肯定句:She has finished her work.她完成了她的工作。一般疑问句:Has she finished her work?_Yes,she has./No,she,hasn’t.否定句: She hasn’t finished her work.3).动词的过去分词的构成:规则动词的过去式就是过去分词,不规则动词的过去分词见不规则动词表。
4).现在完成时态与一般过去时的区别:句子中如有yesterday,last,just now,in1999等过去时间词出现就只用一般过去时。5).特别提醒:句子中如有when出现,一定不能用完成时 例题:A:Jack has read the book,B:When did he read it?

教学总结
一个学期又过去了,这学期我上八年级的物理,一学期来,我认真执行学校教育教学工作计划,转变思想,积极探索,改变教学方法,在继续推进探究式课堂教学模式的同时,把新课程标准的新思想、新理念和物理课堂教学的新思路、新设想结合起来,转变思想,积极探索,改革教学,收到较好的效果。现将本学期的教育教学工作总结如下:
一、新课程标准贯穿了我的思想,走进了我的课堂
怎样教物理,《国家物理课程标准》对物理的教学内容,教学方式,教学评估教育价值观等多方面都提出了许多新的要求。无疑作为物理教师要身置其中去迎接这种挑战,是我们每位教师必须重新思考的问题。因此我不断的学习让我有了鲜明的理念,全新的框架,明晰的目标,而有效的学习对新课程标准的基本理念,设计思路,课程目标,内容标准及课程实施建议有更深的了解,本学期我在新课程标准的指导下教育教学工作跃上了一个新的台阶。
二、精心备课,全面了解和把握新课程标准
通过学习我体会到新课程标准不同与以往的教学大纲,课前认真熟读新课程标准及新课程理念的相关资料,透彻理解并掌握新课程标准,在上每一节课前,仔细阅读然后制定具体的教学方案,查阅大量的资料,根据学生的基础制定教学计划、方案、教学设计等。精心准备、认真备课,充分了解学生的学习状况,做到教学中有的放矢,不打无准备之仗。从一学期的教学情况来看效果较好,学生的各项素质有较大的提高。
三、加快课堂教学改革,探究式教学深入课堂
我深知做为教师应是课堂教学的实践者,为保证新课程标准的落实,我把课堂教学做为有利于学生主动探索的学习环境,把学生在获得知识和技能的同时,在情感、态度价值观等方面都能够充分发展做为教学改革的基本指导思想,把物理教学看成是师生之间、学生之间交往互动,共同发展的过程,我们进行了集体备课,紧扣新课程标准,和探究式教学模式。最大限度的吃透教材,认真撰写教案。积极进行了实验探索问题的实践。
四、狠抓学风,认真落实教研常规
八年级学生两极分化比较严重,部分学生对学习失去兴趣,特别是难度较大的数理两学科。大部分学生由于是独生子女比较娇惯,少数学生学习和纪律都很不好。对此,我狠抓学风,在班里提倡认真、求实的学风,严厉批评抄袭作业的行为。与此同时,为了提高同学的学习积极性,开展了学习竞赛活动,在学生中兴起一种你追我赶的学习风气。我从各方面培养学习兴趣,对那些基础太差后进生,我主动找他们去了解原因,有些是不感兴趣,我就跟他们讲学习物理的重要性,跟他们讲一些有趣的物理故事,提高他们的兴趣;有些是没有努力去学,我提出批评以后再加以鼓励,并为他们定下学习目标,时时督促他们,帮助他们;给他们进行课外辅导。经过一个学期努力,绝大部分的同学都有所进步。布置作业有针对性,有层次性。为了做到这点,我常常上网搜集资料,对各种资料进行筛选,力求每一次练习都起到最佳的效果。同时对学生的作业批改及时、认真,分析并记录学生的作业情况,将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结,进行透彻的评讲,并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法,做到有的放矢。做好课后辅导工作,注意分层教学。在课后,为不同层次的学生进行相应的辅导,以满足不同层次的学生的需求,避免了一刀切的弊端,同时加大了后进生的辅导力度。对后进生的辅导,并不限于学习知识性的辅导,更重要的是学习思想的辅导,要提高后进生的成绩,首先要解决他们心里,让他们意识到学习的重要性和必要性,使之对学习萌发兴趣。要通过各种途径激发他们的求知欲和上进心,让他们意识到学习并不是一项任务,也不是一件痛苦的事情。而是充满乐趣的。从而自觉的把身心投放到学习中去。这样,后进生的转化,就由原来的简单粗暴、强制学习转化到自觉的求知上来。在此基础上,再教给他们学习的方法,提高他们的技能。并认真细致地做好查漏补缺工作。后进生通常存在很多知识断层,这些都是后进生转化过程中的绊脚石,在做好后进生的转化工作时,要特别注意给他们补课,把他们以前学习的知识断层补充完整,这样,他们就会学得轻松,进步也快,兴趣和求知欲也会随之增加。
五、创新评价,激励促进学生全面发展。
怎样提高学生学习成绩,我把评价做为全面考察学生的学习状况,激励学生的学习热情,促进学生全面发展的手段,也作为教师反思和改进教学的有力手段,对学生的学习评价,既关注学生知识与技能的理解和掌握,更关注他们情感与态度的形成和发展;既关注学生物理学习的结果,更关注他们在学习过程中的变化和发展。抓基础知识的掌握,抓课堂作业的堂堂清,采用定性与定量相结合,定量采用等级制,多鼓励肯定,少批评。坚持以教学为中心,强化对学生管理,进一步规范教学行为,并力求常规与创新的有机结合,促进教师严谨、扎实、高效、科学的良好教风及学生严肃、勤奋、求真、善问的良好学风的形成。
本学期物理教学,虽积极认真落实学校教学常规,努力完成教学工作任务,仍有很多不足和困惑:如何减小两极分化;怎样更好的提高学生学习兴趣;怎样提高课堂教学效率等都值得深思,也是在我以后的工作中要好好探索解决的问题。

一,学生情况
本学期我继续担任八年级(3,4)的英语教学工作,本班共有学生115人,其中绝大部分学生基础比较好,而且进取心强。通过一年多的英语学习,由于基础不平衡,少部分男学生自觉性不高,认真程度也不及女学生,所以两极分化已渐出现。为了更好地搞好本班的英语教学,提高学生的英语水平,在制定本计划和设计教案的时候,必须做到以学生的兴趣为中心,寓教于乐,激发学生的灵感,促使学生积极思维并自觉地吸收和创造性地使用所学语言知识、展现自己的个性,切实完成本班英语教学工作,达到学校制定的教学目标。
二、教学目标
1.扎实基础教学 巩固语言基础知识注重过程性评价,培养学生的听、说、读、写能力。
2.缩小两极分化 做好不同层次学生的辅导工作,尤其要关心后进生,厚爱特困生,积极投入到爱心帮扶活动中去。要重兴趣、重方法、求稳定、求实效,避免出现大批掉队和过早分化现象。
3.优化教学方法 认真学习《英语新课程标准》,教学从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发,倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,发展学生综合语言运用能力,使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程。
三、教学要求及措施
1、要认真学习《英语课程标准》、培养新的课程意识并逐步将新课程理念内化为自己日常的教学行为。
2、要把语音教学作为起始阶段英语教学的重要内容之一。语音教学主要应通过模仿来进行,教师应提供大量听音、模仿、实践的机会,帮助学生养成良好的发音习惯。在注意单音的准确性的同时,还要注重语义与语境、语调与语流相结合,要为今后有效的口语交际打下良好的基础。
3、根据《英语课程标准》中语言技能三、四级的目标要求,对学生进行适当的听、说、读、写专项训练,并开展适当的综合性语言实践活动,逐步培养学生的综合语言运用能力。
4、在注重交际、培养能力的同时,不可忽视语言知识的系统学习。确保学生在达到《英语课程标准》中语言知识的三级目标的基础上,学习、掌握新的词汇和语法项目,拓展、补充相关的话题和功能项目。
5、在教学过程中不可盲目地加快教学进度。教学一定要切合实际,做到重兴趣、重方法、求稳定、求实效,避免出现大批掉队和过早分化现象。对英语学习水平不同的学生,做好“提优补差”。
6、积极参加集体备课,保证集体备课的质量。集体备课不仅仅是要统一教学进度和教案格式,更主要的是要备教学内容和教学方法,通过集体备课研究每单元的教学策略,特别注重对不同课型教学的研究。
7、课堂教学活动的设计要依据课程的总体目标(三级、四级)、体现“任务型”语言教学的特点,即让学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等参与方式,学习和使用英语。在教学中还要有意识地加强对学生学习策略的指导,帮助学生在学习和运用英语的过程中逐步学会如何学习,引导学生在学习过程中进行自我评价并根据需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。
8、充分利用现代教育技术,开发英语教学资源,改进学生学习方式,提高教学效果。尽可能利用音像、英语报刊、图书馆和网络等多种资源,为学生创造自主学习的条件。
9、积极组织开展内容丰富、形式多样的英语课外活动,如朗诵、唱歌、讲故事、演讲、表演、英语角、英语墙报等,帮助学生增加知识、开阔视野、发展个性、展现才能。
10、课后做好不同层次学生的辅导工作。对英语学习水平不同的学生,要做好“培优补差”。
11、重视形成性评价,并注意评价的正面鼓励和激励作用。学期、学年的终结性评价应全面考查学生综合语言运用的能力,笔试要增加具有语境的应用型试题,减少单纯的语言知识和语法知识题。
