小学生英语风采大赛议程
一、龙门小学胡晓静副校长致辞
二、开发区教研室周本超副主任讲话并宣布比赛开始
三、主持人宣读比赛纪律和相关事项安排：
（一）比赛纪律
1、参赛选手必须提前到达比赛现场签到，过时不候，并视为自动弃权；
2、参赛选手及随行人员入场后，由现场工作人员从统一带领参赛选手进入考场区进行比赛。比赛完的选手请立即坐回指定位置观摩其他选手比赛，并保持安静，遵守赛场各项纪律；
3、比赛现场不提供任何辅助乐器。选手可以自备便携式乐器或道具，须自行负责保管；
4、各校可安排5-6人学生观摩比赛；
5、参赛选手和观摩学生不得中途退场；
6、参赛或观摩往返路途安全由各校带队或参赛教师全面负责。
（二）比赛相关事项安排
1、分年级比赛:五年级在前，六年级在后。各参赛学生请按抽签顺序出场；
2、选手抽签 1）.比赛出场顺序抽签（分年级抽签）2）、短文朗读抽签，抽签完毕请到评委老师处登记比赛顺序，并回到自己座位等会比赛；
3、选手必须按主持人的要求和指令进行比赛。学生在自我介绍环节不能说明我来自某某学校或姓名，但必须说明是第几号选手和第二环节题号。每完成一个环节，请举手示意主持人要求进入下一环节，待接到主持人指令后方可进行下一环节。所有环节完毕后，回到自己座位，观看比赛；
4、评委要本着公平、公正、公开的原则评分，不打“恶意分”、“人情分”，每次打完分后立即将分数交登分处，登分处立即核分，并将恢复情况报主持人。主持人在下一选手进入比赛前公布上一选手比赛成绩；各校选手个人分数之和即为该校团体总分，本次比赛设团体一二等奖；
5、宣读评分细则。

关于举办第八届“星星火炬”全国少年儿童英语
风采大赛(新密分赛区)的通知
各乡镇、办事处中心校，局属各学校：
为贯彻落实中央8号文件精神，促进我市英语教育事业的发展，为国家选拔、培养外语人才，给广大少年儿童提供展示和交流英语才能的机会，提高青少年儿童学习英语的热情，经研究，决定于2011年11月举行 “星星火炬”全国少年儿童英语风采大赛（新密分赛区）活动。现将活动有关事宜通知如下：
一、活动目的
以“热爱党，热爱祖国”为主题，通过开展丰富多彩、生动活泼的英语才能展示活动，为少年儿童学习英语营造良好的社会氛围，推动少年儿童积极参加到学习英语的活动中来，全面提高少年儿童学习英语的热情和兴趣，促进少年儿童英语教育事业发展，丰富少年儿童业余文化生活。
二、活动对象
本次活动面向全市广大青少年英语爱好者，活动设学前组、小学A组、小学B组、初中组、高中组。
年儿童参加到活动中来。
3、各单位在积极发动的同时一定要本照学生自愿的原则，不得做任何强制要求、不得向下属学校分配硬性指标。
4、各单位在填写报名表时，一定按要求分类、分年级填写。
六、报名办法
1．选手本着自愿的原则按照年级、项目由学校组织报名参赛。2．各单位报名时需认真填写报名登记表及参赛证（报名登记表、参赛证格式请在信箱xwhdzx69851229@163.com中下载，密码69851229），将电子文档（ExceL格式）和纸质文档报名表1份交到青少年校外活动中心办公室。并将电子文档发送到xinmixwhdzx@163.com信箱。
七、奖项设置：
1.按参赛选手项目、组别设一、二、三等奖并对获奖选手颁发获奖证书，辅导老师可获相应的优秀辅导员证书。
2.设优秀组织单位奖并颁发奖牌。
3.获得一、二等奖的节目或选手，可直接进入省决赛。
八、时间安排
报名时间：2011年10月11日至13日
比赛时间：2011年11月5日至6日 上午8：00 省决赛报名时间：2011年11月25日至27日 省决赛时间：2011年12月17日
全国总决赛报名时间：2011年12月24日至25日 全国总决赛时间：2012年1月28日至2月6日

“……杯”高校联合英语风采大赛
为了提高潍坊各大高校学生的英语水平，展示各大高校的风采，大学生英语爱好者协会特举办本次“„„杯”高校联合英语风采大赛，旨在提高同学们对英语学习的热情，创建优良的英语学习气氛。
一、活动宗旨：科技创新文化
二、活动流程：分为初赛、复赛、决赛。
（二）复赛
地点
时间：11月28号下午2:00（请于1：30到齐）
赛规：
1、风采演讲
主题自定，可包含与英语有关的才艺展示、模仿等，时间为2分钟以内。
2、即兴问答
从大屏幕上选择一个题目编号，进行回答（准备时间为1分钟，回答时间为2分钟以内）。
说明：每个参赛学校出一名评委。比赛之前30名选手随机抽取序号，按序号依次上台比赛，实行百分制，每个学校的第一名和除此六名之外的前四名晋级决赛。评分标准：
a)内容： 内容充实、结构清晰、完整、主题新颖、意义深刻（总分30评为根据选手表现酌情打分）
b)语音语调： 发音正确、清楚、表达自然（总分20评为根据选手表现酌情打分）c)流畅性： 表达流畅、语速适中（总分10评为根据选手表现酌情打分）d)词汇和语法： 用词恰当、无语法错误（总分10评为根据选手表现酌情打分）e)风度： 表现力强，有一定的台风并能有生动的肢体语言（总分10评为根据选手表现酌情打分）
f)交流能力： 反应敏捷、正确，能够恰当地与他人沟通（总分20评为根据选手表现酌情打分）
最后算出平均分
（三）决赛
地点：潍坊医学院浮烟山校区多功能演播厅
时间：12月5号上午9：30（请于9：00到齐）
赛规：评分晋级制
1、主题演讲与评委提问
演讲主题自定，时间为3分钟。演讲结束后，由评委根据选手演讲的内容与材料进行现场提问，限时2分钟。前6名选手晋级下一环节。
2、“看影说话”
选手选择大屏幕上的题号抽取相应的视频片段，对其影片中所表达的内容进行陈述，阐述自己的见解，限时3分钟。前3名选手晋级下一环节。
3、终极PK
就某一开放型问题进行自由表达，限时3分钟。通过此环节决出一等奖一名和二等奖两名。
说明：选手根据在复赛中的得分高低，依次上台比赛，分数高者先上台比赛。比赛实行百分制。
评分标准：
a)内容： 内容充实、结构清晰、完整、主题新颖、意义深刻（总分30评为根据选手表现酌情打分）

Welcome to listening to my speech!
First，I will introduce myself briefly!I am a member of department of information, named Wangleilei.I am glad to have this opportunity for this Language English Talent Contest, which is my honor.I hope I can make a good performance.I’m very fond of English , so I take participate in it!But , because of my weak Spoken English , today I just tell you my past.In the past few years , specially in the middle school , I’m very interested in watching TV.However , due to updating slowly ,I prefer to watching TV on line.More importantly , watching TV through the Internet is quick and fluent , and has no advertisements.So I become an Internet fan.Anyway , I feel great pity for delaying my study ,but I fall in love with the Interent , and I choose learning it.Idetermine to acquire basic knowledge of my major during my school time，in order to work on IT ,which is my dreams.As a famous saying goes, “The only key to success is closely linked to your dreams.”
