《语言战略研究》2018年第1期封面语言学是一个学科群李宇明(北京语言大学 语言资源高精尖创新中心 北京 100083)
提 要 语言学是研究语言及其相关问题的科学。语言学是一个学科群,有70 余个学科名目,涉及语言结构、语言功能、语言应用、人类语言学习、机器语言学习、语言与生理、语言与认知等七大研究领域。语言学的学科性质有科学、技术学、艺术学三大分野。语言科学横跨人文科学、社会科学和自然科学,目标是获取语言规律之“真”;语言技术学是研究语言技术、发展语言技术的学科,目标是发挥语言学之“善”,帮助社会用好语言技术;语言艺术学探讨语言运用之美,发展语言艺术和文字艺术,用“美”来熏陶社会。认识语言学的学科性质意义重大,有利于重新整合语言学的理论体系和学科体系,将研究基点由语言结构向语言运用移动,同时也有利于科学调整高校中的学科设置,有利于促进语言学向相关学科和社会进行学术辐射。关键词 语言学;学科性质;学科群;语言技术学;语言艺术学中国语言学的过去、现在与未来陈平(澳大利亚昆士兰大学 语言与文化学院 澳大利亚 布里斯班 4072)
提 要 自《马氏文通》以来,中国语言学的发展深受同时代普通语言学理论和方法的影响,前者既受惠于后者的进步,也同时受到后者的制约。1950 年代中期之后的30 余年,是普通语言学理论和方法快速发展的时期,而1980年代中期至今的30 年间,普通语言学理论和方法基本上是在前30 年划定的范围中运转,并无很多新颖理念出现。人工智能的迅猛发展和广泛应用,势必给语言学研究带来极大影响。从语言研究的基本单位来说,传统研究重点是短语和句子,今后词的研究会受到更多的重视;从语言成分之间的关系来说,相较于结构组合关系(constituency),依存关系(dependency)会受到更广泛的关注;从语言系统组成部分来说,从乔姆斯基开始句法一直是语言学核心研究领域,而今后语义、语用和社会文化因素会日益成为重点研究对象;基于用法的理论常用的许多基本概念同包括语料库语言学在内的自然语言处理研究所用的许多核心概念殊途同归,预计会得到更普遍的应用。本文同时建议,加强同语言学相关的交叉学科研究,系统总结百年来中国语言学的研究成果,将最有价值的精华部分介绍给国内外年轻一代汉语研究工作者。关键词 中国语言学;普通语言学中国语言学的立场——从《当代语言学》的角度看胡建华(中国社会科学院 语言研究所 北京 100732)

提 要 布鲁塞尔是比利时的首都,官方实行双语制(荷兰语-法语),实际上是一个多语化城市,如今城中跨国家庭和多语家庭正日趋普遍。本文简要介绍了布鲁塞尔和比利时的语言生活,对布城及周边3 个(语言)背景迥异的多语家庭的语言实践进行了讨论。调查显示,3 个家庭的内部交流方式均比他们自己宣称的要更为灵活多样。由此可见,多语家庭的语言构成比当前社会对他们的现有分类要更加复杂和多维。关键词 多语家庭;语言实践;家族语言政策“个”在英汉双语儿童中的泛化:语言输入的影响吴万华,齐汝莹(西悉尼大学 人文传播学院 澳大利亚 悉尼 2751)提 要 本研究探讨英汉双语儿童和汉语单语儿童对汉语通用分类词“个”的习得和使用,以及成人语言输入在其中的作用。虽然汉语中很多名词可以和通用分类词“个”搭配,仍然有一些名词只能接受具体分类词。以往研究发现,汉语儿童即使到了五、六岁还仍然会出现对“个”的过度使用。这种“不恰当”的使用被解释为“泛化”现象,反映了儿童基于规则的语言习得机制。然而,以往研究多采取的是诱导儿童对物体或图画数数的实验方法使得儿童产出分类词,并未研究语言输入对其产生的影响。缺乏对语言输入的分析,仅仅把“个”的泛化归咎于基于规则的语言习得机制,证据仍显不足。本文系统分析了在中国一所幼儿园收集到的历时4 个月的语料库中5 名教师、7名英汉双语儿童和12名汉语单语儿童的“个”的产出语句。结果发现,双语儿童和单语儿童对“个”的使用模式相似;同时,教师出现类似儿童对“个”的过度使用,很明显对儿童的“个”的过度使用产生了影响。然而,幼儿在某些结构中远远高于老师对“个”的过度使用也体现了儿童对规则的泛化。因此,语言输入和幼儿对规则的习得机制在语言习得中共同发挥着作用。关键词 分类词;量词; 泛化;语言输入;双语儿童语言经济学承前启后的跨学科之作——《语言政策经济学》述评张慧玉(浙江大学 外国语言文化与国际交流学院 浙江 杭州 310058)
提 要 该书首先对语言经济学的已有研究进行系统梳理,在重新思考语言经济学定义、对已有文献进行综合分类的基础上绘制了该领域的思想地图,并通过聚焦语言政策的选择、设计与评估,来突出语言政策与社会经济现象及要素之间的紧密关联。书中所选文献围绕这些关联展开,聚焦语言多样性对经济因素的影响,语言政策对社会分配的影响,双语制及其他语言制度对个体及社会福利的影响,个体语言选择对语言动态变化的影响,语言能力与国家或民族身份认同之间的关联,语言技能及使用对劳动力收入的影响,语言对全球化背景下贸易模式与人口流动的影响等议题,展开深入的跨学科探讨。所选文献表明,运用经济学及其他社会科学的理论和研究方法来研究社会中的语言、语言政策与制度,能够带来不同的见解。随着语言深度融入社会互动之中,同时掌握社会经济现象方面与语言方面的知识、并促进二者之间的交流,能够帮助我们进一步理解语言现象、语言行为及语言变化。语言政策与规划领域应当更加重视语言经济学中的核心议题,运用跨学科的理论与方法来推动本学科的普适性规律探索与基础理论体系构建。关键词 语言经济学;语言政策;语言规划;跨学科研究官方微信

ABSTRACT
To learners whose mother tongue is Chinese, they are often affected by their mother tongue while learning English.This kind of influence includes the positive transfer and negative transfer of Chinese as a mother tongue.The transfer of Chinese as a mother tongue can be reflected in many aspects in the learning of English.This paper mainly focuses on the transfer of Chinese as a mother tongue in the English vocabulary learning.In the first chapter, definitions and terms of positive transfer and negative transfer are illustrated.In the second chapter, it analyses the positive transfer of Chinese as a mother tongue in English vocabulary learning.It mainly focuses on spelling, word formation and cultural aspects.In the third chapter, it mainly talks about the negative transfer of Chinese as a mother tongue in English vocabulary learning with examples and explanations.In this chapter, this paper illustrates the spelling, lexical meanings, part of speech, tenses and cultural aspects to make this chapter clear and easily understood.At the end of this paper, it concludes that it is better for learners to make good use of the positive transfer of their mother tongue and avoid the negative transfer in the English vocabulary learning.Key words: positive transfernegative transferEnglish vocabularylearning
摘要
对于母语是汉语的英语初学者来说,母语对他们在英语的学习中有很大的影响。这种影响大体可以分为两种,一种是汉语作为母语对英语学习的正面影响,一种是负面影响,也即汉语对英语学习的正迁移和负迁移。母语对第二种语言学习过程中的迁移表现在很多方面。本文章主要探讨汉语作为母语迁移对英语词汇学习的正负迁移。本文第一章讨论了正负迁移的概念。第二章探讨了汉语作为母语对英语词汇学习的正迁移现象,从读音、构词法和文化几个方面进行了论述。第三章探讨了汉语作为母语对英语词汇学习的负迁移现象。主要从读音、词汇意义、词性、时态和文化等方面进行阐述。文章最后进行了总结,建议初学者在学习英语词汇的时候要尽量多利用母语汉语对英语的正迁移来学习,尽量避免其对英语词汇学习的负面影响。

瓷器首饰的设计研究
摘要:本文力图通过对目前世界首饰设计发展趋势的分析,希望研究出能够代表中国特色文化的瓷器首饰。
经济的发展,科技的进步,生活水平的提高,人们对首饰的要求也跟着提高,等等一系列原因导致珠宝首饰传统意义上的“ 保值 ”功能退居次要位置,代之而来的是审美、时尚、享受和健康。
尽管如此,全球化,统一化使得各国的生活方式和民族文化相互融合并逐渐趋于一致,最终导致了民族界限越来越小,民族特色首饰越来越少。面对这种情况,作为设计人员的我们唯一能做的就是宣传爱国意识,传播爱国情怀。而瓷器首饰本身就有很强烈的民族特征,在加上青花的效果和 “龙”图纹的衬托,使得瓷器首饰的民族特征更加强烈,更加有利于宣传爱国情怀的宣传和表达。
虽然目前整个首饰行业发展已经迈入稳定状态。但我相信瓷器首饰的出现将给首饰界带来另一个无限的发展空间。
瓷器首饰它是当下最流行的“绿色产品”。它危害低,环保、节能、健康。它是你我最佳的选择。

Abstract: This paper tries to discuss eyewear design from the perspective of fun spirit by analyzing the present world development trend of eyewear design.We are familiar with eyewear as a product.Now,It is not only the use of correcting short-sightedness and astigmatism, but increasingly becoming a fashion carrier embodied the fun spirit as.For the consumers, the purchase of motivation is on fashion, on personality, on decoration.China's optical industry developed fast in recent years but the whole development of the industry has not been standardized, mature.China is the world's major production base of eyewear, the world's first production, but also can not be the forefront of the field.The lack of design capabilities, blindly follow the example is an important reason.China has a long history, which are rich in spiritual wealth is unique to us.In particular, the Chinese elements is more and more popular today, the using of the Chinese elements in eyewear design creativity is a practical sense.The interpretation of Chinese elements, of course, can not remain in superficial level.This paper wants to interpret the Chinese elements with fun spirit in eyewear design, make It has new content, in line with modern consumer and aesthetic needs.Keywords: Porcelain Jewelry ;Eyewear design ;Chinese elements

本项目是为建设单位找到一个比较好的施工单位来完成本项目的土建工程。本项目许平南高速营运管理中心宿舍楼工程。位于叶县洪庄杨乡张集行政村北500米营运管理中心院内。本工程工期紧,要在11月份投入使用。施工现场狭小,现场少积水。施工要防噪音。此招标文件采用的是工程量招标方式,这种方式是国际上通用的招标方式,甲方提供了工程量的数值,投标单位就针对招标人提出的量进行报价。所以甲方承担了工程量的风险,所以在给定量时应尽量准确。本招标文件包括了工程概况、招标文件、投标文件的编制和递交、评标、合同授予以及合同格式、主要条款和各种附表,为投标单位提供了很详尽的参考资料。
