有一首歌叫常回家看看,有一种生活叫常出去转转,每天大家生活在城市里听噪音吸尾气,偶尔出去走走,置身于名山大川文化古迹之中,忘掉生活的烦恼工作的压抑,是多么幸福的一件事情。有的人有时间不一定有闲钱,有的人有闲钱不一定有时间,所以旅游对于很多人来说并不容易,所以大家要珍惜每一次出来的机会。有句俗话说得好,不一样的心情看不一样的风景,花钱看的山肯定比火峰山好看,花钱看的水肯定比州河水好看,放松身体,拥抱美景,有多嗨你就放多开。

咋们出门旅游,有些注意事项小朱要给大家提醒一下

第一,安全问题,人身安全和财产安全。先说人身安全,在景区,不能下水的绝对不能下水,不能攀岩,不要贪恋美景到悬崖边上去拍照,相机掉了那是可惜,人掉下去了那就可悲了。不能进入未开放的区域,才狼虎豹估计倒是没有,迷路了就麻烦了。还有就是晚上,大家如果晚上要出去活动的,请三五一群结伴而行!二是财产安全,贵重物品(比如相机手机等)请随身携带,下车别落车上,出酒店要么带上,要么寄存酒店!离开酒店也要检查自己的贵重物品有没落下。在景区,在路上,包要背在前面,钱包钱包,背在前面是自己的包,背在后面可能就是别人的了。

第二,入住酒店,首先要两查,哪两查呢,1是检查酒店设施,比如马桶,电视等有没损坏的,如有损坏,请提前通知服务员或者给我打电话。2是查房间内哪些是有偿使用,哪些是免费的。以免退房时引起不必要的纠纷。

第三,咋们出来是一个整体,是一个团队,大家要相亲相爱,相互关心照顾!~ 第四,纪律问题,大家在景区一定要跟着导游走,不许掉队,不能因为一个人的掉队而让耽误了大家的行程。在这里立一条军令!谁掉队太久,上车之后唱忐忑,跳脱衣舞!请大家共同监督,大家说好不好?跟着导游走,吃喝啥都有,问啥啥都会,走路绝不累!还有就是晚上有搬砖的朋友,建议别搬太晚,免得体力透支二天走路像喝醉了样·~

好了,说了这么多,那言归正传,下面,小朱就给大家说说咋们本次行程安排和基本内容!先要讲行程安排,然后围绕旅游六要素再讲具体的。

1、吃:说到吃啊,经常出来旅游的朋友可能都知道,那可不比自家的小灶小炒,咋们四川人是重口味,吃得鲜香麻辣,但是很多地方的旅游餐,那是没办法恭维的!因为人家饮食习惯不同,旅游餐厅都是大锅大勺,上等的原材料有可能就做出来的是下等菜品。还有就是众口难调。所以咋们只能管饱不能吃好,这个还要请大家担待,自备下饭菜,比如饭烧光,老干妈之类。

2、住;旅游出来住的都是经济型酒店,不能说豪华,但我们保证干净卫生、独卫彩电空调双人床,一般旅游景区有山有水,所以在景区的酒店普遍有点潮湿现象,大家入住前可以开电热毯或者空调风干一下再睡!

3、行;开始小朱在前面说过,车是流动的家,大家要爱护车内卫生,还有记住车牌号,不要上错车。

4、游;在游览景点的时候,大家一定要跟着导游走,或者看着咋们的导游旗走,小旗不倒,不许乱跑。每一个好看的景点我们都会给大家停留时间拍照,所以大家记住游览时间,别掉队,走路不看景,看景不走路!

5、购;很多朋友出来呢,可能想给亲朋好友带点纪念品礼物或者特产啥的,但是大家在购物的时候一定要理性消费,该买的才买!还有就是在很多景区门口有很多兜售小商品的游击队,大家记住了,那样的小商小贩,大家不要轻易招惹,一旦被黏上了可能就很难脱身了。

本人_______作为石家庄书香导游服务有限公司的一名导游人员,为向旅游者提供优质的导游服务,为导游业及旅游业树立良好形象,本人本着对游客负责、对旅行社负责、对书香导服公司负责、对自己人生负责的“四负责”精神,承诺在导游活动中做到以下要求:

一、在进行导游活动时,遵守国家法律法规,严格执行《导游人员管理条例》,自觉维护国家利益和民族尊严,不损害国家利益、民族尊严及社会公共利益。

二、在进行导游活动时,自觉遵守爱岗敬业、诚实守信、办事公道、服务游客、奉献社会的职业道德,礼貌待人、尊重旅游者的宗教信仰、民族习俗和生活习惯。对于个别旅游者在旅游过程中提出的低级趣味的讲解要求将予以礼貌婉拒,不在讲解、介绍中掺杂涉及政治的笑话及其它庸俗下流的内容。

三、在导游活动中,做到着装整洁、修饰得体、举止大方、言行诚信可靠,按规定佩带导游证、持团旗,带齐出团计划,配合好旅游行政管理部门的监督检查。

四、在导游活动中,为游客提供规范化、标准化的服务,严格按照旅行社确定的接待计划安排旅游者的旅游活动,不擅自增加、减少旅行项目或者终止导游活动。保证不会离开团队进行私人活动。

五、在进行导游活动中,不向游客兜售物品或者购买游客的物品,不以明示或者暗示的方式向游客索要小费。

六、在进行导游活动中,不欺骗、胁迫或诱导游客消费,不与经营者串通欺骗、胁迫、诱导游客消费。

七、在引导游客游览过程中,就可能产生危及游客人身和财物安全的情况,向游客作出真实说明和警示,遇突发事故时会挺身而出,并按照旅行社的要求和当时实况采取防止危害发生的措施。

八、在进行导游活动中,由本人自身责任造成旅行社和有关方面的经济损失,将由本人承担一切经济赔偿责任和法律责任。

九、绝对服从导服机构的管理和业务安排,上团不选线挑团,经导服机构委派后方进行导游活动。未向书香导服公司报备,不私自承揽或者以其他任何方式直接承揽导游业务,进行导游活动。一经发现,愿接受吊销导游证之处罚。

十、带团操作按国家旅游局颁布的《导游服务质量国家标准》执行,做到上团作准备、出团有方案、下团有小结、讲解有内容、服务有标准、质量有依据。
