城市里那些五颜六色的单车大家都不陌生，它们有一个共同的名称：“共享单车”。更有人称之为“中国新四大发明之一”。近一年的时间，共享单车几乎以一种狂飙突进的姿态闯入了多个城市居民的视线。从一种颜色的出现到五颜六色抢占地盘，再到被吐槽“横行霸道、泛滥成灾”，从大家享受共享单车带来的最后一公里的“通”，到遭遇共享单车堵住地铁口、堵住公共通道的“堵”；从上上下下的叫好到多个城市的叫停投放，共享单车这个刚刚出炉的新生事物带来了便利，也带来了诸多意想不到的问题。

2015年3月17日，ofo进行第一轮天使轮融资，获得唯猎资本的数百万人民币投入；2016年10月10日，ofo进行C轮融资，获得各投资方约1.3亿美元的投入；2016 年 11 月 17 日，ofo 宣布进入城市。至此，“共享单车”正式进入我们的生活。

随着全球气候的变暖和环境的不断恶化，尤其是雾霾天的持续出现，低碳环保显得越来越重要。共享单车一定程度上减少了汽车的使用量，不仅打通了出行的“最后一公里”，也让我们的生活变得更加绿色环保。

目前，国内共享单车累计投放量超过1600万辆。为了更快的占领市场，不考虑合理布局，超出城市非机动车可停放区域承载能力,不仅导致了大量共享单车的浪费，更严重影响了城市交通秩序和形象。更有甚者因共享单车解锁技术的漏洞擅用单车导致身亡命殒。

共享单车行业在经历了爆发期后，开始逐步走入下半场。因共享单车引发的社会问题，各界关注和呼声不断。

进入6月，共享单车行业先后至少3家小型企业宣布倒闭，规模较大的第二梯队企业也不时传出押金难退等问题。从7月10日杭州率先宣布暂停共享单车投放开始，两个月之间，福州、郑州、南京、广州、上海、深圳、武汉、北京等12个城市，先后宣布暂停共享单车新增投放。

暂停共享单车新增投放的背后，引发的是社会各界的深思。为什么看似方便人们日常出行的绿色交通工具到头来走到如此地步？

在共享单车创业公司还在跑马圈地之际，资本间的较量则更显胶着。Ofo和摩拜单车投资人更是隔空喊话。ofo单车投资方声称会和拼车、代驾、专车一样在90天内结束战斗，而摩拜投资人霸气回应，年内若ofo能超过摩拜将在国贸裸骑。拥堵城市中的单车使用是刚需，所以不存在细分市场，但最后谁是真正的赢家，取决于城市铺设速度和成本，这二者又以矛盾的形式存在。各共享单车的创始人为了能让自己在市场有自己的“一席之地”，疯狂投入，后果不言而喻。

乱停乱放，使用秩序混乱：各大公交、地铁、医院、超市等公共聚集场所，五颜六色的共享单车随意停放，尽管有的地方已经张贴“不要乱停自行车”等提示标语，但还是无法阻止一些人的违停乱放行为。很多用户为了自身的利益，把共享单车私藏在家里或办公楼内以便自己独用。此外，上私锁、毁坏和肢解共享单车的行为也时有发生，更有一些不法分子更换车上的二维码，借机进行诈骗。这些行为又间接造成了找车难的问题。于是，形成了一个恶性循环。共享单车如火如荼发展的同时，所折射出的人性的弱点更值得大家反省与深思。

投入与实际需求不匹配，共享单车行业的“抢滩登陆”： 据ofo公司上海片区相关负责人介绍，上海“小黄车”的运维人员人数在1000人左右，与目前上海所投放的60多万辆“小黄车”的比例约为1：600。共享单车的线下运维人员有相当数量为兼职，流动性较大，直接性导致线下运维人员在对车辆进行调度、管理及维修时出现时间滞后，进而影响了车辆的使用和新车的不断投入来弥补之前的空缺，如此恶性循环。

共享单车出现的问题还有很多，诸如权责不明，不满12周岁的用户违规使用导致事故频发；早晚上下班的高峰之后，这样的“潮汐效应”应该何如合理规避或者说规划......小鸣单车CEO陈宇莹曾表示，刚加入到这个行业时，并没有想到共享单车行业的竞争这么惨烈。“我们想把共享单车当做一个平台打造，有了用户，才有更多的可能。现在互联网获取用户的成本太高了，通过共享单车获取用户的成本相对较低。”陈宇莹表示，行业的激烈竞争，让各家企业无暇考虑盈利模式，能活下来就已很不容易。

如此之多的问题，到底应该怎么解决？

精细化运营应是各共享单车企业下一步努力的重点方向。“运营最终还是回归商业本质，企业要有自己造血的功能。没有这个功能，发展难以延续。”
