青少年时期是人身心健康发展的关键时期。良好的身体素质是学生综合素质的重要组成部分,身体健康是培养学生良好人格和个性、提高学生素质的基础。中小学生正处于身心发展的关键时期,对学生进行必要的身体健康调查是必不可少的。

研究课题的目的与意义

通过信息的理念让人们可以简便、清晰、直观、全面的看待健康,引导人们以动态的眼光和思维方式来对待健康,提升人们关注健康的兴趣,培养人们关注健康的意识和习惯。课题步骤:

通过查阅资料,寻找一些有利于青少年身体健康的办法,最后综合讨论一下结论。研究过程:

1、查阅大量关于健康问题的资料

2、查阅关于身体健康的方法。

3、整理资料,课题研究的内容

一、健康

健康是指一个人在身体、精神和社会等方面都处于良好的状态。传统的健康观是“无病即健康”,现代人的健康观是整体健康,世界卫生组织提出“健康不 2 仅是躯体没有疾病,还要具备心理健康、社会适应良好和有道德”。因此,现代人的健康内容包括:躯体健康、心理健康、心灵健康、社会健康、智力健康、道德健康、环境健康等。健康是人的基本权利。健康是人生的第一财富。

二、调查结论

本次调查问卷的调查对象为将有可能接受服务的中小学生,调查所得数据均出自他们的自身经验,因此可认为具有比较大的真实性和有效性。

基于本次调查,可以看出中小学生的体检开展情况与身体状况存在诸多不容忽视的问题,急需社会各界的积极行动。

1、中小学生身体健康状况存在诸多问题,急需引起重视

调查显示,近三成的学生经常感觉到身体不舒服,而一成的学生得过大病或重病,超过一半的学生曾经因为生病而请假,并且这个情况在各个年级阶段都很近似,有3.5%的学生曾因病休学。这些数字可以充分说明中小学生身体健康状况存在诸多问题。

中小学生正处于身体成长的关键期,发育迅速,并且多项调查显示我国贫困地区的中小学生营养状况存在诸多问题,因此有必要定期开展体检帮助中小学生和学校、家长了解中小学生身体健康状况,以尽早发现问题,尽早治疗,避免问题恶化。

2、中小学生的体检开展状况十分不尽如人意

调查发现,虽然中小学生对于体检的知晓率并不低,接近80%,但是参与体检的频率很低,仅有17.4%的学生能做到“一年一次”的身体健康检查,即有超过80%的中小学生未能做到“一年一次”身体健康检查,而近六成的学生“从未参加过”或仅“参加过一两次”身体健康检查。

而对于上述调查结果,我们还需要看到如下因素的影响:

第一,根据我们的实地访谈发现,学校有时候会组织“体质健康测试”,我们认为,调查中应当有一部分中小学生将体检与学校开展的“体质健康测试”相混淆,即把学校体育课上开展的“体质健康测试”当作体检。事实上,“体质健康测试”跟“健康体检”并不一样,前者更为主要是关注体质能力状况的测量,后者则主要关注基本的健康状况。如果把参与“体质健康测试”排除在外,则可以预计,中小学生参与体检的比例会更低。

第二,现在中小学一般需要做到的是毕业和入学体检,这个从体检频率的年级分布也可以看出,即表示“一年一次体检”的学生在五六年级陡然升高,达到近50%,而小学3、4年级以及初、高中能够一年一次体检的学生所占本年级调查人数的比重大都在10%以内。由此可以看出,除了特定年龄阶段之外,定期参与体检的学生比例都很低。

第三,一个重要的影响因素是农村与县城,因为我们的问卷中未能区分农村与县城学生,根据我们的实地走访资料,县城学校与家长组织/带领学生进行体检的机会要远高于农村学校与家长。我们访谈的农村中小学校长均告诉我们,除了毕业/升学考试和上级要求下偶尔举行的“体质健康测试”之外,他们从未组织过学生进行体检,也很少听说学生家长带领孩子去进行体检。

3、中小学生体检状况不佳的原因分析

就中小学生不佳的身体健康状况来看,中小学生体检的状况尽管很有必要,但开展状况却十分不好,虽然早在2008年卫生部、教育部就共同下发《中小学生健康体检管理办法》,要求“在校学生每年进行一次常规健康体检”,且“义务教育阶段学生健康体检的费用由学校公用经费开支”。但是直至2012年我们的调查仍然显示贫困地区中小学生的体检状况仍然远未达到国家的要求,究其原因: 第一,认识不足:对于定期体检的必要性认识,我们没有直接问卷调查家长与学校领导,根据我们实地调研期间对部分学校领导的访谈显示,并未有学校领导表示将中小学生的定期体检作为学校的一项重要工作来抓。

第二,缺乏资金:问卷调查也显示出,在绝大部分学生都知道体检的情况下,参与体检的比例仍然很低。在我们对学校领导和家长的访谈中发现,学校领导直接表示,无法开展体检的原因是“无人,无钱”,其中无钱又是最为主要的影响因素。结合着本县的教育经费状况来分析,该县2010年本级财政收入仅占中央及上级转移支付资金14%,教育支出就相当于全县财政收入,教职员工的工资福利占教育总支出的54.7%,在公用经费中根本没有学生健康体检的专项经费。我们的本次调查显示,参加过体检的学生中有近50%需要交钱。其中,由学校组织的身体健康检查有几近40%的学生交了钱。可以看出,贫困县的教育部门根本无法安排专项学生体检经费,而学校则更是很难从极其有限的办公经费中安排出一部分出来专门用于学生体检,由此学校要不就不组织,要不就让学生自己交费后再开展。

第三,缺乏检查专业人员:国家要求,中小学生的体检需要由“学生健康体检机构”实施。现实情况是,绝大部分贫困地区没有“学生健康体检机构”,且中小学生都没有配备足够数量、合格的校医。以我们探访过的古丈县为例,除了县一中有专职校医之外,其他学校都没有专职校医。“体质健康测试”大多数是由学校体育教师在组织实施,4、我国中小学生体检总体开展状况分析

我们通过Google搜索关键词“中小学生体检”了解我国各地中小学生体检开展情况,发现目前只有山东省、北京市、上海市在全省/市开展体检,由财政安排专项基金,大部分省市都只是下发了文件要求开展,而哪怕是下发文件要求全省开展中小学生体检的地区,文件中也是规定体检费用由学校公办经费中解 5 决、不得向学生收取体检费用,这样的规定对于公办经费紧张的贫困地区中小学校而言,既然不得收费学校经费紧张,那么就干脆不开展。

本次调研只覆盖了两个贫困县,难以确认它们一定是准确代表了全国的情况。但是从我们所选择的两个贫困县的经济状况来看,它们的各方面条件在全国的贫困县中基本上处于中等,因此我们有理由推测调查中所反映出来的状况具有较大的代表意义。

全国共2861个县/县级市/区,全国中小学生数量一共15216.617万,其中贫困县679个,约占全国县/县级市/区的25%,估算下来贫困县的中小学生数量约为3804.1542万。由此,如果依据我们这次调查发现的状况(80%以上的中小学生未定期参与体检,几近60%的贫困地区中小学生从来没有或者极少参加体检)来推算,我们预计未定期参与体检的中小学生为3043.32336万,从来没有或者极少参加体检的中小学生为2282.49252万。

5、课题研究结论:

由以上分析可以看出,在全国许多贫困地区尚不足以为当地(尤其是农村学校)的中小学生提供长期、定期、质量标准的身体健康检查的情况下,开展“贫困地区农村中小学生免费体检公益项目”十分有必要和价值,这不仅是孩子们的心愿,也是他们健康成长的必要条件,通过项目开展我们可以切实可以帮助到许多贫困地区的中小学生,更可以探索贫困地区中小学生体检的模式,包括社会与政府合作开展贫困地区中小学生体检,有助于推动社会关注贫困地区中小学生的健康状况,推动政府采取更为积极有效的措施来开展,最终希望能够让每个中小学生都可以享受到定期的免费体检。

1、首先三餐要合理哦,每一餐主要以谷类为主,做好混合粗粮,特别是早餐一定要有一部分的新鲜蔬菜或者是水果,我们平时的习惯是早上不吃蔬菜和水果这是不对的!午餐一定要丰富多样,晚餐不要太丰富,要不要过饱!而且要定时定量,要少吃含脂肪多的食物!因为不经常运动这样不容易长胖!吃饭的时候要专心不能狼吞虎咽的!不能经常吃冷饮,或者是太热的食品!要凉到不烫的时候再吃!不要暴饮暴食,否则你的消化系统会反抗的!

2、给你列一点高考的时候吃的东西:

健脑食品:蛋类、肝脏、肾脏、鱼类、大豆类、小米、黄花菜!集中精神:海蜇虾、核桃、洋葱、香蕉 缓解情绪:白菜、葱头

黑豆500g核桃仁500g,牛奶1杯,蜂蜜1勺

含铅的食物(爆米花、皮蛋、罐装的食品及饮料)铅是脑细胞的杀手,如果不人脑中含量过多智力会下降!

含铝的食物(油条、粉丝、凉粉、油饼),人体摄入过多的铝会导致记忆力降低、思维迟钝

味精:过多的食入会造成多时间的心痛、心跳、恶心等 臭豆腐:发酵的时候微生物很多,对人体有害 烧烤:有致癌物

腌菜:含盐量太多,会加重心脏的负担!甜食:太多会引起疲劳

方便面:标准的垃圾食品,在加工的过程中几乎所有的营养成分全部丢失!多吃会营养不良。
