各位老师下午好！今天能和大家坐在一起，共同探讨关于英语写作训练这一话题感到非常荣幸。下面谈谈自己在对学生进行写作训练时的一点粗浅的认识与做法。
考试说明中对写的技能是这样规定的。着重考查学生以书面形式
1学生应能够运用语言知识，表达真实意义或信息传递的能力。○较为
恰当地对所熟悉的周围的人或事物进行简单地描述，就所熟悉的话题
2能根据文字、图画、图表等信息提示，按要求发表自己的观点等。○
写出意思连贯、语言符合逻辑的书面表达。在写的过程中，能使用常见的连接词表示顺序和逻辑关系。
书面表达的形式多种多样，中考英语试题共分为三类：应用文、看图作文和提示作文。应用文要求能够掌握常见的写作技巧；看图作文要求能够根据图画和词语提示，明确考查意图，弄清图画内容，把握情节线索，完整表达思想；提示作文要求能够根据所给的提示写出意思连贯，符合逻辑的短文。要注意语言准确，行文连贯，表达清楚，字迹工整。

按内容分为以下几类：小作文包括招聘启事、寻物启事、赠言、慰问卡、通知、家规、校规、兴趣、爱好、感谢信、描述物品、假期计划、介绍朋友、老师等。大作文包括：介绍初中生活、询问学生的英语学习情况、描述献爱心活动（到养老院、儿童福利院献爱心；为灾区、贫困地区儿童献爱心）、描述业余生活、做一名文明市民、健康问题、环境问题、帮同学排忧解难、如何缓解压力等。这些作文都给出提示，如背景材料、汉语提示、英文词组、句子、开头、结尾、图片这种保证了作文的规范性，学生也有话可写。实际上就是按照时
间、答问或逻辑顺序把汉译英的句子组合到一起，最后加上自己的感受。
目前学生在写作上存在的问题有以下五个方面：
1）人称时态混乱。人称混乱问题主要是没有理解题意，如这周我们训练的一个作文题：假如你是某国际会议的接待人员，请根据所给明片提供的信息，进行介绍。开头已给出This is Chang，此篇作文应用第三人称，结果有一部分学生写成了第一人称，变成了自我介绍。时态混乱，表现为一会过去时，一会现在时，说明学生最基本的时态的知识没有掌握。
2）没有用英语思维。有些孩子基础不太好，没有养成用英语思维的习惯，如要求学生写一个通知，其中有这样一句话：“请学生们按时到”，有些学生答成了Please students will get there on time.有些学生答成了Please get on time.九年四班写成了Grade 9, class 4.今天下午2点在大厅举办了一个报告，写成了There is going to a talk this afternoon at two o’clock in the hall.完全按照汉语的思维习惯。
3）单词拼写错误。单词拼写错误，单词拼写不太规范，如有学生把g写成了q，字母i没写.，v写成了r，e写成了o, f写成了t，就是因为平时没有养成好习惯，考试答题速度一上来，字母书写就不规范了。结果无形中扣了许多不该扣的分，词组也不规范书写every day 写成everyday。
4）字迹潦草。字迹潦草、勾抹，出现这些问题，基本上都出在男孩身上，写文章前，他们没有进行充分的审题与思考，拿起笔来就答，检查时发现不合要求，乱勾一气，卷面非常不整齐，另外学生的答题纸版面有限，勾抹之后没地方可写，给学生的作文带来没必要的失分。
5）遗漏要点。最大的问题就是遗漏要点，即要求写四点，由于没有认真审题，结果写出了三点。如2009年本溪市英语试题中的作
文题：我市正在开展“创建文明城市”活动。创建文明城市应该从我做起，从小事做起，文明礼貌待人，遵守交通规则，保护身边环境——请你围绕这方面内容写一篇短文，谈谈文明应该怎样做。结果有的同学把从小事做起这一点漏掉了，还有不少同学把这几点都谈出来，但是没有写出自己的感想。如I think we should try our best to make hometown more beautiful.It’s our duty to m make our hometown more beautiful.这样这篇文章就不完整了。2009年锦州市作文题：拥有了健康，就拥有了一切？为了预防疾病，保持身体健康，请结合实际，从学习、运动、饮食和卫生习惯等方面，谈谈你有哪些好的做法与建议？但是有些学生只谈了学习、运动、卫生这三点。结果不但漏点了，字数也不够了，作文的分数大打折扣。
针对学生的现状，在较短的时间内怎样训练学生呢？首先应训练学生答题的方法与技巧。
1、认真审题。审题是写作的前提，是决定写作成功的关键一环。考试时必须仔细阅读写作要求和所给的提示（包括汉语、英语短语、句子提示及图画）这些提示为学生写作提供了思路，让学生有话可说，有话想说，有话能说，也可适当发挥想象，使内容连贯丰富。
2、确定时态。根据题意选择正确的时态，这是写作文的关键，否则影响全篇。应该给学生归纳：描述事物，主要用现在时；描述经历，主要用过去时；描述计划，主要用将来时；健康问题、环境问题用should / be supposed to.3、组织句子。在弄清题目所要表达的主要意思后，便可根据内容组织句子，考生应选择自己最熟悉，最有把握的词语、句型姜要点表达出来，特别是要学会避难就易。尽量使用简单词句，如果有可能，要注意运用多种表达方式。因为不是我们自己批卷，恐怕在作文方面要求严一些，但切不可生搬硬套，按汉语意思，逐字逐句翻译，出现汉语式英语，导致所写的东西表达不清楚，意思不连贯。要注意时态，人称及书写规范，尽量避免单词拼写错误，还要注意一些关联词的使用如but, and, so, so„that, because等，使文章连贯、自如、流畅（多媒体呈现作文题，边呈现边讲解）。
4、反复检查。①要点有无遗漏，尤其是给了3点提示，但每一点中不只涉及一项内容，学生容易忽视，造成丢分。②语法、与子结构有无问题（时态、语态、主谓一致、冠词、介词、单复数、比较级、大小写、代词等用法是否有不当现象）。③拼写、标点是否正确。④格式是否标准（如书信、日记、通知等），现在基本上格式已给出，但也要让学生了解这些。⑤字数是否符合要求。
5、卷面整洁工整，卷面整洁与否也是能否得分的主要因素之一，所以学生在时间允许的情况下，应该打草稿，检查无误后，认真书写，力求规范工整，给阅卷老师留下良好的印象，争取在此题上少丢分。
在此基础上，通过熟读范文，让学生记写作中一些常用的句型，记一些过渡用语，集中写作。当堂写作，面批面改。当堂写作，共同批改，启发学生进行写作等几个环节对学生进行作文的训练
1、区检测的试题代表了中考试题的方向，作文非常具有典型性。我把每次区大型检测的作文整理到一起，上下学期一共检测了五次，或到中考必备中查找一些比较适合我们考试说明的作文题。把题与标准答案打印出来，发给学生共同分析后，让学生反复阅读，直到熟练掌握为止。这样学生对规范的作文有个感性的认识，为进一步进行写作训练打下了基础。
2、记一些关键的句型：
a体育锻炼方面：It’s adj for sb to do sth, such as„,„so on, I think, „so that„.b关于学生学习方面：not only„but also„, I don’t know how to do„, with one’s help„, we should try out best to do sth„, There’s nothing difficult if you put your heart into it, I have
trouble doing sth„
c关于排忧解难方面: I’m sorry to hear that„, You should learn to forget„, You’d better„, You should learn to relax.You should see a doctor.d关于献爱心方面：Now they are in trouble.Some of them are even homeless.They don’t have enough school things.We should help them as possible as we can.I hope they will return to school as soon as they can.e关于环境方面：There is only one earth.We must do sth to protect the environment.Everyone pays more attention to our environment, there will be less pollution and our life will be better.f关于健康方面：We should get enough sleep during the night.We can go to bed early and get up early.We should eat more fruit and vegetables.We should take more exercise to keep healthy.3、教给学生一些过渡的语言。
a表示时间顺序：first, then, after that„
b表示空间顺序：near, next to for from , on the left, in front of.c表示转折关系：but, however, yet.d表示因果关系：so, because.e表示目的：in order to, so that.f表示列举：for example, such as.g表示总结性： in a word, in all.4、在大量的规范的语言输入后，集中进行写作的训练。比较容易的题目，当堂布置，当堂完成，当堂评价，提高了训练效率，学生印象深刻。批改分两种形式①面批面改，把学生逐个叫到前面，当面
指出其错误，必要时让他造一些类似的句子。如有必要再让他重新写一篇作文。②找一些基础知识掌握不太扎实的学生，让其在黑板上写作，然后大家共批共改，这样效果也非常好。
5、对于学生不太会写的文章，采取两种办法①通过在课堂上设置问题为学生提供获取信息的渠道，帮助他们拓展思路，让学生有话可说，如2009年某市的作文题：假如你是李华刚刚收到一封邀请信，请以“I’ll tell the good news to „“为题，写一篇文章，与你的师长，亲人或朋友分享这一喜讯。有些学生不知道写什么，这时我设置了几个问题。1）What’s your feeling when you hear the news?
2)Why do you want to tell the good news to him? 3)What will you do for the coming trip? 4)What’s your plan after you return?
5)What do you think of your trip? 以聊天的方式和学生一边说一边写，和学生进行了大量的语言交流后，信息量不断增加，同时板书关键词，学生连词成句，连句成段，最后成篇，由词到句，由句到段，由段到篇，循序渐进，最后水到渠成，这样激活了学生的思维，激发了其写作兴奋点，降低了难度，学生也体验到成功的快乐。②直接给出重点句型，引导学生运用这些词组、句型写出要点。然后对照范文，和学生逐句分析句子结构、时态、习惯表达方式，开头及结尾。然后再让学生进行仿写练习，学生们互批互改，这样会收到事半功倍的效果。
以上只是谈了我在作文训练方面一些不成熟的做法，望大家批评、指正。谢谢！

第三篇：初三英语应用文写作
中考写作题，题材一般是写人、写事、写景，日记，书信，通知，广告，便条等文体。题型基本是：命题作文，应用文写作，看图写话。
提高写作能力，要做到以下几点：
■平时注意日常生活观察，关注社会热点，关心周围的人和事。
■如果平时能有心及时写下所见所闻，或有写日记的习惯，写作水平会提高更快。动笔过程
■细心审题，细读题目中每一项提示，或观察每一幅画，弄清题意，明确中心，确定体裁。特别是对于我们看来非常熟悉的内容，更要仔细推敲，有自己独特的立意。
■根据所给的提示，按照一定的规律，如事件的先后顺序，地点的更换等内在的联系排序，分出层次。如果是看图说话，注意文在图中，意在图外，抓住每一要点，使表达的内容有条理性。
■理清篇章结构，构成短文的整体框架。
文章要素起——它是文章的主旨，或提出主题句，列出事情的要点
对主题开展叙述，讨论收——是对全文的总结和概括
■有了框架，就可以收集积累的材料，用最恰当的短语、句型把你要表达的意思逐句表达出来，多用简单句和有把握的复合句。
■为了使短文有浑然一体的感觉，优秀作文少不了的是恰当采用递进、让步、转折、因果等连词。
■及时检查，时态的前后呼应，人称与动词的变化，单词拼写，标点符号，规定字数等，所有这些都可以通过仔细检查，避免低级错误出现。
英语短文的提高，需要组词、造句语言基本能力的提高，多读文章，多加思考，就能取得理想的成绩。
一、写信
1.信头：信头是指写信人的地址及日期，位于信笺的右上方。顺序是先写地址，后写日期。地址由小写到大，即门牌号→街名→城市→省份→国名，由小到大的顺序书写。如“江西省万载县康乐镇田下路159号”，英文写法是：159 Tianxia Road, Kangle Town, Wanzai County, Jiangxi Province；日期可按“日—月—年”的顺序或“月—日—年”的顺序写。
2.信内地址：它是指收信人的姓名和地址，写在信笺的左上方，稍低于信头一至二行，在称呼语上方。顺序是先写收信人姓名，后写职务，再写地址(由小到大)。商业往来信件及公函必须写信头和信内地址。但亲友、熟人之间的信可不写信内地址，信头处只写发信日期。
3.称呼：收信人的称呼，写在信纸的左边，低于信内地址。
4.正文：是写信者所要说的话，正文信的内容，从左向右横写，低于称呼语，常在缩进四、五个字母处起笔。写信与写文章一样，要分段写，每段有一个中心思想，内容要表达清楚，语言要简单明了，态度要诚恳礼貌。给亲友的信还应亲切热情。考试时必须把规定的内容写清楚。正文结束时，还可写一两句表达心愿的话，如：Best wishes to you /Remember me to your family /Hoping to hear from you soon等。
5.结束语：发信人表示自己对收信人的一种客套称呼，写在书信正文结尾下面。结束语的第一个字母必须大写，后面须加上逗号。常用：Yours,/Yours ever,/Ever yours,/Always(Sincerely)yours, 等等。
6.签名：发信人自己的姓名，写在结束语的下面一行。可与结束语齐头或略向右靠一点儿。在这里介绍一些关于书信的开头和结尾的写法：

1.Thank you for your letter.2.You letter come to me this morning.3.I was delighted to receive your letter.4.I am writing to you tell that ……
5.How are you recently?
B.结束语
1.Good luck!
2.Best wishes!

二、日记
1.格式：英文日记和中文日记的写法大致相同。一般是第一行写上日期、星期、天气状况。日期通常顶格写，后面是星期，天气状况写在右上角。表示天气情况的词一般用形容词，如：fine, cold, rainy, windy, cloudy, sunny, snowy, foggy等。正文部分另起一行。
2.人称：日记要用第一人称写。
3.时态：写日记的时间一般是在下午或晚上，有时也有在第二天补记的。所记叙的事情通常发生在过去，所以常用一般过去时态。但如果要记叙天气、描写景色、展望未来、议论某事或对话引语等，可以使用一般现在时或一般将来时，以生动再现当时的情景。
4.日记的写作顺序：日记一般按照时间顺序或事情的经过来写。语言要清楚、自然，内容要连贯、完整。
5.类型：日记可分为记事型、议论型、描写型以及抒情型等类型。记事型日记，就是学生用所学英语词汇记述当天自己生活中所发生的事情。议论型，就是对生活中的某一事情或情况、现象发表自己的看法。描写型就是对某人、某物的特征进行细致的描述，或对某事物抒发自己的感情。
Eg：假设今天是六月十日(星期一)，天气晴朗。请根据以下提示，用英语写一则日记。
1.全世界人民热爱足球，我也最喜欢足球；
2.今天下午一位有名的足球运动员张林，来我校给我们作了“足球与中国”的报告；
3.报告结束后，他和我们一起在学校操场踢了半小时足球；
4.今天过得很愉快。我一定要更加努力学习，将来当一名像张林一样的优秀足球运动员。

通知属于应用文，通常是上级对下级、组织对成员布置工作、召开会议、传达事情所用的一种应用文。通知包括口头通知和书面通知。
1.口头通知
口头通知是面对面地把事情传达给对方。在发布口头通知时，应该注意以下几个问题：
开头应有称呼语：Boys and girls 或 Ladies and gentlemen等。
应有引起听众注意的开场白：Attention, please!或Be quiet, please!
结尾应给听众结束通知的信号：That’s all.Thank you.或 So much for this.Thank you.口头通知的内容要讲清楚时间、地点、活动内容及注意事项。
2.书面通知
书面通知是以布告、张贴的形式出现，为醒目起见，标题的每个字母都常大写。
格式包括：
标题：在正文的上面写“NOTICE”。
正文：包括具体的时间、地点、活动内容及注意事项。
单位：一般写在右下角，有时放在标题的上面。
时间：发出通知的时间一般写在左下角。若右下角无发通知单位的名称，也可以写在右下角。
人称：发通知的单位和被通知的对象均用第三人称，但如果正文前已有称呼语，就用第二人称表示被通知的对象。
Eg:请按以下要求拟定一份通知：
1.为了提高口语水平，学校准备举办英语口语竞赛。
2.时间：2005年6月13日。
3.地点：二楼会议大厅。
4.参加对象：初三年级学生。
5.前三名发奖。
6.本周到王老师那儿报名(sign up)。
7.通知人：校长办公室。
8.欢迎初三学生参加。

四、电话留言
英语电话留言条包括五部分：发话者；收话者；日期；时间；留言内容。有时，最后可以出现记录人签名。电话留言条最根本的特点就是内容必须言简意赅，切忌冗长。即写电话留言条时，行文要简明扼要，通俗易懂，将发话者的意思清楚明白地表达出来。

五、请假条
请假条写作需注意三点：
1)英文中请假条的写法和汉语请假条相同，它一般由四部分组成，即时间、称呼、正文和签名。
2)一般而言，可认定请假条是一种简单的书信文体。请假条一般写在纸上，不用信封。其书写格式与书信有很多相似之处，是书信的大大简化。
3)请假条的特点是要求开门见山、内容简短、用词通俗易懂。
Eg：假如你是王立。昨天你和同学们去农场帮助农民们摘苹果，不幸(unluckily)从梯子上摔下来伤了腿，但伤得不重。医生让你在家里好好休息。因此，你向高老师请假两天(ask for leave for two days)。
September 28 Dear Miss Gao,I’m sorry I can’t go to school today.I helped the farmers pick apples with my classmates on the farm yesterday.Unluckily, I fell off the ladder and hurt my leg, but I wasn’t badly hurt.The doctor asked me to stay in bed and have a good rest.So I ask for leave for two days.Wang Li
六、贺卡（考试一般不会出现）
贺卡的格式一般有三部分组成：称呼、贺词、祝贺人签名
1.称呼：指祝贺人对受贺人的称呼，如To dear teacher, To my dearest father and mother ,To my dear friend 等。也有前面不加to的，如Mr and Mrs Green.称呼一般写在贺卡的左上方。
2.贺词：通常写一些固定的贺节用语，如Merry Christmas.Many happiness returns of the day.(恭贺圣诞，岁岁似今朝。)；With best wishes for a happy New Year!(祝新年快乐，并致以良好的祝福。)，这一部分也可根据实际情况写一些简短的表示感谢和良好祝愿 的话。
3.祝贺人签名：写在贺卡的右下方。姓名的前面通常要加from，如From your student Lily, From Mr and Mrs Green，但前面也有不加from的。
Eg：9月10日(September 10th)是我国的教师节。在教师节这一天，请你用英语给辛勤培育你们的老师们写张贺卡，祝他们节日快乐。
