建议考生先在词汇量上多下功夫，国内高考的英语词汇量只有3500个，但SAT是给美国高二高三学生考的，两者词汇量差距不是一般大。虽然SAT一直没有词汇大纲，可业内保守估计，其词汇量要比国内高考多8000到10000个。

除了背单词，还要熟悉和适应SAT的题型。建议考生买《SAT官方指南》之类的书，认认真真做几套真题，把自己出错的地方摘录出来思考清楚。平时要培养出良好的做题节奏。SAT数学题都是先易后难，容易的题目不要轻敌，难的题目不要畏惧。

PTE：不计分的自我介绍很重要

从2013年1月1日起，中国区PTE学术英语考试报名费，调整为275美元。

这项考试自去年引入浙江以来，报名人数一直处于上升状态。它和托福、雅思一样，是考察学生英语水平的一门考试，采用的是机考模式，全年开放，考试后平均5个工作日内，考生就能收到考试成绩。最近一些因为雅思、托福没考好的学生，都会报PTE，以便赶上申请国外学校的进度。虽然报名人数增加，但因为PTE每月都会安排考试，所以目前考位充足。这个月报名，下个月就能考试。

1.道德

soft dollar：比较简单，因为题干里给的信息比较充分，基本上都能在题干中找到对应的答案；比较难的就是问一家公司要Broker直接给Hard Dollar，是否违反准则？

ROS：研究员拿公司赠品是否违反？拿走公司的访客纪念品（不贵）是否违反？

研究员发给投行部一些pitch的资料和建议，但是投行部发现该公司已经在洽谈了，如何回复该邮件？（给compliance直接发；还是发compliance抄研究员？）

还有就是评级系统里的风险标示。

道德最好看一遍书再去考，做题的时候最重要的是看题干里的说法，有很多倾向性的东西已经告诉你了，这个时候，你只要顺着题干的意思就能猜出很多答案；尤其是什么only、however之类的语气助词，里面就已经说明了出题者的判断倾向了。

2.数量

各种检验和判定：异方差、ARCH、ROOT UNIT、自相关、Cointegrated、多元代入求解预期值；六个题目各考了一个。

3.经济学

汇率的标价转换、PPP的基本原理、Forward的简单计算、Taylor公式（今年sample有现成的题，但是sample的题干已经给出了公式，但是这次考试没给出；但是题干很简单，目标经济增长率已经接近名义利率了，再加上现在的实际通胀那么高，肯定是要提高名义利率的）

4.财务

考了四道题

外汇转换的比率，外币从年初到年末升值，Current下有正的CTA，其他就是各类比例问题，比较容易区分，总之记住就是如果是外币升值，那么Current下的存货和固定资产转换成本币时都比temporal的要贵就是了；最后一小题比较难，算汇率风险敞口，理论上来说，不需要包括存货，但是子啊FIFO下，有人在考试后说Temporal的inventory要用average法，因此有汇率敞口。

Equity、Partial Goodwil、Full Goodwill的各种比较，Partial下面的EQUITY和assets会比Full下少，但是Liability和I/S的全部项目和Full都是一样的，千万不要跟Proportion的方法搞混；主要问法就是各类比例的高低问题；长总部地址：上海市虹口区花园路171号A3幢高顿教育

期资产一道题，上来问Remeasurement的影响，这个有收益应该是放OCI，同时加提折旧，考了一点Lease的，对CFO和ROE的影响。

Pension和股权激励的一道大题，一上来送分题，IFRS下expected rate变化对PBO的影响；还有就是正常的折现率变化的影响、Unfunded的计算、股权激励费用（一个是纯考Call option的变量影响，一个是问option授予期缩短对延期负债的影响）

5.CorpFin

两道题，一个是投资项目的选择和NPV比较，要注意折旧和残值的区分；WC在末期的回收；增量现金流的意义等，顺带考了一下分红政策；

另一个是收购，股份支付的溢价计算，HHI指数；永远记住A+T+Synergy-Cash=新公司股权价值；还考了股份支付之后AT股东的比例；以及合并之后的EPS算法，都是很常规的题目。

6.Equity

记得不是很全了

印象中考点包括：行业竞争的格局

FCFF和FCFE的计算

P/E比例的计算

GGM的计算

RI的计算

各类估值模型的最佳使用范围

各类ERP和股权成本的转换和计算

基本都是非常常规的问题，覆盖了Equity的全部考点，分布非常均匀，喜欢混合着从不同角度考同一个公司的不同估值模型。计算步骤不多，计算量不算大，中规中矩，是拿分的好项目，大家一定要好好把握；比13年Mock和Sample上的逆天计算题要简单多了。

因此，二级的Eqiuty一般来说不会有特别偏的考题，所有题目都是有固定模式的，数据提取、公式选取、概念对比都非常清晰，只要多做题，这些小细节都能掌握；因此，相对于财务分析里各类专题的深度来说（以财务分析的难度来说，CFA真要往死里出题，估计所有人都会考得很惨），Equity的题是二级拿分的基石，要保障自己90%以上的正确率，这才能奠定这个70%以上正确率的基础！

7.Alternative

第一个是Reits，再次印证了各种国外考试，只要更换LOS大纲，当年就必考的规律；

下午是VC和Hedge Fund；VC计算valuation的时候，居然有两个discount rate，一个是IPO往前折的原始rate，一个是未来分三种情况的现金流对应的diversification的rate。

8.Fixed Income

全部都是信用风险的题；其实说白了就是纯概念；

第一道就是惊悚的授信额度使用的问题；后面也有一些coverage和leverage的计算，总之特别的偏。一般来收，大家在信用上花的时间最少，概念也不是很清楚（leverage的计算公式有三个，分别是Debt/equity，Debt/CAPITAL,Debt/EBITDA，这种东西就是我见过CFA里编的最扯淡的一个东西），这次被考到也是倒霉。

9.Derivative

上午是考的swap和各类风险对冲，非常简单，计算量极少，对擅长于衍生品计算的我来说，很不过瘾；

下午考的是option套利定价、对冲方法和delta变化规律，核心是围绕option的delta的各种计算！！题目直接给出了BSM的计算参数而不是二叉树的模拟，在这种情况下，call的delta的就是N(d1)，put的delta对冲就是1-N（d1）。我公式记反了，记成put是N(d1)，call是1-N（d1）。反思的主要原因就是自己没有把课后题全做一遍，因此只记住了二叉树下的delta计算方法，忽略了BSM模型下的delta计算方法，因此吃了一个大亏。其他的对冲比例、delta的变化速度（gamma）之类的，就比较常规了。

10.Portfolio

这个对我来说比较难，考的一半Mean-Variance的计算，（也混了一点CAPM的内容）主要涉及就是Mean-Variance在CALCML模型的应用、和以Sharpe比率为目标的组合优化。还有一半是FactorModel的计算和概念判断。

Portfolio三个章节，Mean-Variance、CAPM及其他各类factor衍生模型、TB积极管理模型；真要深入考起来都非常难，多数人都吃不准。还好CFA考试强调广而非深，所以在这些专题上都尽量网开一面，出的题比较简单，所以做好课后题，深入理解课后题是最重要的，尤其是在那些比较抽象、难以理解的Model上面，要下足功夫理解LOS的要求。

总体评价和复习建议：

课后题最重要！！！今年有10%-15%的题超出了Notes覆盖范围，有点偏；但是多数题比较中规中矩，跟教材的课后题保持的难度非常一致，因此教材课后题的价值这次变得无限大！尤其是自己的弱势科目；财务、Equity两类权重科目；一定要把课后题全部、深入的做一遍！

Notes的重要性越来越低，这次我的复习资料主要是jc的基础班和强化班的视频和课件打基础+FinQuiz的总结考点+课后题重点题（jc给的精选，实际上还不如全做完）+09到13的Mock加Sample；完全抛弃鸡肋的Notes+PracticeExam.总部地址：上海市虹口区花园路171号A3幢高顿教育
