一、实践目的为了尝试接触社会的滋味，感受社会中人与人之间在工作中相处的融洽度，进一步增加自己的实践经验和阅历。受到了长时间的学校教育，但与社会的接触甚少。现在利用暑假时间接触和了解社会，可为我们毕业之后找工作提供经验和搞好人际关系奠定基础，从而在自己的岗位上发挥才能和实干。

1、开始找工作
刚开始找工作就是实践的一个小开头，我自认为凭自己的本事很多工作都是可以胜任的，而且用我就是大材小用吗！其实不然，在刚放暑假的时候就开始找。我看见许多家店门口都贴有“招聘”的信息，就问店里人，然而好不容易鼓足的勇气就在那每一次的拒绝中被一点一点的耗去。其实每次进店，我就要面带微笑和用带点恳求的语气，并说明自己的目的。被拒绝的原因是：不要暑期工。有的店甚至直接在“招聘”旁边贴上“暑期工免进！”但偶尔有的店让我把电话号码留下，再联系，这时心中还会有一丝希望。后来又逛了两天才找到了这份工作的，这要感谢店长给我的机会。
找工作是一个颓废的时期吧！虽然为期仅有两天，但我却经历了很多很多的东西。因为，自己不断被拒绝的同时还要保持信心和坚定的信念以及乐观的心情。“从哪里跌到就从哪里爬起来”，就是这种信念不断支持着我努力。也许只有自己真正的经历了才会真正懂得找工作的难和得到时的那中感觉。
2、工作期间
（1）开始
找到工作是13号，14号就去工作。但这天是安踏在新的大型超市的分店，主要是装修和整理货架等。虽然还没开始正式工作，但我必须要端正态度从每一件小事开始认认真真的。要记住：不要别人去提醒你，自己自觉的去做事；当时店里还有负责人以及大店的人员，我就面带微笑和她们多交流，这样可以给人留下好的印象。
（2）三天的“实习”
分为早晚班的，每班有四个人。所有店员都是新聘的，只有副店长是从大店调来的。新店开业生意很好，每当客人要大号或小号的衣服或鞋子时，这就必须到仓库里找，但我是新来的很难作到“快”。我就喊“姐姐”（就是副店长），帮我找。这是因为装修的那天我对她微笑，她也回我一个微笑，我觉得她很好吧！所以记住“微笑是万能的钥匙！”
要过三天才能编号，即：给每位新来店员编号码，要是经过谁的手卖出去的东西就写上谁的编号，然后计算工资的时候除了底薪还要拿自己卖的东西的提成。回到原题上，这三天虽拿不到提成但学到的东西难以说完。首先：姐姐带我到仓库里去了解货品的摆放，但鞋子实在太多很费眼神去找，这就要自己在平时总结经验。如：“跑鞋”、“沙滩凉鞋”、“硫化鞋”这些大字时就直接到我所要的区域去细找，有时眼神要很快，而且平时也要大概记一下。其次：站在门口的时候要喊，可开始时我就是喊不出声，而姐姐就会给我建议说：“要大胆的，把音
调喊出来，这样客人会感到自己很受欢迎”，她的建议让我感到很受用，我就努力的到最后喊的还不错。最后：就是客人试鞋子的时候也学到很多，姐姐说：“客人试鞋子的时候，你要把鞋带很快的松开，不要客人等你。只有你等客人这个道理，而且要半蹲着把客人的鞋带系好，不要觉得不好意思，这是必要的”。是的，作为第三产业服务也是销售产品的一部分。
（3）真正的工作期间
有了编号就开始轮流带客人，这也是公平竞争。之所以有提成就是为了调动员工的积极性和提高公司的利益，这要遵守四个原则。首先：在工作中要有专业知识，可以给顾客好的建议。如：介绍每款鞋子和衣服的优点，有透气性、弹性、防紫外线以及各自的料子是什么。运用自己的口才尽量让客人去试，这样就会有80%的机会，而不试只有20%的机会。其次：尽管你可能专业知识很好，但你的态度不好，那也是在做无用功吧。“一定要有微笑服务”，姐姐说。“你有好的服务，他下次还会来的。如果有一款他非常喜欢的鞋子，但你的态度却不好，他有可能会到其他店，除非他非常非常的喜欢才会硬着头皮过来买。相反，如果你态度很好，即使他只是有点感觉他也有可能买的，而且下次他还会过来的。”在其间，你看见那些穿的不是很好的，甚至连这店是什么的都不知道的也要用好的态度对待他。是的啊！这种事，我在店里遇到的不是一两次，这也教会我不要用有色眼镜看人。她的这些经验真是太让我受用了，她虽然不是伟大的教育家，但是却给我的教育终身都会受益的。然后：要注意提醒客人。当他买好要的东西后，要用询问的语气来问他还要不要袜子或搭配裤子等。这是非常重要的，也许他原来打算买但忘了呢！最后：也是最要遵守的一条，就是有时间观念。其实，不管在什么时候都要有这个观念的。而我却犯了一次幸好是初犯而且没超过规定的时间，这个在我的实践中留下了太深的印象了。在工作中要时刻注意我自己是否作到这四个标准了。
其实，并不是每样东西都要别人教你，并不是她不想，而是自己要有求知的欲望，凡是也要自己努力的。在这里我不得不引用她的一句话，“当别人在介绍的时候，你也可以站在旁边看和听，从别人身上学到东西。”在实践中，受到姐姐的影响很大，很感谢她教我这些在学校学不到的知识。
在工作中的态度很重要，这在上面已提过了。但是，我现在要讲的是对同事的态度。每个人都有机会接待客人，但是有的人运气会很好，她或许就会接到一笔大单。而我就必须要保持自己健康的心态，不要觉得好象谁欠你的一样。其实，“每天都是新的一天”要加油作好每一天的事，反正你都已经到了为什么不做好呢？其实，每个人都是最棒的，因此千万不要小看自己了。
（4）工作与学习协调
在工作的过程中，始终不敢忘记自己的主要任务还是学习。但是由于早晚班的原因，每每上完班就很累。每天站七八个小时，是很累的，所以导致学习和工作协调的非常不好。本打算去学习一门语言的也没能成功，所以就觉得这是工作中的一个最让我头疼的事，在以后的实践中会努力完善的。
3、工作总结
在这次实践中很感谢店长给我的机会，其次是姐姐教会我的这么多的东西让我在以后的实践中还能用到的。最后，非常感谢妈妈。我上早班她就起来做饭给我吃，而且上晚班要上到11点才能回家，她还是弄饭给我吃，我说吃过了。可是，母亲就是这样疼爱自己的子女吧！工作期间，学会了很多关于介绍方面的知识；知道了微笑的作用；不能用有色眼镜看人等，这都很好的教育了我。
五、实践小结
我开学就是大二了，真的感到时间过的很快。如果现在不早学，以后就没什么机会了。有的同学落榜而进入社会，有的在复读再考。我感到进入大学并不是所谓的终点和止步或停歇处。只有多吃苦、磨练，去体验生活的艰辛和不易。经过这段时间我感觉我民白太多太多了，而自己思想也好象成熟很多很多，更重要的是很好的认识这个社会。
