第四篇：军训小贴士

1、买一两双鞋垫。军训穿特定的服装和鞋，鞋的质量是很差的，鞋底比较薄，里面本身没

有鞋垫，穿起来不舒服，军训一两天很多人的脚底就会磨出水疱(特别是天气热的时候)，如果不是长水疱的话~我觉得军训还是挺轻松的。

2、解放鞋不透气，晚上睡觉前将鞋垫拿出吹一下并可放置几张餐巾于鞋内吸潮，避免脚气的发生。

3、买支消炎用的膏药。如果真的起水疱了，晚上睡觉前用针把水疱弄穿（多弄几个洞），把里面的水挤出，然后涂点药膏，第二天脚板就不会那么痛了。

4、轻便装的防晒油。虽然出汗会把防晒油冲走~~但是用了总比没有用的好，休息的时候拿出来用就可以了。

5、带一块小手帕，擦汗。

6、有条件的同学,中午可以喝一瓶运动饮料，个人首推佳得乐，补充体能最好，其次是宝矿力。N,可以喝适量盐水。

军训是大学新生的必修课，新生进校就将面对军训。军训是一件很辛苦的事情，训练过程中总会遇到许多问题，如天气炎热、运动强度大、阵雨时降等，这些都会增加训练的难度。为了保证新生们健康顺利地完成军训，医生就饮食、休息、个人卫生及安全等方面提出了建议。

吃好三餐

军训时合理搭配三餐十分重要，是补充体力最主要的途径，所以不能忽视。首先早餐要保证热量的摄入，最好干稀搭配；中餐要保证荤素搭配，多吃含钠、钾、钙高的食物，这几种营养元素容易随汗水流失，需要及时补充；晚餐尽量不要和中餐的食物雷同。有吃夜宵习惯的同学不要吃太多，以免影响睡眠质量。大家要注意身体，补充体力，多吃一些肉类、蛋类食物，注意补充维生素，多吃蔬菜。有条件的同学晚上睡觉前可以喝点热牛奶，既补充营养，又能改善睡眠状况。

合理适量饮水

高温加上艰苦的训练必然导致大量汗液的分泌，人体随之需要补充水分和盐分，大量的矿泉水、饮料却让人越喝越渴。其实，此时人体所缺少的是盐分，最需要补充的也是盐分。这时应多喝些盐水，水瓶里不妨加少许食盐，以便随时补充盐分。同时，喝水也要适量，过多的水会让细胞的盐度过低，引起头晕和发烧等不适。

注意防晒

防晒是女生最关心的话题，其实对于男女生来说，防晒都是一件很重要的事情。军训开始前可以擦一些防晒霜，因防晒霜的功效只能维持二、三小时，如果户外训练时间较长，一定要及时补擦防晒霜。晒后可用湿毛巾敷晒伤或晒红的皮肤，不宜用防晒霜等外涂物品涂擦，因为这些物品的化学元素容易被晒后的皮肤吸收，产生副作用

准备防暑药物

军训时，温度比较高，而军训过程中运动强度大，体力易透支，每年军训都发生学生中暑等现象，为了避免这类现象发生，学生可随身携带藿香正气液、风油精、金银花露等物品，轻微中暑可服用这些药物，但出现头痛、麻木、眩晕、不安等症状时，不要硬撑，要及时向教官报告，至阴凉处休息或求助医务人员紧急救治。如遇下雨，衣服淋湿，要注意防感冒。
