参展情况总结

2014上海国际智慧城市建设与发展博览会于2014年10月16日-18日在上海世博展览馆举行，展出规模约25000平米，200家参展商以城市规划建设的交通，水，信息，能源4个网为中心，汇集规划设计、信息网络、智慧水务、智慧能源、智慧交通、绿色建筑、建筑节能、智慧安防、智慧医疗、智慧社区共十大领域的200余城市及大型企业。

我公司有王红伟、李近近、田明岩三名市场部人员参加了展会。由于参展时间仓促，并为了节约成本，市场部只做了《智慧城市WiFi网络解决方案》、《深圳奇迹智慧网络有限公司介绍》、《云wifi接入点》等宣传材料及易拉宝海报六张，展台未做装修，虽比较简陋，却取得良好的参展效果，达到了宣传公司、产品服务以及了解客户需求、确定合作意向的目的。

通过本次展会，提升了“奇迹智慧”的品牌知名度，拓展了运营商渠道、推广了云wifi接入点网络系统产品，对我公司市场起到了积极的促进作用。在参展过程中，有几十名客户对我们的产品与服务很感兴趣，并有部分客户当场表达了与我司合作的意愿（详见附表），并提出与我们会后沟通，发送详细的方案等合作要求。

通过与客户交流，市场部人员基本了解了不同类型的用户需求：

1、渠道（代理）合作 ：对方有当地政府关系，想代理我们产品，关心的是后续大数据运营的分成问题；

2、工程合作：承接政府的地铁、公交、矿区等工程，有与我们合作做无线WIFI的意向

3、中小商铺合作：对方有商城资源，关心后续商铺数据运营问题以及与我司的合作分成4、运营商合作：对运营商前期已经建设的大量WIFI网络接管、统一运营。展会结束后，市场部已按用户类型及需求进行分类，并由三名人员分别进行跟进，争取进一步沟通需求后，提供方案，达成合作。
