千呼万唤中，《2014全国硕士研究生入学统一考试英语
（一）考试大纲》终于面世了。总的来说，与2013年大纲相比，各题型模块没有革命性变化。而阅读理解Part B，也就是我们说的新题型部分，作为备考题型种类最多的模块，也与2013年大纲中要求一致，没有做出任何调整。
自2005年起英语阅读部分增设了“新题型”，共5道题目，总分值为10分。该题型要求考生从整体上把握文章的逻辑结构和内容上的联系，理解句子之间、段落之间的关系，对诸如连贯性、一致性等语段特征有较强的意识和熟练的把握，并具备运用语法知识分析理解长难句的能力。包括三类备考题型，四种具体形式：完形填句(段)、排序题、论点找论据及论据找论点。05、06、08、09、12、13年考查的是难度相对较大的第一种完形填句(段)题，10、11年考查的是第二种排序题，而07年则选择了难度相对较低的第三类中——论据找论点（选择小标题）。在四种考查形式中，只有论点找论据还没有在真题中考查过。
不同的题型考查的重点不同，因此有不同的解题思路和技巧。尤其是对于完形填句(段)题和排序题，是对语言能力和阅读理解能力的综合测试，因此在要求上远远高于小标题选择题和观点例证题，考生有必要对这类题型的答题思路多练习，以提高自己在这个部分的应试能力。

一、考研作文A节
(1)命题形式
考研英语作文部分由A、B两节组成，考查考生的书面表达能力。总分30分。
A节：考生根据所给情景写出一篇约100词(标点符号不计算在内)的应用性短文，包括私人和公务信函、备忘录、报告等。考生在答题卡2上作答。共10分。
(2)命题特点
题目中一般给出作文内容要点，要求考生围绕内容要点提示构建文章主体内容;以书信形式为主，可能涉及求职信、辞职信、建议信、道歉信、投诉信、邀请信和感谢信等具体类型。
(3)总体应对策略
注意格式要求，表意明确即可，避免复杂华丽的文采修饰。
二、考研作文B节
(1)命题形式
考生根据提示信息写出一篇160~200词的短文(标点符号不计算在内)。提示信息的形式有主题句、写作提纲、规定情景、图、表等。考生在答题卡2上作答。满分20分。
(2)命题特点
在选题上，通常贴近生活，一方面是带有哲理性的永恒话题;另一方面是目前人们最为关注的问题，亦即当前热门话题。但总体上讲，所涉及的写作内容均属大多数考生所熟悉之话题，因而便于取材，具有一定的可写性。具体说来，主要涉及身体健康、两代关系、环境保护、爱心、文化、青年面对社会等6大话题。就体裁而言，以论说文为主，因为这类体裁形式在实际学习、工作和生活中使用的频率较高。就具体的命题形式而言，可分为：主题句作文、标题作文、提纲作文、图画(表)作文、规定情景式作文等。
(3)总体应对策略
注意关注相关重点话题;全面掌握不同命题形式下的论说文之写作模式及步骤。
