商务礼仪是指在商务活动中,为了体现相互尊重,需要通过一些行为准则去约束人们在商务活动中的方方面面,这其中包括仪表礼仪,言谈举止,书信来往,电话沟通等技巧,从商务活动的场合又可以分为办公礼仪,宴会礼仪,迎宾礼仪等。
文化差异必然导致行为差异,不同的文化环境下也会形成不同的商务礼仪。在涉外商务活动中, 由于中西方不同的价值观、时间观、饮食观以及语言习惯等造成了商务礼仪差异。所以要达到有效交际的目标,就必须从文化差异的角度去了解涉外商务礼仪,去了解跨国商务礼仪的差异。
在涉外商务活动中,只有遵守国际商务礼仪的规则,遵守国际惯例和一定的礼节,这样才有利于我国的对外商务活动的顺利开展,有利于展现中国礼仪之邦的风貌,有利于自身事业的发展和成功。

有人曾把商务礼仪的基本原则概况为“充分地考虑别人的兴趣和感情”。尊敬是礼仪的情感基础。在我们的现实社会中,人与人是平等的,尊重长辈,关心客户,这不但不是自我卑下的行为,反而是一种至高无上的礼仪,说明一个人具有良好的个人素质。“敬人者恒敬之,爱人者恒爱之”,“人敬我一尺,我敬人一丈”。“礼”的良性循环就是借助这样的机制而得以生生不已的。当然,礼待他人也是一种自重,不应以伪善取悦于人,更不可以富贵骄人。尊敬人还要做到入乡随俗。尊重他人的喜好与禁忌。总之,对人尊敬和友善,这是处理人际关系的一项重要原则。
上午就餐注意事项: 1.商务就餐六不能
不能非议国家和政府。
不能涉及国家和行业秘密。
不能在背后说领导、同事、同行的坏话。
不能够谈论格调不高的问题,我们都是现代人,要有修养。

电话沟通注意事项:
接听电话时,亦有许多具体要求。能否照此办理,往往意味着接听电话者的个人修养与对待拨打电话者的态度如何。在通电话的过程中,接听电话的一方显然是被动者,尽管如此,商界人士在接听电话时,亦须专心致志,彬彬有礼。
在接电话时,首先要注意自己的态度与表情。虽说通电话是一种“未曾谋面”的交谈,表面上看,商务人员接电话时的态度与表情对方是看不到的。但是在实际上对于这一切对方其实完全可以在通话过程中感受到的。
电话铃声一响,就应立即跑过去接电话,并且越快越好。有人明明呆在电话边上,偏偏要“沉住气”,“摆摆谱”,让电话铃声先响上一通再说。这种态度,无疑是怠慢对方的。在国外,接电话在有“铃响不过三遍”一说。
接电话时,态度应当殷勤、谦恭。在办公室里接电话,尤其是外来的客人在场时,最好是走近电话,双手捧起话筒,以站立的姿势,面含微笑地与对方友好通话。不要坐着不动,一把把电话拽过来,抱在怀里,夹在脖子上通话。不要拉着电话线,走来走去地通话;也不要坐在桌角、趴在沙发上或是把双腿高抬到桌面上,大模大样地与对方通话。
凡事俱有分寸。接电话时,速度快,态度好,姿势雅,就是合乎礼仪的分寸。
在接电话时,其次其注意自己的语言和语气。在这个方面,漫不经心、随随便便、过分放任自己的,都是极其有害的。
