第一篇：英语实习三

今天是5月8日，星期四，天气微凉，这对于刚刚入夏来说这是个很好的天气。经过昨天的一番感悟，觉得当班主任身上肩负着很重的担子，并不是我们仅仅从班会上得知。

今天早上昨天那位班主任直接跟我说，因为根据学校的安排，我要成为班主任助理一个月并肩负着当教学的工作。或许对于我来说这是个好消息，因为我也很想去尝试一下。所以今天我负责的内容就是考勤和监督同学们的学习。

我去聆听了班主任的教诲，他交给了很多的东西，如有同学上课看小说怎么办，首先在下课的时候教育一番让他意思到这是一个错误的习惯，并且让他做出保证，这样子不会落下他的面子，能够让他专心读书和变得诚信。这样的方法一举三得。由于午睡在宿舍，所以中午的时候得让他们好好的休息，因为中午不好好的休息，下午加晚上的学习就会让他们没有多少的激情。对于那些中午不睡觉的、吵闹的同学，必须给以严肃的批评。并且诚挚的告诉他这样子做的坏处，并且影响其他的同学，或者其他有关于其他方面的纠纷。这样子的同学必须要进行教育，将危害告诉他们，责令他们改变。晚上的时候我还得去查一下。看看他们在干吗，所以整个一天我都在执行老师给我的任务。

晚上回来看了一下表，哎呦，现在都快十一点啦，哎，我觉得当班主任挺累的，有时候我们却不懂得原来老师付出了这么多的辛勤的汗水。真想跟当年当过我班主任的老师说声谢谢，老师你们辛苦啦！

第二篇：实习(三)

2013-5-4

实习的时间已经过去一大半，每位实习生的工作也将接近考核阶段。前几天，人力资源部分别通知了各实习生所在部门领导，要求他们对部门里的实习生进行阶段性评分考核，考核项目由工作热情、专业知识、任职能力三大模块组成，各项满分10分，评分结果满分1000，三项之积。另外，还有加分项目，贡献值日均存款额。说实在的，部门领导对实习生的实际情况并不是很了解，每次实习生也都是在部门某一人带领工作的，和领导没有直接的工作联系。几乎所有实习生都在忧愁自己的考核结果，纷纷讨论这样的评定没有很大意义。其实这也不是没有道理，毕竟评分工作完全由领导的主观臆断，主观因素决定性太大了，没有其他的参考因素，不过评分也只是形式化罢了。最终的考核认定实习生正式工作的结果完全由上级行长决定。即使如此，我也为此担心了几天，一开始认为一张评分表就能决定我们的去留，领导对自己的评分起到关键作用。

我也为实习生评分表前前后后担心了一周，更糟的是我们领导没有及时查看人力部门的通知，完全不晓得有这回事，可评分表的截止时间又要到了，我也只能自己打印评分表给张总评分，当时真担心他就只给我及格分罢了，结果评分结果也让我满意放心了。可惜让我尴尬的是张总质问我怎么民生也招专科生了，当时真叫我难堪，支支吾吾的说自己正在自考本科。哎，本专学生差别就这么大吗，为什么要将门槛死死定死？话又说回来，高文凭高学历始终还是必要条件。

周五，我也将评分表送去了人力资源部，接下来的日子也只能边工作边等人力的通知结果了，真想尽早有结果。

第三篇：三、英语祝贺信

(letter of congratulation)

（一）英语祝贺信的定义

祝贺信是一种向收信人表示祝贺的信件，一般用于对方有什么喜事或取得了什么成绩，如婚姻、节日、寿诞、毕业等。

祝贺信是人们情感交流的一种方式，多写祝贺信可以使亲友同事之间加强联系，增进亲情。

（二）祝贺信的主要内容

1.祝贺事由

首先要用简略的语言写明祝贺的事由，也就是祝贺什么，为什么祝贺。必要时，也可以写出自己是怎样获得这个好消息的。

2.祝贺语

用热情的语言向对方表示鼓励、赞扬、祝福。有时，也可以有所发挥，谈一些相关的看法和建议。如在祝贺成绩的贺信中，可以分析一下对方所取得成绩的主客观原因，在庆贺婚姻的贺信中，可以谈一些自己对幸福婚姻生活的看法等。

3.结束语

正文的结尾要写上再次表示祝愿的话。如：“best regards to you.”(祝你一切都好！)“i wish you success and fulfillment in the years ahead.”(祝你事业成功，万事如意！)

（三）写祝贺信的注意事项

祝贺信的写作格式可以比照一般书信的格式，即由信头、信内地址、称呼、正文、结尾语、签名等几个部分组成。但根据亲疏关系的不同，有些祝贺信可以随意一些，比如信内地址有时可以省略，而信头也可以写得简略一些。

写祝贺信要充满热情、喜悦，说些鼓励、褒扬的话，使对方能够感到温暖和振奋。

赞美对方要做到实事求是，恰如其分，不要故意拔高，更不能有献媚的嫌疑。

祝贺信要做到整洁、大方，用词要恰当、简练，篇幅不宜太长。所用信封和信纸都要经过认真选择，要显出郑重的态度，不可过于随意。

第五篇：实习心得(三)

实习心得

（三）2011年12月5日~12月20日，是顶岗实习的最后一段时光。即将要结束这段时光了，回头看看前面走过的路，有艰辛、有顺畅;有苦、也有甜。一开始，总以为时间会很漫长；但其实，每一天都踏踏实实地去度过，就会发现：时间，其实真的是有翅膀的。因为，它总是会在你稍不留神的时候，就飞走了。

如今，即将要离开这呆了两个多月的地方了，不舍总是会有的。毕竟和那些小娃娃们，还有学校的老师们相处了这么长的一段时光。虽然我不知道，他们在过了一段时间之后，能不能把我记起来。但我想，某一天，我肯定会在某一个记忆的原点，再次把他们记起。即使是短暂的回忆，那也将是美好与永恒的。

不得不说，那帮小家伙们的确让我学会了很多。尽管很多时候，他们很调皮，上课的时候经常会开小差、讲讲小话，但依然不影响他们的天真可爱。其实，有时候想想，小学生嘛，都是自制力不太强的，40分钟的一节课，也许真的很难做到完全的安安分分。所以，有时候想想，也不能过多的把责任都推到他们头上。毕竟自己的管理方法上，也还待很大的改进。也许，找到更适合的方法了，自然也就两全齐美了吧。总而言之，方法是要在实践中不断地归纳和总结出来的。有时候，太过于急躁，反而适得其反。

同时，和小学老师们的相处和交流，也让我学会了很多。毕竟“姜还是老的辣”啊，不得不说，他们在教学上都很有一套。尽管教学风

格各不相同，但教学效果依然显著。一节课下来，学生吸收的也很多。对学生的管理，也是完全hold得住啊！有时候，真的很佩服他们，居然能把学生管得服服帖帖。当然，这些都是值得我这种新手好好的去学习的。

在顶岗实习的最后时光中，我开始不断地回顾前面的经历。我突然觉得每一种经历，都是一种难得的财富。因为从中，我都能学到或多或少的知识，甚至还有一些做人做事的原则及道理。或许在以后，我还有更很多的机会去体验更多。但不得不说，顶岗实习却也是众多体验中，较为有意义的一次。

但不舍归不舍，感慨归感慨。顶岗实习毕竟也是我人生中的一个驿站，这终究不是落脚的地方。前方的路依旧漫长，但我坚信：每一个有经历的人，都不至于找不着一点儿方向。有了各种经历作为扬帆起航的支撑，那么在前进的路上就会多一份动力，多一份勇敢。

有句话说得真的很好，“人生就是一场旅行，在乎的不是目的地，而是沿途的风景以及看风景的心情”，在顶岗实习这段特殊的旅行中，我一边欣赏着沿途的风景，一边整理着自己的心情。

整理好这一切，我也将一路前行。
