一、报名时间：3月上旬，具体时间另行通知。报名方式首次釆网络报名。
二、考试时间：
1、体育考试：
（1）考试时间：为5月初开始，具体时间由各县市区确定。

（2）管弦乐包括：
a、铜管乐器（主要有：小号、长号、圆号、低音号）等。这组乐器嘹亮高亢、雄壮辉煌。
b、木管乐器（主要有：长笛、单簧管、双簧管、萨克斯）等。这组乐器音色多彩、穿透力强。
C、拉弦乐器（主要有：小提琴、大提琴、低音提琴）等。这组乐器优美抒情、表现力丰富。

（1）《红旗颂》是作曲家吕其明于1965年创作的一手管弦乐序曲。在1965年第六届“上海之春”国际音乐节开幕式上，由上海交响乐团、上海电影乐团、上海管弦乐团联合首演，取得了成功。之后传遍大江南北、华夏两岸。
（2）这首乐曲共有三个乐章。
第一乐段：
嘹亮的小号奏出了乐曲的引子，指引着革命道路前进的方向。再经圆号反复，引出弓弦乐器演奏的歌颂红旗的主题，这一主题在钢琴的伴奏下，给人以光辉热烈和庄严的深切感受，人们被音乐带到幸福激荡的回忆之中：
1949年10月1日，毛泽东主席站在宏伟庄严的天安门城楼上向全世界宣告：“中华人民共和国中央人民政府成立了！”，雄伟庄严的天安门前冉冉升起第一面五星红旗，中国人民从此站起来了……
主题又一次转调出现，转调后的音乐色彩显得更加明亮辉煌，仿佛是亿万人民欢腾热烈的情景。优美深情的旋律，倾注了多少英雄儿女的热血啊！
红旗是革命的象征、是团结的象征、是胜利的象征。
第二乐段
双簧管奏出深情如歌的旋律，描写经过斗争洗礼的人们仰望五星红旗，心潮澎湃的情怀，传达出人民对红旗至深的情与爱。
接着连续的三连音，使节奏富于动力，节奏紧缩，速度加快，歌颂的主题变成豪迈的进行曲，中国人民在红旗指引下英勇战斗，顽强拼搏，他们怀着必胜的信念；怀着对祖国的赤诚之心，在红旗的指引下昂首阔步地奋勇向前，这进行曲的节奏正是我们时代前进的步伐。
号角又响了，红旗高高飘扬，经过斗争洗礼的人们仰望五星红旗，心潮澎湃，传达出人民对红旗至深的情与爱。
第三乐段
这是主题的再现部分。气势磅礴的乐曲表现了亿万人民在这历史性的时刻，尽情歌颂的情怀，人们尽情歌颂伟大的祖国，歌颂伟大的中国共产党。
这是一首深情的颂歌，这是一支气势恢弘的乐曲。红旗在迎风招展，中国人民在猎猎飞舞的红旗下满怀豪情，奋发前进。
尾声的号角雄伟嘹亮，形成强有力的最高潮。乐曲气壮山河。
