农村中学英语教学的几点体会
随着国家教育改革的深入发展，农村中学的教学条件越来越好，教学成绩也在逐年提高。但是，在这些成果后面却也隐藏着一些问题。特别是农村中学的英语教学。教师虽然在努力地寻求提高教学成绩的方法，却仍然走不出“聋子英语”和“哑巴英语”的误区，教师和学生都苦苦挣扎在“应试教育”和“素质教育”之间，最后，造成教师教得很累，学生学得很累，致使有一部分学生产生厌学的情绪，有的干脆辍学了，为什么会造成这种情况呢？
一、部分学生对英语课失去热情
伟大的物理学家爱德华.亚皮尔顿说：“在我看来，一个人想在科学研究上有所成就，热忱的态度还比专门的知识来的重要。”也就是说，热情是支撑生命的元素，是完成一切伟大事业不可缺少的动力。在英语课上，我们让大多数学生所缺的，就是这种热情和动力，教师为了完成教学任务，为了提高教学成绩，教师无法顾及大多数学生，上课回答问题往往是那些成绩比较好的，在小组活动和结对活动中，得到老师指导的也往往是这部分学生，因为这部分学生是教师教学成绩的顶梁柱，而那些学困生们，被遗忘在角落里，课下得到教师的辅导机会也少，久而久之，是这部分被学生对英语课失去了兴趣，失去了热情，干脆破罐破摔，上课的时候，他们不再听教师的讲课，不再完成教师所留的家庭作业，仿佛英语这一科与他毫无关系，他们自顾干自己的事情，时间长了也就成了违反课堂纪律的主力军，干扰教师的讲课，影响了教师的讲课效果，考试的时候，抄上几笔就算了，因为英语试卷比较好抄，就一张地答题卡。甚至，在优质课上，这部分学生也只是陪衬，对话练习和回答问题都轮不到他们，他们也只是在那里随声附和，别人在分组练习或讨论时，他们在那里东看看，西瞧瞧，无所事事，也只有一起朗读时滥竽充数。
成功的经验告诉我们，成功和能力的关系小，和热心的关系大，因而我们教师，在教学中，要多给学生一些鼓励和赞许，或许，你在无意中会改变某个学生的一生，让他们每个人都以最大的热情投身到学习中，深入了解课上的每一个环节和细节，才能够淋漓尽致地发挥自己的潜力。
二、不要让学生对英语课失去希望
教师在教学中，对学生要多一些赞许，少一些批评，要
给自己的每个学生一个机会，让每个人都能品味成功的喜悦，哪怕是最差的学困生，帮助他记住一个单词，再加上你的鼓励他也会燃起学好英语的希望。马卡连柯说：“培养人，就是培养他对前途的希望。”因而，教师在教学中，要时刻记住不要扼杀每个学生的希望，在课上，要坚持和每个学生互动，即使这位学生说得语法不对，音不准，也要给予他希望，也要会对他说，说得很好，以后要多发言，说的会更棒的，对学生的评价也要多元化，不要单凭期末考试的一张试卷，就否定学生的进步，要考虑到每个学生的长处，善于发现他们的闪光点，给与适当的激励，给他们以后的学习鼓鼓劲。英语作为一门应用语言学科，本来是用来相互沟通和交流的，说得多了，口不羞了，学生才会有学好英语的希望，教师要让学生懂得享受这个过程，使他们的每一节英语课都上得愉快。
三、英语要时刻吸引学生的注意力
法国物理学家乔治·居维叶说：“天才，首先是注意力。”因而教师在日常教学中。要注意训练学生的注意力，要让学生学会排除干扰，养成集中精力学习的习惯是非常重要的。现在，学校的语音室，多媒体教室也一一俱全，但教师用得却很少，问题是学生在这些专用教室纪律不好管，教师组织教学就很费劲，教师为了赶教学进度就很少用，致使这些教室的作用没有充分发挥起来。但是反过来想，这些农村孩子，对这些专用教室比较好奇，感到新鲜，如果久了，自然而然地也就没有新鲜感了，也就不再摸着摸那了，教师再用各种教学手段，去吸引学生的注意力，学生自然而然地对英语课感兴趣了，教学的容量也会变大，成绩

也就相应的提高了。
四、英语课也要重视培养学生有一颗健康的心
现在的社会充满着竞争，有竞争，就意味着有人成功，有人就会失败，但同样也充满着机遇。英语作为一种外来语言，相对于自己的母语来说，学习英语的困难要比学习母语的困难要多得多，学生面对失败的机率就高，大多数学生最后放弃英语，就是因为一次次的失败造成的，同时也得不到教师的鼓励，最终选择放弃。教师要教会学生怎样对待学习中挫折和失败，要真正知道每个学生需要的是什么，做到因材施教。面对学习上的困难和压力，要从心理上开导他们怎样去面对这些问题，人无法左右天气，但可以改变心情，事事无法顺利，但可以事事尽力，就会有意想不到的结果。告诉学生，我们的生活中，经常会发生令人沮丧、感到意外的事，但是，如果我们能怀着乐观的心态去耐心等一会儿，就会发现，我们所经受的每一个考验，所做的每一份努力，就会产生神奇的效果，就会不知不觉把我们带入希望的境界。因而，在日常的学习中，要告诉学生，即使你现在不会一个英语单词，但只要你会认得二十六个英文字母，也不要灰心，只要你长期坚持，有一天你有可能英语翻译。我经常给学生举这个例子，我在上高三的时候，班上有一位男同学，年龄要比我们大得多，个子也很矮，因为家庭比较困难，高二的课程是在家自学的，高三的学费也是自己在家挖了一年的石头攒的，他一个英语单词都不会读，但他从来不会灰心，从来不因自己的外貌与家庭而自卑，单词不会读，背单词的时候，就一个一个字母的记，硬是靠自己的努力把高中阶段的单词背的滚瓜烂熟，最后还考上了外语系，毕业后成了一名英语教师。因而告诉学生，健康的心灵，是一切成功的基石。
总之，学生的学习，在乎一心，情绪影响行动，只要教师的教学让学生感到快乐，让他们快乐的情绪影响学习，让他们每天勤奋一点点，每天主动一点点，每天学习一点点，每天创新一点点，每天进步一点点，并且坚持不懈，有一天，你会发现，你的学生会取得惊人的成绩，你也会拥有许多成功的教学经验，因而我们教师要与学生一同快乐并学习着。

2012---2013七年级下学期英语教学工作总结
本学期我担任七年级七班、八班的英语教学工作，回首这学期的教学工作，感触很多。这学期，我们区开展了轰轰烈烈的新教育活动，学习阳谷的24式教学模式，改掉了陈旧的教学模式，我们的教学取得了显著的成果。
首先，我转变了教学理念，跟上了时代的步伐，为了保证质量，完成教学任务，我认真备课、听课，虚心向他人请教，及时反思教学。在教学过程中，真正做到把课堂还给学生，使教学有计划、有组织、有步骤、有效率地开展。如今，我在学校领导的关怀和指导下，圆满完成了完成本学年第一学期的教学工作，现对本学期以来的教学工作做以下总结：
一、认真搞好备课。教学中，备课是十分重要的环节，既要备教材、备学生，又要备教法。备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。
二、培养学生良好的英语学习习惯
农村的学生，学习英语的兴趣不是很浓，学习自觉性较差，学过的单词不愿记，不愿意开口说英语。作业不能自觉地去独立完成，而且偷工减料，抄袭作业严重。真正一考起来，问题出来很多，学生成绩差距很大，所以培养学生良好的学习习惯很重要，课前多预习，课上让学生集中注意力听讲，积极表现；课后认真完成配套的巩固练习，不懂的地方，多向老师或成绩稍好的同学请教。
其次，学习要讲究方法，举一反三，融会贯通，只有这样，学生才能把所学的知识串联起来，不容易忘记。
总之，要让学生明白，学习英语不是一天两天的事，是要靠平时慢慢积累起来的。
三、高效的课堂。
新教育实验实施以来，我不断更新教学模式，把课堂还给学生。因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学，所以上课一定要设法吸引学生，不让其分心，上课内容力求丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。而且每天我保持活跃的、饱满的热情去上课，让学生感受到一种积极上进的气氛。为了让学生真正参入到课堂中来，凡是学生自己能讲清楚的问题，都让学生自己解决，老师在课堂上尽量精讲、少讲、多练，把时间都留给学生。
四、课外辅导很有必要。
由于学生的差异性，学生接受新知识的能力不同。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持认真了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强制背诵等方式，帮助他们养成良好习惯，提高他们的英语学习能力。
总之，通过一学期的努力，这两个班的成绩有所提高，因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多学习，争取进步。

Unit4 Don’t eat in class.教学反思
本课主要教学了人教版新目标七年级上册Unit4 SectionA。Section A的单元主题图以教室外墙壁张贴校规的形式呈现书面语体的规章制度，再通过听说活动导入到口头谈论规章制度的情景中，让学生体会，学习不同语体中目标语言的表达。在此基础上，学生通过对语法的学习及操练进一步强化新的语言内容，为学习Section B打下基础。其中1a-1c导入本单元的话题和部分重要语言结构。1a活动利用学生常见的班规，校规为线索介绍新语言，便于激活学生背景知识，使他们利用已有的经验进行学习建构。1b活动是1a内容的自然延续，旨在通过听让学生体会教师对规章制度的口头陈述形式，让学生进一步熟悉祈使句的结构。2a-2d重点学习在口语交流中如何运用情态动词谈论学习规章制度。其中2a,2d活动从听，2c从说的角度训练学生运用情态动词can和 can’t表达许可和禁止，2d则在此基础上又加入了must 和have to结构，使得语言更加丰富，多样。
一、可取之处
1.在第一课时的教学过程中，我采用了实物教学法。在上课的时候，我拿着一块饼干进教室，我问学生“What’s this ?”学生回答“biscuit”然后趁着学生兴致高涨，我继续问“Can we eat biscuit in class?”学生回答“No, we can’t.”紧接着我就说：“Very good.It’s our school rules.”由此，我引出了本单元的话题“规章制度”，学生也就很容易的理解接受了。整节课中，学生表现比较好，都积极的回答问题或者做对话。因此，我觉得在本节课中我使用的实物教学法比较得当，大多数学生们都比较喜欢新颖的课堂，有时候多一点实物，他们的注意力就会更加集中一点，学习兴趣也就高涨一些。2.在授课中，我重视对学生的学法点拨，培养学生灵活运用知识的能力。在上课的时候，我在传授知识的同时，更加注重教会学生学习的思路和方法。例如：我在讲授课文内容时，要求学生根据题目，图片预测课文内容，教会他们如何根据词性及上下文的内容猜测新句型的意思；在听力训练中，我的重点是放在对学生的听力技巧指导上，首先，帮助学生根据课文的图片和文字猜测听力材料的内容，然后听的时候抓住关键词句，达成教学目标。然后提示学生总结归纳自己在完成任务的过程中运用了哪些方法？ 因为学生是通过思考讨论才得到的启示，所以在平时的听力测试中，会有意识地强化方法的运用，提高了学习的能力。同时，学生也懂得了做听力训练的时候，第一步干什么，第二步干什么，第三步干什么，避免了个别学生做听力训练的时候不知道去干什么，该干什么。
二、有待改进之处：
1.听力活动没有完成。在Section A的第一课时教学中，我主要注重了单词和短语的教学，在这节课上，时间安排的不合理，导致前面的内容和活动设计的太多，因此，原本设计的听力环节没有进行，一节课没有真真正正的做到听说读写相结合。在以后的课堂活动安排中，我要注意时间的合理分配，避免出现类似的情况发生。
2.课堂活动没有落实到位。由于本堂课容量很大，可是课堂时间有限，所以在开展某些活动时，没有很好的落实好，比如给父母作规矩，那是个很好的设计环节，但由于没有给学生充分的时间，只有个别同学抒发了见解，但是没有让其他大部分同学动口，要是给他们的时间多一点，我想肯定会收到意想不到的结果。
3.句型讲解不够到位。在教授have to句型时，我将have to结构的肯定句式，否定句式，疑问句式都给学生罗列出来了，但是学生只顾的了去将这些句式结构进行抄写下来，没有用心的去思考为什么会是这样的结构而不是其他的结构。我觉得我在讲解句型的时候还是采用了传统的教学方法，教师直接给学生讲解句型结构，没有让学生自己从句子中去归纳总结句式，没有让学生开动脑筋，因此，学生在学句式的时候显得比较被动，学的也比较死。学生对该句型的掌握也不是很到位，时间久了，他们也就忘了该句型结构，因此，在以后的教学过程中，我应该在黑板上呈现一些典型句子，让学生们根据句子去归纳总结语法知识点或者句型结构，这样学生们对于该句型结构记忆犹新，学习起来也显得比较主动了。
总之，为了提高学生的英语成绩，我必须在以后的教学过程中不断反思，不断进取，努力提高课堂教学质量。同时切实做到在教中思，思中教，争取自己早日成为一名出色的教师。
