3.心生欢喜。

小孩子一天平均笑170次，发自内心的喜悦，而成年人一天平均笑7次，有的时候还是皮笑肉不笑，甚至有的人一年也没有发自内心的喜悦过几次。喜悦是一种体内阳气充足的外在表现，内心的喜悦可以制造出很多有益身心健康的化学物质，如内啡肽、免疫因子等，可以提高机体的免疫力和恢复能力。

一个人发自内心的喜悦可以感染别人，给人感觉很阳光，手脚温暖而乐于助人，这都是阳气充足的外在表现，相反，一个整天阴沉着脸，作苦大仇深状的人则个人感觉阴霾之气甚重，与之握手往往感到冰凉粘湿，这便是古人所说的阴气重的人。

内心温暖，乐于助人就能产生阳气，相反，内心冰冷，没有怜悯心甚至总是阻碍别人的人，往往手脚就比较凉，阳气就比较少。

4.手脚温暖。

小孩子的一个典型特点是不怕冷，全身就像一个小火炉一样，无论冬天多么大的雪，出去玩起雪来根本不在乎冰雪的温度，我每次过年回家看到小外甥在寒冷的天气在外面玩了一上午也不会感到怕冷，两个小孩红红的温暖有热力，这都是纯阳的表现了。老家有一个疯女人，经常在寒冷的冬天把孩子带到冰冷的水里面洗澡，一般人都觉得这个孩子非感冒不可，但是事实却恰恰相反，小孩子一直到成人都没有感冒几次。古人说：“若得小儿安，三分饥与寒”，小孩子冻不出毛病，相反特别容易热出问题来，今年过年看的一个小孩子顽固性鼻炎就是他奶奶“捂出来的病”，本身阳气就重，再加上生怕感冒衣服捂得严严实实，经常出汗，皮毛不固伤了肺气，加之肺热内耗，伤了肺阴，进进出出难免被风寒所袭，肺经寒邪内留，这种小孩子就特别容易感冒、发烧、咳嗽、鼻塞，出现这种表现后再去医院输液，苦寒的抗生素一上，体温立刻下降，血象也不高了，把本来正气抗邪的气机一下子打下去，寒气闭在深层次的肺脏里面，这就埋下了将来得过敏性哮喘、过敏性鼻炎，湿疹等疾病的病根„„好像有点跑题了，先不多说了。

5.不知疲倦。

阳气足的人，做事情不知疲倦，小儿是纯阳之体，精力体力充足，可以连续玩上一整天都不会感到疲劳，而陪同玩耍的大人往往就顶不住了。

这次回老家我三岁的小外甥就好像我的跟屁虫一样，围在我身后拉着我跟我玩各种各样的游戏，我陪着他打.....、写数字、画画、逛公园、买玩具、吹泡泡、打气球„„仅仅一上午的时间我就被“折磨”的不行了，中午吃完饭之后，困得实在不行了，回想起来早上好像也没有干什么，怎么这么累呢？可能是过年休息不好、找我看病的人比较多，这是内因，外因就是陪小外甥玩，这真是一个累人的体力活。

相反，我那小外甥吃饭之后照样生龙活虎地玩耍，还拉着我强烈要求继续做游戏，我只有把眼睛一闭，任由他在我面前跑来跑去，我呼呼大睡„„

小孩子玩耍的时候内心是比较空净的，心里面不藏事，而大人往往牵挂比较多，精神相对紧张的多，实际上这种紧张往往就消耗很多体力和精力，有的人会说：“我不紧张啊，也没有牵挂啊，怎么还那么累呢？”

可能您所谓的不紧张恰恰就是紧张习惯了，下意识的紧张不能放松，特别是和孩子玩的时候，一方面需要调整自己的思维模式和表达方式，一方面还要说话，动作，看好小孩不要出危险，另外一方面可能心理面还想着工作、事业、家庭、人际关系等，操心比较多，而小朋友心理面却没有这些，只是一心一意的玩，很享受的玩，很松弛的玩，从来不会为明天、后天、大后天操心，内心比大人要清净的多，妄想杂念就比较少，所以消耗的精力和体力就不多。

小孩子的纯阳之体印证了一个道理，人体是内外相应的，也就是说：内心光明清净，外在自然元气充沛，阳气充足，体力精力充足；内心阴暗潮湿、贪婪愚痴，外在自然晦暗无华，阴气十足，别人不喜欢接近。

绕了半天，答案出来了：只要我们恢复本来纯净纯善的内心，元气自然恢复充沛，伤精也会不治而愈，小孩子之所以元气充沛，肾精充足，最重要的是他们每天开开心心，无忧无虑的过生活，把每一件事情都当做新鲜的，好玩的，享受的去做，不在乎得失利益，不在乎明天、后天、大后天会怎样，彻底放下身心世界的时候，你会感到能量在自动向体内汇聚，身体得到迅速补充和调整，很多顽疾不治而愈，恢复成纯阳之体，从我们的内心开始吧。

4、永远觉得自己不够好

聪明、能干的你，一旦被擢升或授予重职，反而变得毫无自信，觉得不能胜任。这样的人患有“事业恐高症”，需要加倍信心，步向成功。

5、喋喋不休地抱怨

即使你在为工作上的种种问题而恼怒，也不要日夜抱怨。比如你在因长期加班而牢骚满腹，与其向人诉苦，不如去找上司，看看能否有机会改变你的处境。

6、工作狂

只要一停下工作就会全身不舒坦，做什么事情都觉得有些焦虑不安。如果这样，那就需要好好的对自己的健康做一下详细的了解，特别是现在这会，劳逸结合是健康生活的必须。
