1、成绩分析

本次五年级英语考 试 成 绩 很 差。两 极 分化 现 象 比 较 严重，作为任课老师，我有着不可失掉的责任。为此，我对试卷进行了分析，下面我 结合了我的日常教学，对此次考试进行的具体而深入的分析总结。

2、试卷结构分析：

该试卷分布范围较广，覆盖了绝大部分的内容和重难点。试卷设计图文并茂，让学生在考查自身学习水平的同时。试卷内容涉及读、写，很好得考查了学生的英语学习情况。且试卷的设计有一定的坡度，能够考查学习能力强的学生与能力弱的学生，让教师和学生都发现自身存在的不足之处。

3、学生答题情况分析和典型错题分析

总体上来说，学生答题情况和平时出入并不是很大。基本上能真实反映学生的英语水平。学生出错的题目较多的是第五题的阅读，学生出现的失误较大，尤其是学困生不能理解短文的含义，平时对于学生的阅读训练也还不够。书写格式还有少部分的学生掌握得不够扎实，出现了大小写和格式的失误，比如字母w,I。

4、反思

我认为出错的原因主要有以下几点：第一：学生基础较差，两极分化很大。学生的基础知识抓得还不紧，且学困生对于英语的兴趣普

遍降低；第二，在复习的时候，训练不够多，造成部分学习能力差的学生失分严重。第三，学生单词记忆力度不够，这跟教师的英语学习习惯培养不够是有很大关系的。在接下去的教学中，需要重点抓落实单词句子的记忆和背诵，同时对于答题技巧的训练也是非常必要的。

5、改进措施：

1、教学中要继续突出学生的主体地位。小学五年级还处于英语学习的起始阶段，所以一切教学活动的设计和开展应符合学生的心理和生理特点，遵循语言学习的规律，用多种手段激发学习兴趣，力求使学生在生动活泼的课堂活动中掌握英语基础知识，提高听、说、读、写能力。

2、继续加强语音、词汇及句型教学训练。在起始阶段教师一定要使学生过好语音关，使他们牢固掌握音标和英语字母的读音规则，以提高独立学习单词的能力。在词汇教学中教师应灵活多样地运用情景教学法、词义对比法、动作演示法、形象介绍法等方法，使学生将单词的音、形、义有效结合起来，活学活用，在轻松的氛围中学好词汇和句型，为今后进一步的学习夯实基础。

3、在教学中，把交际能力的培养放在十分突出的位置。小学生模仿能力强，记忆力好，但是活泼好动，教师要利用这一特点，努力激发学生的学习兴趣，采用角色表演、游戏、情景对话、教唱英文歌曲等直观形象的教学方法，结合图片、简笔画、动作表演等教学手段，培养和发展学生的英语语言交际能力。

4、深钻教材，充分利用教材，把握教学内容的深度与广度，培养学

生的参与意识和语言交际能力;适当进行知识拓展,积累知识，及时巩固，强化训练，有效提高成绩，在积累知识的基础上提高学生能力。

5、教学中尊重学生的个体差异，不放弃任何一个学生，实行分层次教学，根据不同的学情因材施教，在抓两头带中间，使成绩差的学生有信心能“吃好”，尖子生有提升能“吃饱”。总之，抓好英语教学工作，既需要方法，更需要付出，只有不断学习、努力，才能搞好英语教学工作。在今后我会更加努力，采用多种适合学生的方式进行教学，争取能有更大的进步！

一、写作：平时应多积累好句，应用到写作中，这会使作文提高不少分。写的时候还要多加入一些感受，是文章更生动。

二、英语听力：明明告诉自己要专心，可越是这样越发无法将心思全部投入听力当中来，有时候甚至听到下一题的时候，还在回想上一题是否正确，这个毛病必须克服。平时应该多训练才好。

三、完形填空：需要耐心，而我缺乏的就是耐心，专心理解吧。

四、阅读理解：先看题目再读文章，这是初中英语老师教我的，谢谢他，这个方法挺好的。带着问题去边读边找答案。更重要的是，读文章时，不能被打扰，不能中断，不能一心二用，心平气和地做题才好。

五、平时没有养成认真检查的习惯。答完卷之后，没有认真检查试卷，马马虎虎、粗心大意，导致失分严重。
