下面，请允许我简单介绍绍兴县的投资发展环境。今天的绍兴县，正加快实现经济转型发展、城乡统筹发展、社会和谐发展，成为有识之士创业、居住、休闲的首选之地。

一。始建于1988年的中国轻纺城，是亚洲最大的轻纺专业市场和全球最大的纺织品交易中心，注册经营户1.9万家，目前集聚了面料市场、原料市场、服装市场、家纺市场、化工市场、创意市场等专业市场，全球每年有四分之一的面料在这里成交，全国近一半的纺织企业与之建立了产销关系，09年市场成交额达708亿元。与此同时，装备制造、石油化工、金银饰品、新型建材、汽车汽配、黄酒食品等产业也已拥有较好的集聚基础，相关配套企业与之上下链相衔接的产业集聚形态，特别是装备制造、新型建材、汽车汽配三个产业正朝着产业链聚合、超百亿规模的方向发展，正成为绍兴县又一轮又好又快发展的重要增长极。

第三，绍兴县具有优势高效的发展环境。绍兴县投资环境成本比较优势较为明显，工业土地价格适中，工业用地最低的基准价格区间为每亩20-30万元，县城商住用地出让价在300—500万/亩之间，全县工业企业全面实行职工养老保险，月平均工资为2000元左右，其中技术工人为3000-5000元。依托中国轻纺市场而发展起来的楼宇经济近年来发展较快，写字楼年租金每平方米一般在350-400元，标准厂房年租金每平方米一般在50-80元，其中柯桥县城周边每平方米为120元左右。在“长三角最具有投资价值县市”评价中荣

各位来宾，接下来，我再介绍一下绍兴县的主要产业平台情况：

一是2个省级经济开发区，即滨海工业区和柯桥经济开发区。滨海工业区成立于2002年，总规划面积110平方公里，是浙江省打造环杭州湾制造业基地的金南翼，是浙江省规划建设接轨上海跨海大桥绍兴必经之地和杭州、绍兴、嘉兴重要节点，融入长三角经济黄金带的开放型经济窗口，是全国第二批循环经济试点单位和中国绿色印染研发生产基地。其中，工业园区划分为生物医药和精细化工园区、针织服装园区、石油化工和化纤产业园区、高新科技产业园区、机电产业园区等分区，已被浙江省纳入环杭州湾产业带规划并实施联动发展，是绍兴市滨海新城的重要组成部分。现成规划可开发工业用地3500亩，商住用地700亩，拟规划调整后可建设面积2万亩。柯桥经济开发区始建于1993年，总规划面积33.5平方公里，在传统纺织业做大做强基础上，已向汽车产业、机电产业、新能源产业、电子信息产业、新材料产业等高新技术产业转型，是绍兴县省级以上高新技术企业最密集的区域，也是紧邻县城柯桥的科技新城、商贸新城、宜居新城，拟规划调整后可建设面积1.5万亩。

二是山清水秀的平水副城。平水副城地处绍兴县南部，地域面积423平方公里，距绍兴市区20分钟车程，镜内山川秀美，是历史传说中夏禹治水到此功名成就的风水宝地。经过数年的建设，一座“高新产业集聚区、生态休闲居住区、商贸旅游配套区、城郊农业示范区”于一体的现代生态新城已初具规模，现规划有可开发工业用地3平方公里，商住用地2平方公里。

三是鉴湖-柯岩旅游度假区。度假区拥有鉴湖--柯岩国家级4A旅游风景区和鉴湖国际高尔夫球场，是绍兴县“北工、中城、南闲”城市发展框架中重要的“南闲”区块。目前形成的生态集聚区以汽车汽配产业为主导，已实现厦门金龙客车公司绍兴分公司、赵龙重卡为龙头，80余家汽车零部件、模具、机械制造企业，数百种产品构成的产业体系。中国绍兴黄酒产业基地也位于该度假区，基地规划总面积348公顷，现可用土地1200亩。黄酒是世界三大古酒之一，绍兴又以黄酒原产地而著名。按照“产业为支撑、品牌为龙头、文化为脉络、旅游为联动”的总体工作思路，积极打造以黄酒产业为主、食品饮料相配套“国字号”特色产业基地，全力弘扬黄酒文化。

四是柯桥中心城。通过不断加大城市基础设施建设，新县城柯桥的生活工作环境发生了巨大变化。《浙江省城镇体系规划（2008—2020）》明确将柯桥定位成为一个具有50—100万人口的大城市。鉴于绍兴县蓬勃的发展态势和新兴的城市潜力，沃尔玛超市、大连万达集团、深圳金地集团等商贸地产巨头纷纷抢滩柯桥，成为柯桥大城市建设的最先受益者，柯桥投资价值被众多房地产商、城市运营商普遍看好。
