高级翻译“薪”形势

日益扩大的对外文化交流已在中国催生出巨大翻译市场，2009年中国翻译市场产值有望超过400亿人民币，随着外企语言本地化的增多，对语言翻译的需求也将进一步增强，市场上对日、韩、法、俄、德、西班牙等小语种翻译人才的需求尤为迫切。普通谈话类翻译的日薪在400-600元，商务谈判类翻译的日薪在600-800元，同声传译薪金最高6000-8000元/天，旺盛的需求和充满诱惑力的薪酬，正在激发着更多有一定外语基础的人加入到翻译行业中。

某高校就业指导老师告诉记者：“对于已有一两年翻译工作经验的人来说，想找到一份月薪在4000-5000元的翻译工作不是很难，但作为刚毕业的大学生，虽然基本都获得了英语专业八级或小语种考试的相关资格认证，但也要重视企业对学生进行的短期岗前培训，重视日常用语和商务会话的能力，要有坚持学习的态度，熟悉掌握行业内术语。”

难觅高级翻译人才

从相关外企了解到，人才的缺乏已让企业不得不降低选拔标准，甚至对翻译的要求放到了无经验也可的地步。尽管天津每年参加口译证书考试的人不在少数，但具有实战经验的高级翻译人才仍是凤毛麟角。

据天津翻译专修学院焦雨石院长介绍，目前各个层次的翻译人才都比较紧缺，高层次的翻译人才需求虽然是少数，但是他们基本都是零失业，市场空缺仍然存在。低层次的翻译人才虽然人才数量巨大，但随着近几年来众多外企落户天津，对这部分人才的需求也已超过了实际的储备量。

人才稀缺症结何在首先，培养翻译人才的机制没有完全形成，翻译人才的培养与经济发展并没有完全接轨。其次，近几年我市招商引资成果显着，滨海新区经济迅猛发展，很多外资企业落户，对翻译人才的需求骤增以致紧缺。再者，以前翻译队伍中鱼龙混杂，缺乏统一、全面、客观公正的人才衡量标准，翻译市场不规范，懂一点外语的人就能通过各种关系包揽业务，但翻译质量如何也没人来认定，客观上也造成翻译人才的缺失。

目前，我市翻译人才主要是从各大院校外语专业教育培养出来的，但这些学生到了高年级才开设翻译课，很多学生的词汇和语法不够扎实，很难成为优秀的翻译人才，因此高校需加大力度建立长期有效的翻译人才培养机制。

第二篇：高级翻译

林国本简介（出生于日本华侨商人家庭，18岁回国。在《北京周报》社日文版从创刊（1963年8月）工作到退休（1995年）。在中译外的岗位上实践了30多年。退休后仍担任中国网和《北京周报》日文网改稿专家）

一． 坚持每天阅读《人民日报》等各种报刊，及时掌握国家的方针政策和国际形势，以便在政治翻译工作中做到更加准确和游刃有余。

二． 反复阅读，长期抄写。林先生说，他年轻的时候，曾每天抄写《朝日新闻》的“天声人语”，坚持了6年。这对他日文的历练起到了相当大的作用。另外，林先生还接受一位朋友的建议，反复阅读一本好书，做到读精、读透。某一本书，他曾反复读了50多遍。他说：“今天我做同声传译95％得益于这本书。我是在说，而不是在译。”

三．借他山之石以攻玉。随着改革开放的不断发展，我们国家的各个方面都在逐渐与国际接轨，政府的人大工作报告的内容近年来也日趋专业化。为适应形式发展，林先生开始研究、学习《美国经济白皮书》（日译版）和日本政府公文中的相关文书，并结合我国公文的特点，在翻译环节保持了同步。

Almost a year has passed since I came down here at your Head Master's kind invitation in order to cheer myself and cheer the hearts of a few of my friends by singing some of our own songs.The ten months that have passed have seen very terrible catastrophic events in the worldbut can anyone sitting here this afternoon, this October afternoon, not feel deeply thankful for what has happened in the time that has passed and for the very great improvement in the position of our country and of our home? Why, when I was here last time we were quite alone, desperately alone, and we had been so for five or six months.We were poorly armed.We are not so poorly armed today;but then we were very poorly armed.We had the unmeasured menace of the enemy and their air attack still beating upon us, and you yourselves had had experience of this attack;and I expect you are beginning to feel impatient that there has been this long lull with nothing particular turning up!
