一、设计思想

(一)设计思想

一节成功的英语课取决于一个优秀的设计思想。高中英语的听说教学是给学生打基础的最重要的阶段。学生只有积极主动地说出来,才能促进听说读写等综合素质的全面提高。而只有创设与学生的实际生活相结合的情景,才能促使学生有话可说,积极主动地说,甚至绘声绘色的用英语表演。

(二)理论依据:

语言学家克鲁姆认为:成功的英语课堂教学教师应该为课堂内创造更多的情境,让学生有机会运用已学的语言材料。通过给学生创设问题情境,图文并茂,充分调动学生的积极性,使学生自主学习,让学生成为问题的“发现者”,然后学生与学生进行合作性的探究,让老师成为问题的“点拨者”。《新课程的教学实施》在教学应当如何适应课程培养目标的要求中指出:要强调与学生生活世界的密切结合。强调与学生生活世界的密切结合也就意味着,要改变“过于注重书本知识的现状”,要“加强课程内容与学生生活以及现代社会和科技发展的联系,关注学生兴趣和经验”,增强“提高生命生活质量”的意识,使学生学会生活,并能积极主动地创造健康向上的生活。

(三)设计特色:以“我的新教师”为话题,遵循贴近学生生活的原则,创设多种情景让学生发现,体验而习得语言,让课堂动起来!

二、教材分析

本课学习的内容是外研版新课标B1M2My New Teachers的Introduction即听说课的一个课时。课本内容包括:学习一些描述人物的形容词;学习用这些形容词描述自己熟悉的人物;讨论并描述自己心目中的好老师;听一名英国男孩对好老师的理解并与自己的描述比较。考虑到教学内容较少而且比较单一,不能充分调动学生的积极性,达到听说课的教学目的,我结合学生的实际生活,对教材整个模块的内容进行了整合,通过创设多种情景活动,使学生积极参与课堂活动,主动踊跃地发言,并且惟妙惟肖地表演。

三、学情分析

高一学生思维活跃,敢于提出不同见解,学生已经储备了一定的英语知识,能较好地展开话题讨论,各抒己见。采取多媒体教学,运用多种教学方法和手段激发学生交流和学习的兴趣,希望学生始终处于积极、主动的思考、探究的状态中,创造充满活力的课堂气氛。

四、教学目标

1.语言知识目标:掌握描述人物特点的形容词。

2.语言技能目标:运用描述人物特点的形容词进行描述和交流。

3.情感态度:学生能自如地表达自己的思想,情感以及与人合作交流的能力;

理解教师这一职业的艰辛,理解并尊重老师。

4.学习策略:在情景中进行交流,培养学生的交际策略。

五、重点难点

1.教学重点:鼓励学生讨论自己最喜欢的老师;锻炼学生的听说能力;鼓励学 生使用新学词汇描述新老师。

2.教学难点:如何使学生积极主动地参与到教学活动中来,大胆地说,自主地演。

六、教学策略与手段

本课教学强调从学生实际情况出发,从学生生活经验出发,而不是从“本本”出发。以学生为中心,让学生成为课堂中的主角,教师成为教学活动的组织者,合作者和参与者。在设置任务的过程中,考虑到了生生互动,师生互动。学生在教师特意创设的教学情境中去学习、体会英语语言的特点,使听说活动能在一种活的环境中轻松愉快地进行。

七、课前准备

新的课程标准强调教师、学生、内容、环境四个因素的整合,这四个因素持续交互,呈动态发展。1.学生的学习准备:

鼓励学生课前认真预习描述人物的新单词。2.教师的教学准备

新课程标准要求采用互动的课堂模式,提倡开放的学习方式,鼓励学生创造性地运用语言。在上课前,注意了解不同层次学生对这一部分内容的了解程度,吃透教材,上网查询资料,扩大自己的知识面和对电脑的认识,下载新颖的有关教师的图片,以激发学生学习的积极性。除此之外,还在课前估计课堂内可能发生的情况,准备好各种预案,以便顺利完成教学任务。

八、课堂教学过程设计:

Use the words to describe your classmates 设计说明:从选词填空到运用已知词汇造句,是能力的提升。所设计的环节要求描述自己的同班同学,人物就在身边,触手可及。两个月的相处,和谐的同学关系使他们非常有欲望表达对同学的热爱,对友谊的理解与感悟。这一情景可真是触到了学生的“骨髓”里。

Step 6 Guessing Game(猜谜游戏)

Describe your favorite teacher that you and your classmates know and ask your classmates to guess who he or she is.设计说明:在这一环节中,我并没有让学生重复练习使用 adjectives 去描绘老师,因为到此为止,学生对这些adjectives已经掌握的相当好了。所以,我结合课本Speaking中的一个环节,把 talk about your favorite teacher变成了Guessing game的形式,把全班分成四组,每组描绘一个自己的favorite teacher。为了让其他组的同学猜出来,他们必须不断地把自己的描绘对象描绘地细致,再细致。他们会挖空心思想自己学到的所有知识,并不仅仅是摆在手边的adjectives,而且要连句成篇,是能力的又一次提升,起到了很好的效果。并且,我把班里其他老师的照片以幻灯片的形式展示给同学们,他们更加积极主动了,整个课堂形成了一种描绘,赞美自己老师的和谐氛围。Step 7 Discussion(讨论)

If so, what will you do as a teacher in the following scenes? 设计说明:为了让学生讨论:What are good teachers? 并且让学生知道教师这一职业的艰辛,我采取了让学生分组表演的形式。提供了几个典型的场景(学生自己拍的DV),如:有的同学上课聊天;有的同学上课睡觉;有的同学考试作弊;有的同学上课迟到等四个场景。让学生去扮演老师,看他们在遇到这些情况时如何处理。学生在短短几分钟时间里排演成了短剧,他们的表演惟妙惟肖,而且,他们还自然地融入了自己的理解,自己的语言。学生在轻松的表演中,不知不觉地达到了教学效果。有的“老师”言辞严厉;有的 “老师”非常理解学生。通过他们的表演,同学们在潜移默化中明白了作为老师,“严厉”是为学生好;他们理解了,作为老师,除了每天上课之外,还有多种多样的问题等待他们去处理;他们还明白的,也许还有很多很多„„而作为教师的我们,也不单单仅是观看,欣赏吧!也许,教育,不仅仅是说教,更多的可能是学生的亲身体验!

What is a good teacher? What is a good student? What is the good relationship of teachers and students? Please write a composition and explain your opinions.设计说明:作业作为课堂教学的延续,它既是教师教学活动的一个重要环节,又是学生学习过程中的一个重要组成部分。通过笔头落实,可以检测每位学生课堂掌握的情况,巩固所学, 同时也使得小组活动不流于形式,真正使每位学生参与交流与合作。

【课后反思】

新课程的教学实施中,一再强调,要树立“大课堂”观念,重视与实践相结合。在高中新课程背景下的课堂教学,强调更多的就是要注重与学生的经验和现实生活世界的联系。而只有真正与学生的实际生活世界相联系了,学生才能真正成为课堂的主人,才能在教师“主导”的作用下,发挥“主体”性,不仅有话可说,而且畅谈无阻,才能情不自禁地举手,甚至惟妙惟肖地表演。

从另一个角度上来说,只有考虑到了与学生的实际生活相结合,才真正完成了备课的各个环节“备教材”与“备学生”的相结合,才真正体现了教师“坐到 学生中间去思考”,充分考虑学生的能力和水平,才能更好地有利于学生的自我发展与提高。

本节课充分体现了在生活中创设情境,在情景中升华生活的主题,在猜词游戏时达到了一个高潮,在角色表演阶段达到了另一高潮,高潮迭起,生动,活化了整个课堂,也使学生沐浴了一种教育,得到了真正的知识体验,升华了对生活的理解与感悟。

经验告诉我们,教师的教法得当,学生就会对英语发生兴趣,充满信心。作为站在教学改革一线的教师,心系学生,我们就一定能够创设多种多样的情景,贴近学生生活,走进精彩课堂!在教师的正确指导和鼓励下,学生将会愉快地发现英语已成为一种习惯——一种令人惬意的习惯,这个发现是一把引导他们去打开一个令人兴奋的新世界的钥匙。

【摘 要】本设计针对高一英语听力教学研究,尝试采用小组合作探究的方式,锻炼学生听力技能,以及听-读-说的训练。从课堂效果来看,目标基本达成,但最后讨论没有完成,比较遗憾。教师口语表达也有些欠缺。

一、教材分析

授课内容为高一阶段必修一第六模块的Listening and Vocabulary部分。本模块围绕the Internet and Telecommunications展开。听力话题是教师、学生以及父母对网络的看法。网络是学生较感兴趣的话题,已经有一定的词汇储备,而且在模块导入部分学习了新的有关网络的词汇,所以词汇不会造成较大的听力障碍。围绕本模块的主题以及听力材料主要内容,主要锻炼学生通过听获取观点表达信息的能力,再辅以说以及写的内容加以巩固并培养学生的情感价值观态度。

(1)教学重点:①通过听、说、写学习如何表达自己对网络的观点并形成正确的对待网络的态度;②学习并练习预测这个听力技巧;

(2)教学难点:①如何准确获取听力中关于观点表达的信息;②如何保证最后小组讨论的有效性。

(3)解决办法:① 尽可能多听几遍加以一定提示停顿;辅以听力材料;②将任务具体化。

二、教学目标

(1)语言知识目标:讨论网络的优缺点并发表自己的观点。

(2)语言技能目标:①听:帮助学生正确理解对话内容并推断出不同说话者的观点、态度;在对话和语段中识别新词汇、短语并正确理解其意义;根据要求从电视采访对话中找出相应的词汇、短语并完成有关填空练习;引导学生学习练习听力技能―预测。②说:运用所学词汇、短语表达自己对网络的态度。③写:练习根据其他人对网络的观点给出不同的观点并写出来组织成文。

三、教学方法

采用任务型教学法与活动教学法相结合。开展自主性学习的小组活动,使合作、探究与独立思考相结合,最大程度地优化学生的学习方式,提高课堂效率。

第一次真正的尝试听力教学设计,感觉设计思路还可以,环节与环节之间有衔接,比较流畅。但是也暴露了许多问题:①设计时没有充分考虑时间分配的问题,以致writing环节没有时间进行。②最后活动分组没有规划好,有些学生没法组成四人小组。③语言不够简练,同样内容重复太多。若能干脆利落一点,后面活动应该完成的比较充分。④课件出错两处。

一、教材分析

本模块的中心话题是―一位高中新生到新学校的一,具体介绍高中新生第一天到校观察和接触到的人和事物及个人的感受,内容紧密结合学生现实生活。本节课着重培养学生的阅读能力。通过文章的阅读学习,培养学生热爱新学校、新班级和新同学的感情,鼓励学生参与各种英语活动,克服困难。

本模块的内容主要有:

课时1:衔接初中科目,并比较初高中的不同点。课时2:阅读李康的高中第一天。课时3:阅读文知识点学习。

课时4:语法1,2,学习一般现在时,现在进行时和以ing和ed结尾的形容词。课时5:听力部分的新单词和文化角的阅读。课时6:写作,写一篇关于自己学校的文章。

二、学情分析

由于高一新生在每个初中的英语学习程度参差不齐,为了满足不同学生的发展需求,我改变了以往以习题、听写为主的复习方法,提前布置任务让学生预先用自主学习单预习,尽量多的使用本模块词汇编写小故事,基础差一些的学生可以说句子或组短语,在自主的选择和练习中达到了复习的目的,分层次的布置任务也照顾到全体同学,同学们描述自己的高中第一天,每个人都能用到10个以上的本模块词汇,效果很好。这也是本课设计的闪光点之
