学第一学期 期末教师教学工作总结

----追求行为动词最高度的达成的方法、措施和效果

我校自2013年9月开始，以市教育局实施“高效课堂”文件精神为指导，以建设“三化”学校为目标，在全校师生共同努力下，经历了四个年头直到今天，初步形成了“激发思维、学习自主”的课堂理念下的“三段五环节”基本教学模式，并为我们的教学指出了明确的方向。针对当前的高考命题趋势，仅用延长教学时间和学生学习强度的方法来提高教学成绩，具有很大的局限性。近几年，高考对学生在科学解题、规范作答和创新思维等方面有了更高的期望。这就要求教师在平时的双基教学中力求实效，而目标教学中的行为动词恰恰是突破这一难题的有效途径。下面我从制定教学目标---实施教学目标----自评教学目标落实程度这几个层面谈谈在目标教学中如何运用行为动词。

一、制定教学目标，采用可操作性行为动词，明确对学生做出要求。

编制课堂教学目标时，首先要掌握学生已具备的学习水平，在此基础上规范适当的行为动词，旨在保证课堂教学活动既具有一定的清晰度，又有较高的达成度。特别在基础知识方面，重在基本概念、基本原理的掌握。

1.知识方面目标，采用行为动词：背诵、回忆、默写、列举、说明、描述等。

理解层面目标，采用行为动词：区别、解释、归纳、说明、举例说明、简述、比较、判断、概括、质疑等。

3.应用层面目标,采用采用行为动词：解答、运用、使用、总结、拟定、评价等。

4.构建知识网络方面，采用行为动词：整合„„知识、回顾总结、罗列等

二、实施教学目标，在每个教学环节中，有针对性地落实目标。1.回顾环节。课前三分钟媒体展示上节重点内容，采用行为动词：背诵、回忆、默写、列举、说明、描述等。

2.构建知识网络环节。要求在规定时间内构建某一节或某一课的知识网络，系统全面地把握知识，采用行为动词：整合„„知识、回顾总结、罗列等。

3.基础知识梳理环节。要求学生根据知识网络，再认、巩固高考考点，采用行为动词：背诵、回忆、背写、写出、简答、总结、说明、质疑等

4.讨论交流环节。对于重点、难点、易混点、易错点、学科内综合点和涉及的热点进行讨论交流，采用行为动词：描述、区别、解释、归纳、举例说明、分析、判断、辩别、讨论、阐释等。

5.巩固练习环节。通过高考题再现、强化训练，培养学生的答题技能，可采用行为动词：计算、审出、指明、选择、区分、判断、找出、划分、总结、归纳、分层描述、规范说出、规范写清，用历史学科术语表述等。

整理回顾环节。对于一节课的所学内容，引导学生对所学的主干知识和解题技巧、方法进行总结回顾，采用行为动词：清晰归纳、整理、总结、齐背、说明„„解题思路等。

三、自我评价教学目标落实程度，写出教学反思。

一节课结束，学生应该学到些什么，掌握些什么，我们的教学过程应该达到什么目标，目标完成的程度，也值得我们思考。据此要求学生课后在学案中的教学反思环节简明扼要的写出收获和不足，采用行为动词：记住了、区分清楚了、会背写了、领悟了、注意到了、未掌握、不会用、需要注意、今后在„„方面改进„„等。

总之，目标教学的精华就在于行为动词的有效达成，同时以学生为主体，最后为学生的学而服务，我们竭尽全力为学生的全面发展而努力，就会收到事半功倍的效果。
