释你在之前的工作中是如何运用此特长的。
Why are you interested in working for our company?
雇主们想要知道你为什么想为他们工作。因此就让他们了解你很清楚公司的运营模式以及你对此工作非常有积极性。不要以Umm, I dont know, It seemed like a good career move, 或是 I havent been able to find anything else interesting.开始。记得雇主们想知道你能带给公司什么,而不是公司能带给你什么!
Why did you leave your last job?
可能你上一份工作非常的糟糕,但是面试并不是谈论的合适的场合。就算是真的,不要对你现有的或是过去的雇主或是同事进行负面还是武断的评论:I didnt agree with the companys direction, I got no recognition for my work, My boss was totally unreasonable.想这样的评论会让你听起来不可理喻。
Do you have any questions for me?
面试官通常以此问卷结束面试。询问具体的问题以显示你非常了解该公司,但却希望了解更多的内容。不要问那些你早就该知道答案的问题,象,What does your company do? 或是Could you tell me your name again? 此外,不要问薪水或是和假期相关的问题:When do you give raises? How much vacation time can I expect? 在听到了他们告诉你,Wed like to offer you the job.才去问此类的问题。

面试需要做好充分准备
同样是大学毕业,同样是去找工作,同样是参加面试,为什么有的人如愿以偿?有的人却名落孙山?这其中有能力和素质的原因,也有经验和技巧的原因。
为了揭开这个谜底,北京大学一位女生,利用三个多月的时间,给六十多家公司投求职简历,参加了七十多次笔试和面试。然后根据“实战经验”,写出了一份三万字的“面试宝典”。黄晔说:“一开始,我找的并不是一份工作,而是一份找工作的经历。”之所以要把这些体会写出来,就是为了让学弟学妹们借鉴。很多网友看了她的经历和提示,都说“茅塞顿开,受益匪浅。”
概括起来,她的经验主要有三点:
第一是充分准备。一定要写一份美丽的简历,并把简历中的每句话,都扩展成一个至少可以讲五分钟的故事。同时还要准备一个有逻辑的自我介绍,能带领面试官读简历。
第二是注意细节。要把简历放在伸手就能拿到的地方。如果磨磨蹭蹭,很影响第一印象。进门敲门,离开关门。这是很基本的礼貌,但面试时因为紧张很可能会忘记。说话时要减少手势,避免分散面试官的注意力。还有,很多面试官会在面试时给你倒一杯水,但在面试中,你很难停下来喝水。即便这杯水你从来没碰过,也不要把它留在办公室里就走。最好是在临走前礼貌的喝一口,然后带走纸杯。
第三是表现真实的自己。即便遇到难于回答的问题,也不要急,更不要装。哪怕自己很平凡,也要敢于表现真正的自己。因为几乎每个面试官,都喜欢诚恳,讨厌虚伪。
黄晔的体会,确实有很多可借鉴之处。譬如,她说“把简历中的每句话,都扩展成一个至少可以讲五分钟的故事”,就非常有创意。任何的自我评价,都要有“故事”作依据。用讲故事的办法来阐述自己的经历和梦想,更会增强感染力。还有那些细节,也能决定成败。每个领导,都希望下属有礼貌;每个公司,都要求员工守规矩。而面试所检验的,不仅是专业知识和能力,还包括潜意识中的礼貌和规矩。至于真实,更为可贵。真实虽然可能暴露不足,但却可以换来信任。可怕的不是平凡,而是不承认平凡。
我当过几次面试官,并曾经出过这样一道考题:桌子上放着几张A4白纸和一支笔,考生进来后,主考官连说两遍:“请你用稿纸写一份会议通知。”结果,百分之五十的考生,拿起笔来就写;百分之三十的考生,坐在那儿发愣。只有百分之二十的考生,抬起头来问:“稿纸呢?”而这三个字,就是正确答案。我跟他们讲:“如果连上级的命令都分辨不清,怎么干文秘?”这道考题也提醒所有参加面试的考生,当主考官提出任何一个问题的时候,你首先考虑的不是如何回答这个问题,而是他为何提出这个问题。知己知彼,才能答其所需。
面试的套路,已广为人知。考生的竞争,也更加惨烈。你穿西装,人家也穿西装;你打领带,人家也打领带;你点头微笑,人家也点头微笑;你对答如流,人家也对答如流。现在的问题,是怎样才能与众不同、出类拔萃。
我曾经给一位面试中层职位的年轻人建议,首先要了解用人单位的一切情况,并根据自己的知识和经验,有针对性地提出一些见解和创意。其次是根据对方需求,展示自己最对应的质量和最突出的能力。后来他被录用了,原因是面试官们认为他最熟悉也最热爱这个岗位。机会偏爱有准备的头脑,“面试宝典”的核心,就是充分的准备。
