在当今互联网飞速的发展下互联网渗透到社会的方方面面，给人们的工作、生活和娱乐带来了革命性的变化。像对发达国家的影响一样，互联网正日益改变着亚洲国家人们的生活观念和生活方式。但我们又看到，互联网经济在拉动消费、促进生产的同时，由于亚洲各国经济、技术实力的不同以及各国政府重视程度的不同，区域之间、国家之间的互联网发展存在着事实上的不平衡，这将影响亚洲经济发展以及社会发展的整体运行。

目前来看互联网是一种新的生产工具，他对于管理的发展来说肯定是利大于弊。

管理，从字面意思上来看就是管辖，处理的意思。由于他涉及的的层面很广，涉及社会生活的方方面面，随着互联网的发展，对管理的帮助是不可忽视的，由于现在的社会生活已经离不开互联网，所以互联网与管理的结合可以使得管理者更方便的去进行管理活动。

互联网与管理的结合可以更好的推动生产的发展，在经济学家来看，管理是生产转动的一个条件，没有管理就没有生产。
