成语”是最具中国特色的汉语词汇,是汉语语汇中的精粹。他结构紧凑,修辞丰富,生动形象而有表现力,成语中记载着许多故事典故,蕴含深刻,概括力强。因此,用成语来来表达较深刻较复杂的意思,可使文章言简意明,生动形象,同时文章的句式整齐,节奏和谐,增强文章的感染力。
“谚语”是人们在口头上流传的固定语句,是一种现成的话。如“三个和尚没水吃”、“三个臭皮匠顶一个诸葛亮”、“人心齐,泰山移”。“一只烟二两油,一顿饭一头牛,一屁股坐一座楼”。谚语通俗易懂、精炼传神、整齐押韵;说起来顺口,细想想意味深长。作文或说话时用它来表达意思,简明生动、通俗易懂,给人鲜明印象而又耐人寻味。
“歇后语”是流行于民间的俗语之一,它由两部分组成,前一部分是一个比喻或隐语,而后部分是意义的解释,好像谜底,有时候前半部分歇而不讲,留给人去回味。歇后语分“喻意”“谐音”两种。前者如“小和尚念经——有口无心”,后者如“老虎拉车——没人敢”。歇后语幽默含蓄,生动活泼,耐人寻味。掌握一定数量的歇后语,在作文中灵活运用,可以增强语言的表现力,使文章生动活泼,文风幽默风趣。
某些说法形象通俗、诙谐,大伙喜欢这么说,流传开去就成了“惯用语”。比如通过“冷”比喻引申而成的惯用语有:“炒冷饭”、“冷板凳”、“吹冷风”、“泼冷水”,如由“吃”引申比喻而产生的:“打游击”“定心丸”“闭门羹”“吃哑巴亏”“炒鱿鱼”“铁饭碗”。恰当的运用惯用语可以增强语言的表现力,使文章独具形象、通俗、诙谐的风格
格言指言简意赅、寄寓哲理具有教育和启发作用的名言警句。他与谚语相似,但用语庄重,大多来源于名家学者的书信日记,著名诗词中。格言内容丰富、包罗万象,可做有力的道理论据或当作文章的中心论点、分论点;可用以概括某些材料的中心用在记叙文上;可置于文首,用以“首句标其目”统领全文;在文末用以画龙点睛,点化中心。
熟语贵在积累,积累方法有三:一是在生活中留心虚心向群众学;二是在课外阅读中勤记录,向书本学;三是收集多了,注意分类整理,既是巩固记忆又便于查找应用。
熟语运用,忌滥用、乱用,宜适时、适境、贴切、传神。同学们在你写作时,当你每每要表达一个意思(尤其是复杂的意识)时,请你问问自己:“可否用一个熟语?”长此以往,不愁练不出一手好文字功夫。

2011年工作总结
2011,对我来说是非常有意义的一年。学到了很多,也成长了许多。马上就要进入崭新的充满希望的一年了,回望2011年在公司所走过的历程感慨颇多。下面我针对2011年所做的工作,作一个总结,这也算是我个人对2011年工作所递交的答卷吧。
年初的时候,我还是从事库管工作。根据实际情况对库存板和帐外板进行了调整。为每个业务员提供翔实可靠的库存数据。后来来了一位新的同事从事库管工作。我把总结完善成品库管理方法付诸纸上,仔细交接工作重点及注意事项,并与新库管通力合作。圆满的完成了工作的交接。
在3月份的时候,也就是我刚刚从事设计工作的时候。我参与了新加坡项目SP板数量的统计,并且主要负责了出口装箱单的设计工作,同时还积极的学习制图技巧和原则。有机会就和业务员到工地进行现场学习观摩和测量数据。极大的提高了自己的业务水平。
从5月份开始,我开始接受韩国足球场盖板项目的设计工作。针对不同客户的不同要求。和施工的实际需要。进行了从新排版布板工作。并主要承担了装箱单的编制工作。虽然在长度和宽度上面有过很纠结的经历,但是经过领导上层沟通和对我们的指导。我和同事共同努力克服了种种难关。最终搞定了这个硬骨头。
后来,又接触了昌黎、张家口酒店和万昌物流等大项目的图纸。并进行了布板排版,在这个过程中积极学习本行业的专业知识:施工现场的安装布板原则及技巧,与客户特别是负责现场施工的人员的沟通技巧等。认真学习预应力板的板长、板宽、板厚与抗剪力、荷载及其他的力学性能的关系,混凝土强度的决定因素及控制方法等。
在十月份的时候我全权负责了顺天商务酒店工程。从现场测量尺寸。到布板排版。出板改板。到最后现场上板指导。特别是现场指导这个环节,给我思想和认知上带来了很大的冲击。让我真正认识到:理论必须联系实际。并且实际还是需要成熟的理论进行指导的。
在学习理论并联系实际的同时,针对自己工作中存在的性格急躁,不善自查,对施工现场及钢结构图纸不够熟悉等问题也要端正态度、认真学习、努力克服。并且我对于明年工作也做出了进一步规划,一是继续加强理论学习,充分体现设计人员的重要性和牢靠性,二是继续加强业务学习,积极熟悉行业知识,做业务上的行家能手,提高工作效率,使工作再上新台阶;三是出图方面,我要努力学好CAD为以后的企业进一步发展做好充分准备。
作为一名设计人员。不断地开拓设计思路,更好的与市场融合,是我们目前需要改进和加强的,所以我会和公司一起努力,为公司的不断壮大,更好的发展,来尽自己的一份微薄之力。

建筑学领域中,情感与理性的界限正变的模糊。光之于黑暗的出现,正如情感之于理性,对理性的否定恰确认了理性的存在,而建筑物正是凭借了一定的功能,成为了使用功能的物质承担者。在这个层面上,建筑包含与生俱来的理性成分。

二、实习内容
参加测量工程、钢筋工程、模板工程、混凝土工程、砌筑工程施工全过程的操作实习,学习每个工种的施工技术和施工组织管理方法,学习和应用有关工程施工规范及质量检验评定标准,学习施工过程中对技术的处理方法。
三、实习概况
在实习期间遵守实习单位和学校的安全规章制度,出勤率高,积极向工人师傅请教善于发现问题,并运用所学的理论知识,在工地技术员的帮助下解决问题。对钢筋工程、模板工程、混凝土工程等有了很具体的了解,同时对部分工程进行实践操作。
1.钢筋工程钢筋使用必须坚持先检查后使用的原则;钢筋必须有出厂合格证和检验报告,按国家规范进行复检合格后方可用于工程中,钢筋在现场加工,制作加工工序为:钢筋机械安装→钢筋对焊→锥螺纹加工→弯曲成型→钢筋绑扎。
2.模板工程模板及其支架应根据工程结构形式、荷载大小、地基土类别、施工设备和材料供应等条件进行设计。模板及其支架应具有足够的承载能力、刚度和稳定性,能可靠地承受浇筑混凝土的重量、侧压力以及施工荷载。浇筑混凝土时模板及支架在混凝土重力、侧压力及施工荷载等作用下胀模(变形)、跑模(位移)甚至坍塌的情况时有发生。为避免事故,保证工程质量和施工安全,提出了对模板及其支架进行观察、维护和发生异常情况时进行处理的要求。
3.混凝土工程结构混凝土的强度等级必须符合设计要求。用于检查结构构件混凝土强度的试件,应在混凝土的浇筑地点随机抽取。取样与试件留置应符合下列规定:
1、每拌制100盘且不超过100m3的同配合比的混凝土,取样不得少于一次;
2、每工作班拌制的同一配合比的混凝土不足100盘时,取样不得少于一次;
3、当一次连续浇筑超过100m3时,同一配合比的混凝土每200m3取样不得少于一次;
4、每一楼层、同一配合比的混凝土,取样不得少于一次;
5、每次取样应至少留置一组标准养护试件,同条件养护试件的留置组数应根据实际需要确定。
四、实习主要工作任务
我们这次实习的主要任务就是看懂实习工地的建筑类型,了解工程的性质,规模,建筑结构特点与施工条件等内容,了解不同机械设备的操作范围和规程,多多请教了解看到的不知道的知识。尽量争取参与并了解工程开工前和施工中的各项准备工作,参与进入施工现场的材料,收集有关技术资料,整理施工实习日记,做好实习收尾工作。
我们应该去了解或者熟悉工地上常用的机械设备的性能。带着各种各样的疑问,我们一边参观一边询问着,尝试了解常用的机械设备。
