gank
Gank，Gangbang Kill的缩写，一说为Gangbang flank的缩写，为DotA游戏中的一种常用战术，用来指在游戏中两个以上的英雄同时行动，对对方的英雄进行偷袭、包抄、围杀。这种战术在比赛中广为使用，特别在东南亚的DotA比赛中更是大放异彩。谁容易被Gank？往往容易被Gank的英雄是更加依靠装备的后期DPS，如巨魔战将(绿皮)、矮人狙击手(火枪)、黑暗游侠(小黑)、食尸鬼(小狗)、沉默术士(破法)、幻影刺客、复仇电魂(电魂)等他们往往在前期相对无力，很多还缺少逃命自保的技能，而且这些英雄后期有了装备后往往会十分强大，所以成为在前期被Gank的首要目标。谁来实施Gank？一些前期的强力法师，如水晶室女(冰女)、秀逗魔导师(火女)、巫妖、恶魔巫师、剧毒术士(刺蛇)，一些有限制型技能(如晕、减速)的英雄，如流浪剑客、骷髅王、复仇之魂(换位女VS)、冥界亚龙(毒龙)，能够隐身偷袭的英雄，如赏金猎人、隐形刺客、骷髅射手(小骷髅、骨弓)、地穴刺客（小强），一些追杀能力超强的英雄，如暗夜魔王、狼人 沙王。如何防范Gank？随时注意小地图，当你是容易被Gank的英雄且对方几个红点不在时，请注意防范，采用抱塔(龟缩在己方塔边)等战术确保安全插眼睛，在自己打钱的地方以及河道中、重要路口插眼睛。如果对面有屠夫，那么还要在屠夫容易拉钩子偷袭的地方插眼以防暗钩偷袭。如果对面能够隐身偷袭的英雄，还应该买具有真视能力的眼睛或带真视宝石和强力队友一路，让他保护你打钱。提高自己的战术意识
ganker
ganker，Gangbang Killer的缩写。就是gank的衍生词。
一些前期的强力法师，如水晶室女(冰女)、秀逗魔导师(火女)、巫妖、恶魔巫师、剧毒术士(刺蛇)，一些有限制型技能(如晕、减速)的英雄，如流浪剑客、骷髅王、复仇之魂(换位女VS)、冥界亚龙(毒龙)，能够隐身偷袭的英雄，如赏金猎人、隐形刺客、骷髅射手(小骷髅、骨弓)、地穴刺客（小强），一些追杀能力超强的英雄，如暗夜魔王、狼人。
DPS
Damage Per Second,指秒伤害。
而在魔兽争霸3的DOTA ALLSTARS地图的战术中，它的意思是攻击输出。就是高输出高攻单位
高攻单位在DOTA里多是敏捷型英雄，比如如巨魔战将(绿皮)、矮人狙击手(火枪)、黑暗游侠(小黑)、沉默术士(破法)、幻影刺客、复仇电魂(电魂)、骷髅射手（骨射）、影魔、魅惑魔女（小鹿）、黑耀毁灭者（黑鸟）敌法师 灵魂守卫 等等。其中小鹿、破法和黑鸟是智力型。
在这些DPS英雄中，绝大多数是要在游戏的中后期才得以发威的，不过小鹿和黑鸟是例外，它们的技能决定它们在前期就有很多的攻击优势。
其它的DPS英雄，需要靠等级和装备的起来才得以成长。它们大多数合成的装备有大炮，金箍棒，疯狂头盔，振奋宝石，蝴蝶剑以及最牛的圣剑+不朽之守护（圣盾系列）。
这些DPS英雄，在前期多半是很脆弱的，它们需要在其它魔法英雄的GANK中好好的保存自己。才能好好的打钱，出装备，让己方部队在后期得到攻击支持。作为一个DPS英雄其实不应该完全的在前期单独行动，有时也需要配合己方英雄去进行GANK和反GANK。
ih
IH,In House的缩写，为魔兽对战RPG地图DotA术语，可译作“室内战”，是指两队的十名选手在同一个网吧、俱乐部内进行的对战，和团战(CW)比较类似。由于队友都坐在一起，所以交流方便，能够打出十分精妙的配合，而且参加ih的玩家的水平相对比路人战要高。整体说来，ih是一个比较注重配合，体现水平的游戏模式。随着大量DotA群如雨后春笋般地涌现，ih的词义也有了拓展，现在ih主要是指一个群里面的内战，与传统的ih所不同的是，这里的ih参与者是来自各处，也并没有聚集在同一个地方，而是通过网络一起对战，只是这10个人都来自同一个群里。
CW
Clan War(团队战)的缩写，在魔兽对战RPG地图DotA中，是指两个战队间进行的比赛，由于参加战队的都是水平相对较高的人，所以团战在配合和技术上都高出路人一筹，而且团战中有着与路人战截然不同的策略。各电子竞技赛事中的DotA比赛都是团战，如CDL联赛等

叫你一眼辨别单词的方法 彻底告别中式英语(转载)2010年11月16日 星期二 23:14 请大家想一想，英语是谁发明的？英国人呗！英国人认不认识汉语？不认识！那么英国人在学英语单词的时候需不需要记住单词的汉语意思？不需要，英国人的英语课本里根本就没有汉字，何谈记住单词的汉语意思？那么既然英国人学英语不需要记住(甚至根本就见不到)单词的汉语意思，那么中国人学英语为什么要去记住单词的汉语意思呢？这种做法大家不觉得奇怪吗？
然而由于中国人学英语时都在背单词的汉语意思，因此大家反而觉不出“背汉字”有什么奇怪的了。其实仔细想一想，这个行为真的很奇怪，奇怪的根源不在于行为本身，而在于中国人普遍不会直接识别英语单词的意思，因而只好靠汉语符号来机械地帮助记忆英语单词的意思，这样去学英语不仅多此一举，而且必然会陷入苦海无边的符号记忆灾难中。
其实英语单词和汉字一样，存在着很多的“偏旁部首”，知道了偏旁部首你就可以根据它们直接来猜测单词的意思，虽不说百分之百猜准，但起码可以猜测个大概，至少在别人告诉过你单词的意思后你可以恍然大悟地领会它，这样就可以大大增强你对英语单词“见字识意”的能力，做到真正认识一个单词，而把它的汉语意思仅做为一般参考。
举几个例子来说吧：
比如单词representative，请别急着告诉我你认识这个单词，其实你不见得“认识”这个单词，你仅是凭着你的记忆力记住了这串英语字母和两个汉字符号“代表”之间的对应关系，这样去学英语你会多费劲？下面我来告诉你这个单词为什么是“代表”的意思。re在英语里是一个偏旁部首，它是“回来”的意思；pre也是一个偏旁部首，是“向前”的意思；sent也是一个偏旁部首，是“发出去、派出去”的意思；a仅是偏旁部首之间的一个“连接件”，没了它两个辅音字母t就要连在一起了，发音会分不开，会费劲，因此用一个元音字母a隔开一下；tive也是一个偏旁部首，是“人”的意思。那么这几个偏旁部首连在一起是什么意思呢？re-pre-sent-a-tive，就是“回来-向前-派出去-的人”，即“回来征求大家的意见后又被派出去替大家讲话的人”，这不就是“代表”的意思吗！这么去认识一个单词才是真正“认识”了这个单词，把它认识到了骨子里。
再举一个例子吧：psychology。
psy=sci，是一个偏旁部首，是“知道”的意思；cho是一个偏旁部首，是“心”的意思；lo是一个偏旁部首，是“说”的意思；gy是一个偏旁部首，是“学”的意思，logy合起来是“学说”的意思。因此psy-cho-logy连起来就是“知道心的学说”，因此就是“心理学”的意思。
依此类推，不多举例了，我要表达的观点已经清楚了，那就是，不要去死记硬背单词的汉语意思，而要用识别“偏旁部首”的方法去真正认识一个单词，真正认识了单词后，你会发现单词表里的汉语翻译原来其实很勉强，有时甚至根本翻译不出来，因为汉语和英语是两种不同的文字体系，两者在文字上本来就不是一一对应的，只背英语单词的汉字意思是不能真正认识这个单词的，会造成很多的后续学习困难，会造成你一辈子看英语单词如雾里看花，永远有退不掉的陌生感。
那么接下来的问题是，英语里有多少个“偏旁部首”，怎样知道和学会它们？
回答这个问题时我才发现中国人对英语偏旁部首陌生的两个主要原因，一是这些重要内容不在学校的英语教材当中，大家在课堂上学不到(这是目前学校英语教材急需弥补的缺陷)；二是少数书店里销售的有关这方面内容的书过分复杂化，动辙几百上千页，内容苦涩庞大，影响了这些常识的普及，使得本来是常识的东西不常识。其
实英语里偏旁部首的学名叫“字根”，常用的也就二百多个，它们就像26个字母一样普通而重要，就像汉语里的偏旁部首那样普通而重要，它们是学英语第一课里就应该学习的重要内容，学英语者应及早地掌握这些重要的常识，及早地摆脱死记硬背的蛮干状态，及早地进入科学、高效的识字状态。

在我看来，他们目光短浅行为愚蠢。当思考和行动的时候，我们应该把一切都考虑进去。我们应该学会如何做到具体问题具体分析。同时，我们应该做些事情使我们的环境安全。当发生不好的事情的时候，我们应该采取有效的措施把伤害或者损失降到最小。我们还应该发起一些运动以提高人们的安全意识。我们应该制定一些法律来保护人们及其财产不受伤害和损失。

When we go to school, we are taught that life is not always going well, we will meet all kinds of difficulties. Everyone hears the words, but when they meet difficulties, it is hard for them to be OK with it, they feel the life is hopeless, just as hearing is easy, while taking action is another thing. Once a famous business person said that the one who faced the failure and stood up, he or she will be successful. I absolutely believe it, we are in front of so many accidents, we need to face the setback and learn from it, every setback is a test for us, only the one who passes the test can succeed. Such as when we feel it hard to study, then give up, how can we make progress. Life teaches us lesson every minute, the adverse situation is a good chance to upgrade ourselves.
