“四个后”是：

一、“鞍前马后”

跟领导外出，必须做好出车前的准备工作，将车洗擦干净，加足汽油，认真检查车况是

否良好方可出车。同时，必须提前10分钟恭候领导的到来，决不让领导等你。

二、“瞻前顾后”

领导要宴客，你务必提前预订宴席和房间，了解清楚来宾的级别，不同级别的客人备不同级别的菜式和酒水。只要领导陪同客人一到，就引领他们直入贵宾房。此外，起筷时，须让领导先起筷，绝不能抢先只顾自己吃。送客时，让宾客和领导先行，你随后紧跟。

四、“无时无候”

生活中有许多不可预测的突发事件，要配合领导应付和处理突发事件，就要像少先队员的口号“时刻准备着”一样，随时发挥作用。不断将你的应变能力修炼得炉火纯青。这种状态下，你就显得“无时无候”。

“四个到位”是：

一、“准时到位”

特别强调时间观念。无论赴任何场合，只有你等领导的责任，没有领导等你的理由。主仆总得有个分水岭，绝不能鱼水交融。古装粤剧的编排总是将显赫人物安排在最后出台，而最先亮相的必然是卫士、保镖之类，这套路历史悠久。

二、“主动补位”

如果客人问领导：“贵公司旗下有多少员工？”领导一时健忘，你就责无旁贷地轻声补充：“大约500多人。”但千万不要将数字说得滴水不漏，要将尾数留给领导去意会，去补上。将领导的遗憾修补得天衣无缝。

三、“不可越位”

接待宾客或洽谈业务，要让领导在最显眼的位置，以便展示其光辉形象。这也是一种礼貌，是一种不成文的行规。你在领导身边，只属于一种陪衬，像绿叶衬红花。超出了陪衬范围，或“越位”，便会令领导龙颜不悦。

四、“及时埋位”

单位里头假如不幸出现了突发性事故，而首长刚好外出，无法赶回来处理问题，这时便是你施展才华的时候了。你就要当机立断充当领导角色，承担起领导的责任，灵活机动地调兵遣将。你的每句话都是圣旨，因为你是领导的贴身人，是领导的影子。只要你把善后事处理得妥妥贴贴，让远在千里之外的领导放心，你的“及时埋位”就做足100 分。
