中专成绩考核、评定和补考的规定
1、学生必须参加教学计划所开设课程的考核。考核成绩采用百分制,以期末总评成绩记入学生成绩表,存入本人档案。
2、考核分考试、考查两种,多数科目采用两种以上考核形式。考试方式:笔试、口试、实际操作,笔试可采用闭卷、开卷、开闭卷结合,笔试以二小时为宜,有条件的尽可能统一命题、统一考试和统一评卷。考查主要是对学生学习情况的综合评价,由任课教师根据专业及课程的性质、特点,确定具体考查方式。
3、专业课期评成绩由平时考核(占10%)、实践考核(占30%)、期末考试(占50%)和社会考评成绩(占10%)构成;其他课程期评成绩由平时成绩(占40%)、期末考试成绩(占60%)构成。平时考核可采取作业、读书报告、测验、课堂提问等方式。
4、毕业设计或毕业实习的成绩,按百分制记入学生成绩表,优秀毕业设计必须通过公开答辩,由学科毕业设计评议组确定。
5、考核不及格,必须补考。补考费每门20元。补考不及格的,可申请第二次补考,第二次补考仍不合格的,允许毕业前补考一次。
6、因特殊情况不能参加考试,经教务科批准,可缓考。擅自缺考、考试违纪作弊,该门课程成绩为零分,不再给予正常补考。确有悔改表现,经本人申请、教务科批准,毕业前给予一次补考机会。

1、成绩考核本着全面、公正、公开、合理、经常的原则。
2、成绩考核形式一般有考试、考察、评语等形式。
3、考试一般包括期中、期末考试和平时考试相结合,学校要认真组织好期中、期末的统抽考,教师要坚持单元过关考试,要定期考试与不定期考相结合,以便及时反馈教学信息,提高教学效率。
4、考试、考核内容要符合课标规定,突出“双基”和能力培养,做到难易适中,题型科学,有一定梯度。
5、考察一般有提问、答题、实验、制作、操作形式进行。
6、成绩考核要纪律严明、标准统一、答案多样、评价公正、客观、合理,各种考核要及时反馈讲评。
7、学期末要对学生进行综合评价,认真填好《学生素质发展报告册》,以第三人称的写法,用激励性语气写好评语。
8、要积极探索、考试、考核的方法改革和实验,充分发挥考核督导和反馈作用。

金工实习的成绩的考核和评定标准
(一)金工实习总成绩评价方式:
学生金工实习总成绩分为优秀(90分以上)、良好(80-90)、中等(70-80)、及格(60-70)和不及格(60分以下)五个等级。
(二)金工实习总成绩构成:
金工实习总成绩按“工作态度”、“车工实训”、“钳工实训”和“实习报告”四个方面进行评定,各项占得比重为“工作态度”10分、“车工实训”40分、“钳工实训”30分、“实习报告”20分,总分100分。
1、工作态度(10分)
工作态度指学生遵守《金工实习学生守则》的情况,主要包括安全意识,组织纪律性,公益劳动态度,是否服从治理等方面内容。其综合评定分五个档次: 1)10:能模范遵守《金工实习学生守则》中的各项规定,有高度的安全意识和组织纪律性,积极参加公益劳动,并能协助指导教师进行治理。
2)8:能严格遵守《金工实习学生守则》中的各项规定,有较高的安全意识和组织纪律性,积极参加公益劳动,服从指导教师的治理。
3)6:能基本遵守《金工实习学生守则》中的各项规定,有一定的安全意识和组织纪律性,参加公益劳动,服从指导教师的治理。
4)4:能基本遵守《金工实习学生守则》中的各项规定,安全意识和组织纪律性较差,不能主动参加公益劳动,不能严格服从指导教师的治理,缺勤较多(迟到、早退、脱岗等现象超过三次;无故旷工超过一天;包括病、事假在内的缺勤天数未超过实习总时间三分之一)。
5)2:不认真遵守《金工实习学生守则》中的各项规定,安全意识和组织纪律性较差,不能主动参加公益劳动,不能严格服从指导教师的治理,缺勤较多(迟到、早退、脱岗等现象超过三次;无故旷工超过一天;包括病、事假在内的缺勤天数未超过实习总时间三分之一)。或出现过人为较轻的安全事故;
6)0:有严重违反《金工实习学生守则》的表现,安全意识和组织纪律性淡薄,不参加公益劳动,不服从指导教师的治理,缺勤现象严重(迟到、早退、脱岗等现象超过五次;无故旷工超过二天;包括病、事假在内的缺勤天数超过实习总时间三分之一)。或出现过人为较严重的安全事故。视实训的具体情况酌情给分。
2、钳工实训(30分)
钳工实训包括能够根据图纸要求进行划线、锯削加工、锉削加工、打孔及手工加工螺纹、熟练使用各种量具等,其中以钳工试件为重点考核部分。
(1)基本尺寸(10分)
能独立熟练完成考核工件的加工,并熟练进行丈量,考核工件尺寸公差完全符合图纸要求的为15分;主要尺寸每超差0.1mm扣2分;超差严重的,或者出现料事故的此项不得分。
(2)形位误差(10分)
形位误差包括各个表面的平面度、互相平行的侧面间的平行度、上下表面与中心孔轴线的垂直度等,各项指标都满足要求的为10分;形位误差每超差一个,扣1分;如形位误差超差严重的此项不得分。
(3)表面粗糙度(5分)
符合图面要求的为5分,具体情况视工件的实际加工情况酌情给分,如果有严重缺损、碰伤等缺陷此项不得分。
(4)螺纹加工(5分)
螺纹无碰伤、毛刺、生锈,拧合应顺畅,螺纹有效长度符合图面要 求的为5分,具体情况视工件的实际加工情况酌情给分,超标严重的此项不得分。
3、车工实训(40分)
车工实训包括车床操作的熟练程度、能够根据图纸要求制定工件的加工工艺路线、熟练使用各种量具等,其中以车工试件为重点考核部分。
(1)基本尺寸(20分)
能独立熟练完成考核工件的加工,并熟练进行丈量,考核工件尺寸公差完全符合图纸要求的为20分;主要尺寸每超差0.1mm扣2分;超差严重的,或者出现打刀、损料事故的此项不得分。
(2)形位误差(10分)
形位误差包括各外圆表面间的同轴度、轴线与端面的垂直度、各外圆表面相对轴线的对称度等,各项指标都满足要求的为10分;形位误差每超差一个,扣1分;如形位误差超差严重的此项不得分。
(3)表面粗糙度(5分)
符合图面要求的为5分,具体情况视工件的实际加工情况酌情给分,如果有严重缺损、碰伤等缺陷此项不得分。
(4)螺纹加工(5分)
螺纹无碰伤、毛刺、生锈,拧合应顺畅,螺纹有效长度符合图面要 求的为5分,具体情况视工件的实际加工情况酌情给分,超标严重的此项不得分。
4、实习报告(20分)实习报告包括实习项目简介、实习的内容及其具体的实现步骤、心得体会及其对课程结构的意见及建议。要求实习目的明确,态度端正,内容翔实,格式规范,总结全面。条理清楚、逻辑性强;着重写出对实习内容的总结、体会和感受,特别是自己所学的专业理论与实践的差距和今后应努力的方向。
具体视实习报告的实际情况酌情给分。

研究生补考规定

各学院:
根据《研究生学籍管理实施细则》,制定以下补考规定:
1、需要补考的类型:缓考、期末考试不及格(不合格)、旷考、违规或作弊等;
2、补考时间安排:补考时间一般在下一个学期的第4周,具体安排在开学的第2周发布在研究生教育学院网站的培养工作栏目;
3、补考申请程序:需要申请补考的学生于开学后第2周进入研究生教育学院网站的培养工作栏目查询补考安排,填写《研究生补考申请表》,经导师签署意见后,将表格于开学的第3周前报送研究生教育学院学位与培养管理科,审核通过后方可参加补考。未办理有关补考申请手续者不得参加补考;
4、各类补考的要求:缓考者参加下一年级的期末考试,如不及格可参加该年级的正常补考,仍不及格的,则必须重修该课程;期末考试不及格(不合格)者可直接参加补考,一次补考后仍不及格则必须重修该课程;旷考者参加下一级的期末考试,考试不及格则必须重修该课程;违规或作弊者不能参加正常补考,必须重修该课程后参加下一年级的期末考试,如考试仍不及格则按照结业处理;
5、补考成绩登记:缓考成绩及格者可按照实际成绩登记,因期末考试成绩不及格(不合格)、旷考、违规或者作弊等原因参加补考的,经补考后成绩合格者,其学位课程按70分登记,非学位课按60分或者合格(及格)登记,不合格者按照补考后实际成绩登记;
6、重修费用:因补考导致重修者,收费标准按照学校有关规定执行。
