关于学位英语和综合考试的有关规定

学位考试由于不是每个考生都必须考的，所以本着学生自愿的原则报名考试，关于有关事项做一个说明。

一、报名和考试时间：

每年三月份可报学位英语和学位综合，考试费用100元/门，大约五、六月份考试。九月份可报学位英语，大约十一月份考试。请需要考学位的同学自己留意报名时间主动和学校联系。另外关于学位成绩的一些说明：未取得本科毕业证的同学，学位英语成绩在两年内有效，学位综合当年有效。取得本科毕业证以后一年内可考学位英语和学位综合，时间过后不得再考。建议同学们根据自己自考的进度合理安排学位考试。

二、办理学位证的时间、要求和费用：

凡通过学位英语和学位综合的本科毕业同学可以申请中南大学学士学位。每年九月为办证时间，请符合办证条件的考生自行打印学位申请表（空间的常用表格内有）如实填写如有弄虚作假后果由考生自己负责。持有效成绩和毕业证的电子注册号、相片（要求是和毕业证同底）到各班主任处办理。相片要求是两寸蓝底免冠证件照像素要求为144ⅹ192。（一份电子相片，两张同底两寸纸质相片）办证工本费100元/证。

三、以上通知是现行的学位考试和办理的规定，如有更改请随时关注学院通知。

说明：由于中南大学大学英语的教学模式为2+1+1+X（即每周每班2节综合英语课程，“听说”课程的教学时数为：一节进“自主中心”自学相关教材听力内容，一节课由授课老师面授口语。另外X时数指学生根据自己的英语水平和学习进度随时、随地上网），因此，“听说”课程教学大纲改写为“听力”和“口语”教学大纲。

大学英语教学的目的是：全面培养英语综合应用能力，特别是听说能力综合文化素质和自主学习能力，使他们在毕业时具有与中国一流大学的大学生相适应的外语水平，在工作和社会交往中能使用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流，满足我国社会发展的国际交流的需要。

一、教学对象

为一、二年级大学英语学习者，与“综合英语”课程同步进行。“听说”课程中的“听力”为大学英语基础阶段必修课程。内容可分为听力基本技能训练和多媒体听力两部分内容，与相关教材配套的“听力”内容完全放在“自主中心”，由学习者自主学习完成。

二、教学目的培养学生一定的听力理解的能力，使他们能用英语交流信息，帮助学生打下扎实的语言基础，提高文化素养，以适应社会发展规律和经济建设的需要。

三、教学要求

听力的自主学习应有助于学生开阔视野，扩大知识面，加深对世界的了解，提高文化素养，促进语言应用能力的提高。在具体的教学中，应因材施教，协调发展，强调掌握和应用语言知识的准确性，也要注意应用语言时的流利程度和得体性。

1．基本要求

1．1 第一学期要能听懂“自主中心”网络课程上的英语讲课，掌握中等程

度的词汇辨别，能听懂英语国家浅显的日常生活交谈，能抓住熟悉的题材的大意和要点。

1．2 第二学期要能对所听材料进行句子或段落听写，能听懂英语国家有关

社会生活、习俗礼仪内容的演讲和交谈（语速为每分钟100-120个单词）能抓住中心大意、要点和有关细节，领会作者的态度和意图，能进行简单复述和评论。

1．3 第三学期要能听懂内容涉及到多种题材的篇幅较长的会话、谈话和短

文录音，能抓住中心大意和要点，并能进行分析和总结。了解最新科技发展的动态和与之有关的进入日常生活的名词。

1．4 第四学期要能听懂语言难度较高的多种题材的文章录音（语速为每分

钟130-150个单词）能听懂正常语速的国内外新闻的主要内容，能用英语做简要笔记。

2．较高要求

对题材熟悉，句子结构不太复杂，基本没有生词，语速为每分钟150-17 个单词的篇幅较长的会话、谈话、报道、讲座，能掌握其中的大意，抓住要点和有关细节，领会讲话者的观点和态度，并能进行分析、推理和判断。

四、教学原则

坚持因材施教的原则及精听与泛听相结合的原则。根据学生的实际水平，参照大纲，拟定合理的教学计划，确定合理的教学目标。

2．逐步熟悉有关的文化背景知识

六、教学安排

基础听力为两年，在一、二年级进行，课表时间平均每周1课时。

七、教学方法

1． 以课堂指导、训练为主。

2． 注意培养学生多听、多练的习惯。

3． 培养学生坚持每天听英语广播的习惯（不少于30分钟，学校利用音频台发送各种类型的英语节目），以恰当的方式检查学生的收听情况。

4． 鼓励学生结合听力教材学习英语歌曲，表演英语话剧，并适当组织相关比赛。

八、教学检测

采用适当的听力形式，以20分钟左右的听力材料为宜，或观看10分钟左右的电视短片，用恰当的形式（听写、听答、听译、听诉等）进行考试。

32一、教学对象：已修完大学英语基础阶段课程的非英语专业的本科生

二、教学目的本课程是一门文化知识课，其目的是帮助非英语专业本科学生掌握英、美两国社会与文化的基础知识，扩大知识面，为学好英语扫除缺乏背景知识的障碍，提高文化素养，培养跨文化交际的意识和能力。

三、教学要求

通过教学，一方面要求学生了解英、美两国的国土、人民、经济、政治、教育、宗教、福利、艺术、交通、海外关系、体育娱乐及价值观念等方面的情况；另一方面要求学生通过听讲、阅读、讨论等方式提高英语语言应用能力。
