英语能力竞赛考试总结

2009年11月14日星期六下午一点在我院公共教学部马凯琳,尹秀云两位主任的领导下以及英语教研组组长韩秋老师的指导和带领下,举行了高职组英语能力竞赛笔试考试,竞赛地点在新教学楼1101,竞赛时间为90分钟。参赛人员是全院高职组08和09两届各个班级通过系里推荐选出来的比较优秀的学生,共有86人参加了本次考试。

一. 本次竞赛的出题人由我来担任,试卷的内容分成听力,语法及词汇,阅读理解,翻译和写作五大部分。试题的难易程度比较适中,梯度由易到难,既考查了参赛选手们对基础知识掌握的是否牢固,又选拔出几名英语语言能力较强的优秀的学生。考查的内容比较广泛,不仅涵盖了初高中语法及词汇的重要知识点,比如说词组的搭配问题,像pick up,put up,get up,bring up这四个常见但又易混的词组,学生们在具体的语境里能否正确区分开。而且还涉及一些学生们进入大学以来在英语课堂上所学到的新知识,比如说倍数(twice as large as….)表达法是我们在上一个单元刚学过的一个句型,在本次试卷里以翻译的形式出现想考查一下学生们能否熟练把汉语转译成地道的英语,再比如说作文的题目比较贴近学生们的生活,让学生们描述一下对中秋节的理解以及今年的中秋节他们是怎样度过的,这样就可以把他们的真实生活用英语表达出来,使他们意识到英语不但是一种重要的语言,而且跟真实的生活也是息息相关的。竞赛的成绩也的确测出了高分能力强的学生。(08英语教育班的李耀东133分最高分)

二. 本次竞赛参加监考的人员由我以及胡佳月,沈乐,崔宏伟,杨伟迪共五名我们英

语教研组的老师,在考试前韩秋老师来得是最早的,想的非常周到,提前把教室门以及多媒体设备都打开了,然后把试卷都摆放在最安全的地点,提醒我在考试中可能会出现的问题和细节,由于考试中有听力测试,综合办的姜主任还提前帮我们试听了录音效果,这样确保了听力考试顺利进行。在考试过程中马主任和尹主任还来到了现场看看我们是否需要帮助,在监考以及评卷过程当中我们每位老师都认真负责,还有崔宏伟老师在考前还宣读了考场纪律,使学生明确了考级考风,胡佳月老师考前一直站在考场门口给每位前来考试的同学签到,核对考号和姓名,杨老师和沈乐老师也是很热心的带领学生找座位,把考场的秩序维持的非常好,在收卷子时各位老师也是非常认真的核对卷子的顺序以及学生的姓名和班级,在评卷子过程中也是流水作业,但是谁先批完了都会帮助其他的老师,沈乐还帮崔宏伟,杨老师帮助我们合分,尹主任还帮我们上成绩,在此还要感谢没有参加本次考试工作的刘妍老师,在校对试卷时是她帮我及时指正了卷面的几个错误还有分值的大小问题。总之就是通过这次竞赛,感觉我们英语组真的是个非常团结的集体,其实这些工作都不用去特意安排,每个老师似乎彼此之间都很有默契,大家一起想一起努力,主任和组长也非常支持我们的工作,所以很快很圆满的就把工作完成了,真是团结就是力量!

三. 通过本次竞赛,赛出了学生们的真实成绩,考查出了学生们的英语能力水平,选

拔出特别优秀的参加口语考试。最后再次感谢系领导以及英语组组长的大力支持才能使我们的考试工作圆满顺利完成,也很感谢参加本次考试工作的所有老师们的协作和团结。祝愿我们英语教研组的未来更加辉煌!

There is no doubt that the natural disaster has became an enemy towards to the people all over the world.But before we complain about these sufferings,why not ponder deeply over the matters we have done to our mother earth?And that’s my opinion:people should decrease the terrible pollution of hurting the earth.The most influenced instance was the earthquake that inflicted severe damage on the Wen Chuan in 2008.It is true that we witnessed the unite of Chinese people, and also prayed forthe saved lifes.But think it deeply:To these force majeure,can we predict it before it happened? 七年级英语能力竞赛方案

一、活动目的:

为提高我校七年级学生英语水平,更好的完成《英语课程标准》中关于英语的最终目标:提高学生英语综合运用的能力。同时让学生体验英语学习的快乐与成功。给学生提供一个展示自我的交流的平台,为今后自己的学习打下一个良好的基础。让学生在活动锻炼自己,更好的做好服务工作,培养合作意识。特举办七年级学生英语能力大赛。

二、活动内容及安排:

结合七年级上units1-6的主要学习内容和七年级学生实际情况,由七年级英语老师有针对性出好笔试竞赛题与口头作文。第一环节:笔试题型按平常月考题型。(不含听力和作文)第二环节:口试

口头作文:规定话题如my family,introduce myself等,进行抽签。规定时间,并给出相应的关键词。

第三环节:才艺表演。内容为:英文歌曲,英语绕口令,诗歌表演等。

三、比赛时间:

初赛时间:2017年11月16日 决赛时间:2017年11月29日

四、比赛地点: 初赛:各班教室

决赛:学校阶梯教室 五、参赛对象:

初赛为各班全体学生;决赛每班5人,全年级40人。

六、答题要求:

(1)在规定的时间完成测试内容。

(2)笔试采取闭卷考试的方式进行,要求学生使用蓝黑色笔答题,认真读题,规范书写。

口试比赛,口齿清晰,发音准确,语音优美,语速正常。

09年小学六年级英语知识能力竞赛通报

09年小学六年级英语知识能力竞赛经历初赛的选拔和决赛的角逐后,终于评出一等奖、二等奖、三等奖共184人。从这次上送的优秀学生试卷的成绩看,多数镇、校的英语教学水平在提高,个别镇的教学水平还有待提高。就这次竞赛情况,现通报如下:

一、命题者初衷与考核结果

因为这是六年级的英语竞赛,所设的题目除了考核小学3至6年级所学的英语基础内容 外,还设置了一定数量的拉距离的题目,考核结果反映的情况正如命题者初衷一样,第一、二、四、五、七、八、九题和第十题A、B部分大部分学生都能得分,而第三题的第3、5小题、第六题的第6、7小题、第十题C部分的第4小题就只有个别同学能得分。

二、学生获奖情况

这次竞赛评出一、二、三等奖共184人,其中,一等奖27人,决赛分数93.5-97;二等 奖64人,决赛分数90-93;三等奖93人,决赛分数84-89.5。这次竞赛最高分97,两人(黄意健、邹晓侨)来自高要一小,1人(杨翠欣)来自白土塱鹤中心小学,1人(吴裕航)来自禄步中心小学。从获奖情况看,高要一小、高要二小、白土镇、金利镇等单位继续保持领先优势,其中,高要一小上送的7位学生中,6人获一等奖,1人获二等奖;高要二小上送的3位学生中,2人获一等奖,1人获二等奖;白土镇上送22位学生中,5人获一等奖,17人获二等奖;金利镇上送25位学生中,4人获一等奖,13人获二等奖,8人获三等奖。进步最大的是蛟塘镇,上送的9位学生中,4人获一等奖,4人获二等奖,1人获三等奖。其中,有7位学生来自蛟塘中心小学,钟志升(96分)、冼敏祺(96分)、谭蕴仪(96分)、谭楚欣(95分)获一等奖,周可盈(92分)、苏翠仪(90分)获二等奖,李巧娟(87分)获三等奖,他们的任课老师冼燕珍一个人带出这么多成绩优秀的学生,真是了不起!而且,从学生的卷面看,她的学生答第三题、第十题C部分,是全市完成得最好、最完整的,学生组织的文字非常成熟,看得出她的学生训练有素,具有初中生的水平。

三、教师评卷情况

全市上送的优秀生试卷一共217份,花了两天半的时间去复查,发现各单位对第三题、第十题C部分的评分标准把握得不够准确,出入较大(经平衡评分标准后,很多学生的分数有变化。),其它题的评分标准把握得较好,所以大部分镇、校的老师能认真对待评卷工作,这点值得表扬。但是,有个别镇的老师评卷态度不够认真,有些明显答案错误或者回答得不完整也给满分(答案不完整只能酌情给分!),更严重的是有些学生的回答是正确的,只是他们的回答跟参考答案的字眼不完全一样,评卷的老师居然给学生0分,这说明有些教师评卷前没有认真阅卷和研究答案。例1:第三题第1小题:Who bought Sue a bird?, 按照录音内容,答案是:Sue’s grandfather./Her grandfather.结果出现了这些现象:1)学生回答:Sue’s father./Her father.,有老师居然给了满分(2分);2)学生回答:Sue’s/Her grandfather bought Sue a bird.有老师给学生0分。例2:第十题C部分第1小题:Where was the goat?,按照短文内容,答案是:She was on the steep cliff./ On the steep cliff.有学生这样回答:She stood on the steep cliff.结果评卷的老师给这些学生0分。其实这两道题答案的关键词非常明显,只要评卷的老师有阅卷,学生答出关键词就酌情给分(句子出现语法错误要适当扣分),根本不会出现这样的错误。例1的关键词是:grandfather,学生回答father不可能给分,而学生回答Sue’s/Her grandfather bought Sue a bird.,是对问题的完整回答,评卷老师竟然不给分,简直莫名其妙!例2的关键词是on the steep cliff, 按照所设的问题,回答She was on the steep cliff./ On the steep cliff.是正确的,但是回答She stood on the steep cliff.也没错,而且原文是这样的:The goat stood on the steep cliff.可见,有些评卷老师的工作态度太不像话了!
