教师通过自己准备的单词卡片来对本课进行教授。

1)首先,教师出示一些旅游景点的图片,让学生进行快速抢答,说出这些景点的名称。然后通过景点来复习城市名称。

一、Warming up

2、重复第四模块的诗歌两至三遍,鼓励学生一边说一边模仿动作。

A、正式学习课文以前,老师向学生提出问题;Who is the birthday party for? What is Daming doing? What is Simon playing? Who is coming in the door? Who is singing? Who is laughing? B、将自制的课文挂图贴在黑板上,播放录音,学生听完以后,请学生尝试回答前面提出的问题。

C、学生打开书,老师再次播放录音,学生边听边看书,同时用笔勾画出课文中的生词,并猜词义。针对某个词老师做讲解或让学习较好的学生提供讲解。D、老师请学生看活动1的第一幅图画,请一位学生描述Daming正在做什么,另一位学生描述这时又发生了什么事情,请第三位学生将前面两位学生说的话连成一个句子。提醒学生中间要用but来连接,强化学生对 but的理解,再让学生描述后两幅图画。

三、Practice

1、分组练习描述活动1的三幅画面,然后进行小组比赛,看谁说得又快又准。

1、任务呈现与课文导入

A、分组进行“拼句子”游戏。学生四人一组,其中一人说出主语,另一人说出相应动词be,第三人说出动词的现在进行时,第四人说出事件发生地点的单词或短语。看哪组说得快,说得准,哪组获胜。

B、老师出示SB Unit 2活动1 中“一个正在吃饭的女孩”以及“电话铃在响”的图片,让学生分别描述一下每张图片的内容,然后把两张图片拼在一起说:“如果把这两张图拼在一起,应该怎么描述呢?”请学生试着说说然后看课文。

2、课文教学

A、向学生说明:途中的人物正在做某件事情的时候发生了一些意外情况,提醒学生运用but并向学生解释说明图3的圆框中是一个高温图标,而图中的女孩又是大汗淋漓,引导学生说:It’s very hot.It’s getting very hot.B、老师放录音,学生听听自己的理解是否与录音中的一致,再放一遍录音,让学生跟读。

一、热身复习

1、教师与学生热情问候.然后引导学生谈谈自己的偶像以及偶像最能吸引自己的才能是什么。其目的是引导学生练习使用can 和can’t 进行交流。

二.任务呈现与课文导入

1、教师想学生展示自己儿时的照片,然后和学生聊聊自己小时候能或不能做的事情,从而引出“could”,“couldn’t”.要求学生跟读,要求学生能够理解和书写could以及couldn’t.2、教师问学生是否知道Helen Keller,如果有学生知道她的故事,可以请学生先来讲关于Helen Keller的故事。然后再回到课文,看课文介绍。告诉学生学习完课文以后,教师会请同学来讲述Helen Keller的故事。

三、课文教学

1、呈现第一单元活动1。先请学生听录音,并勾出课文中的生词。

2、先鼓励学生根据上下文猜测新单词的意思,教师再进行教授。要求学生跟读,然后在请个别学生进行朗读,以便纠正学生的发音。重点要求学生能识别,理解单词born, child, as, later, drew, letter, herself, all over, world, model

并能书写单词could。

3、再次播放录音,让学生就自己理解有困难的地方进行提问。然后教师针对课文中的难点进行讲解,也可以当然也可以请程度较好的学生进行讲解。重点要求学生能用Helen Keller was born in America in 1880.这类语句来介绍人物。教师可以先做一写示范,再请学生进行练习。

4、播放课文录音,逐句停顿,请学生跟读。

6、请学生完成AB第一单元练习1, 然后进行集体订正。

7、请学生完成SB第一单元活动2。学生可以先听录音再进行模仿朗读。

四、任务完成

1、完成SB第一单元活动3。先请学生看活动3中的图片,然后相互讨论,进行Helen Keller故事的讲述。教师进行现场指导。最后让个别学生进行展示。

五、课后作业

1、完成AB第一单元练习3。请学生进行选词填空。

2、完成AB第一单元练习4.教师告诉学生根据自己的实际情况填表,然后完成调查。模仿示范对话与同伴进行交流。教师可以在课堂上先与学生做些示范。

第二课时(40分钟)学习内容:

教师告诉学生:“今天我们要自己来写一段自己的个人简历。现在我们首先来学习一位盲人的故事。”

三、课文教学

1、请学生看SB第二单元活动1中的介绍,然后请同学来读一读活动2中的问题。确定学生能理解活动2中的问题。然后播放录音。请学生在听短文的过程中,记录活动2中问题的答案。学生可以进行两人一组的讨论,最后请学生回答问题,教师做及时评价。

2、完成AB第二单练习1。请学生将问题与答案进行连线。

3、完成SB第二单元活动3。请学生参照活动2中的练习进行关于Louis Braille的采访。教师可以先与程度较好的学生进行示范。然后在让学生两人一组进行采访,最后展示。

4、教师可以想学生介绍一下关于“布莱叶盲文”的知识。

四、任务完成

完成AB第二单元练习2。请学生根据自己的情况来回答问题,然后可以参考这些问题的内容来写一段个人简历。教师先进行示范。然后学生独立完成,教京 师进行现场指导。

五、课文学习

播放SB第二单元活动4韵诗的录音。引导学生参考插图来理解歌曲的大意。再次播放录音,请学生边听边跟读,然后鼓励学生进行集体朗诵并加上一些自编动作进行表演。

六、课后作业

1、完成AB第二单元练习3

2、完成AB第二单元练习4。请学生参考联系3中做提供的短文内容,完成联系4。
