关于外贸函电综合训练的总结报告 前言

在本学期的课程中,我们学习了外贸函电这门课程。现在,学校又为我们开设了外贸函电的实训。这也说明了外贸函电对于我们专业的重要性,我们要积极认真地对待它。每个实训都有其存在的目的和意义,老师也给我们讲解了实训的目的。本次实训的目的在于巩固我们所学的知识,培养我们的实际操作能力,同时掌握写信的基本技巧。在国际经济贸易中,买卖双方的联系大部分需要通过写信这种方式来表达。由此看来,我们一定要学会写信,掌握相关的技巧。在这两周的实训中,实训任务一共有十三个。通过每天的练习,让我们不断地完善自已,改正不足的地方。通过循序渐进的练习,让我们逐渐掌握写信的技巧。

正文

在实训的第一天,老师首先给我们讲解了最后成绩的构成。首先,课堂成绩占50%,练习成绩占30%。最后,实训日志和总结报告各占10%。我们练习了改错题,就是修改信的格式。这不仅有利于我们掌握信的基本格式,还有利于我们避免在写信时的格式错误。我觉得非常有帮助,这对于我们写信。在修改信的格式错误时,我查阅我们外贸函电的教材,里面有许多正规的信的格式,但是很多东西我都忘了,我深深滴觉得知识需要温固而知新,真的需要不断地记忆,只有这样,它才能真正变成属于自已的东西。

在很多练习中,都有许多的翻译题,比如说短语翻译、句子翻译和短文翻译。虽然很多知识都是老师在课堂讲解过,我还是会有些东西记不住,比如说向某人订购某物。后来,我查阅了书籍,才知道应该译为:book an order with somebody.在实训的过程中,我养成了一个好习惯,学会把自已不懂的短语和表达方式记在一个小本子上。我觉得只要有日积月累的坚持,我的英语储备一定会有所提高。我有一个很深的感悟,就是无论什么时候,以后从事什么工作,我们都不能放弃

对英语的学习,应该把英语学习作为一个终身学习的目标。

在习题七中,有一个新的练习,就是让我们根据中文信件完成英文的销售合同。在前面的练习中,都只是让我们把英文短文翻译成中文。我觉得新的练习把难度加大了,从另一方面来讲,也是对我们的一个挑战。只有这样,我们才能真正地得到锻炼。通常来讲,一个合同的成立,不会是一帆风顺,因为买卖双方的利益出发点不一样。合同的成立一般要经过要约和承诺。我们要学会看信件,从而确定合同。在这次实训中,老师和同学们的互动比较多,课堂气氛很活跃,在老师提问的时候,总有同学积极主动地回答问题。我觉得这样的形式比较好,让每个人都真正地参与到整个实训中。

信用证在国贸的学习中,我们已经学习过了,所以,信用证已经不陌生了。信用证是国际贸易中一种常用的支付方式,信用证中肯定会涉及到银行,有许多的银行角色,比如说开证行(issuing bank)、通知行(advising bank)、议付行(negotiation bank)等等。有时候,一家银行可以同时承担几个角色。信用证是一种有条件的付款方式,银行处理的是与货物有关的单据,而不是货物本身。所以,卖方一定要严格按照信用证的要求来提交单据,从而降低自已的风险。同时,老师给我们安排了信用证的相关写作,让我们活学活用。每一次的练习,都让我们成长,虽然微小,但是在未来的工作中会有所体现的。在每一次的练习后,老师都会给我们认真的讲解。我们一定要好好听老师的讲解,弥补自已的不足,学习新的知识。

在国际贸易中,买卖双方都需要保险,来降低自已的风险。保险是投保人根据合同约定,向保险人支付保险费,保险人对于合同约定的可能发生的事故及相应的财产损失承担赔偿保险金的责任。保险具有转移风险,分摊损失和补偿损失的作用。在CIF条件下,一般由买方投保,卖方作为受益人。主要险别有平安险(FPA),水渍险(WPA),综合险(ALL RISKS)。同时,有可能涉及到特别附加险,比如说战争险和罢工险。在订立保险合同的时候,我们要尽量完善合同,比如说赔付地点和时间,避免引起不必要的纠纷。一旦在运输中发生意外事故,就会涉及到索赔。在索赔的时候要注意索赔的时限,一定要在有效期内提出索赔,保护自已的利益。

结尾

在这两周的实训里,我们一共做了十三个练习。虽然每个练习的题型都差不多,但个别练习中还是会有所创新。实训的内容非富多彩,让我们的学习兴趣很浓厚。最重要的是,老师和我们的互动有很多,让我们每个人都有机会参与到整个实训中。我觉得这是实训的成功之处。在这两周的学习中,我学会了很多东西,比如说短语词组、表达技巧和写信的技巧。如果我们很好地掌握写信的技巧,这对我们的工作是非常有帮助的。在写信的时候,可以考察我们很多方面的能力,比如说思维、词汇、语法等等,这就是一个综合能力的体现。刚开始,我觉得很难,无法用英语来表达自已想要说的。但经过后面连续的练习,我慢慢找到了感觉,觉得写信也没有想象中的那么难。我会严格要求自已,只有这样,我才能真正地得到锻炼。学习是一个长远的过程,我们不能停下脚步,因为社会无视无刻都在发生着变化,我么需要不断完善自已,以便更好地适应社会的需求。
