Good afternoon, everyone.I'm a teacher from Grade Nine.My name is Shenney.I'm happy to introduce our school English teaching situation.Firstly, English teaching time.The average number of classes in a week is six, with a period of forty minutes for each lesson.Secondly, about English class.Before class, our teachers carefully prepare for the lesson, writing down teaching plans, which contains teaching aims, importances and difficulties, as well as teaching methods.It is also necessary for the students to prepare lessons too.During the class we always encourage students to speak English as much as possible, but it is so difficult.Thirdly, about teaching methods.Teaching methods are various.One of them is Aural approach.It is the most natural way to learn a language, which is by listening.However, it is the most difficult way because nearly no parents can speak English.And teenagers don't think it is interesting to listen to the text recording again and again at home.Even they can't finish their listening homework , because the teachers don't know if they do it at home.As a result, speaking is very difficult too.Another important one is situational approach.In our present English teaching, the creation of situations are often unsatisfactory.We have the following several phenomena.1,Teachers in the design of the situation, mining materials is not enough.There are more subjective creative compositions without considering the experience of the students.2、Situation is more virtual but less vivid.It can not effectively stimulate the interest of students.3, The creation of situations has no effect on mobilizing the enthusiasm and participation of the students.It can not take into account the different levels of the students, easily lead to care for this one and lose that.Finally about homework.Listening, speaking, reading and writing, as well as vocabulary practice.In fact, most English homework should be written.Many students think that homework is boring and difficult, because of the lack of vocabulary.Just now Miss Chen gave a lesson to the pupils in Grade Five.As an example of our lesson.Let’s invite Miss Chen to introduce her class and teaching feelings.We still have a lot of trouble teaching English.As teachers, we should also continuously learn to improve our teaching skills.I'm sure this is a good chance for us to learn on how to teach English from you.So I really hope that you can share your teaching situation and give us some advice on how to teach English well.

Yuanzhuang Middle School Zhao Youli Hello!Everyone , I’m very glad to have this opportunity to talk about some of my teaching ideas.My topic is “What does he look like ?” take from book 1,Unit9 section B 2b of go for it.I divided it into five parts to talk about.They are Analysis of the teaching materials , Teaching aims of this lesson , Key points and difficult points, The teaching methods and the teaching procedures.Analysis of teaching material.This is an important lesson in this unit.In this lesson ,the students will learn some new words and phrases to describe people’s looks and they will do some listening , speaking and writing

This section is close to our daily life.so I decided to choose the situation teaching method , give the situation to the student , and they want to learn how to say it in English.Let them learn the knowledge by listening and speaking, give them more chances to practice that is “learning by doing , learning by using”.in order to make the class lively and the students can learn it easily , I will use the multi-media computer and a tape recorder as teaching aids.The teaching procedures Step 1
Warm-up Free talk between the students.Review some key words and language points learned in previous units.(Purpose of my designing : I think it’s important to form a better English
surrounding for the students and it’s necessary to provide situation to review learned knowledge.)

关于做好2018年我校教师赴国外大学参加全英文授课教学
能力提升研修班的通知
各学院(部):
为积极推进我校国际化办学步伐,着力提升国际化人才培养水平,切实提高教师全英文授课教学能力,学校与国外大学联合举办全英文授课教学能力专题研修班,具体事项通知如下。
一、研修内容
1.英语综合素质:口语表达,语言交际技巧,跨文化沟通等; 2.教学方法技巧:课前备课,课堂组织,学业评价;翻转课堂,混合式教学等;
3.教学研修实践:跟堂听课、教学观摩、示范教学等; 4.教师综合素养:高等教育发展,教师专业发展,教学质量保障,美国文化体验等。
二、研修人员
已开或拟开全英文授课的基础课教师、专业课教师。
三、研修时间及地点
1.研修时间: 2019年1月-5月; 2.研修地点:国外大学
四、研修费用
资助费用包括培训费、一次国内和国际往返旅费、一次办理签证费、国外保险费和生活住宿补贴1000美元/月;经考核合格后方可予以报销。
五、申报条件 1.爱岗敬业,身心健康,教学能力突出,教学效果良好。2.具有良好的英语沟通交流和写作表达能力。
3.来我校工作满2年且年龄不超过45周岁(1973年1月1日以后出生)。
六、遴选办法
1.教师申请。根据申报条件要求,认真填写《申报表》(见附件1),并于10月10日前交所在单位。
2.单位推荐。依据培养方案中全英文课程开课需求,确定推荐人选(每单位原则上推荐不超过3人),并填写《申报表》中“系(所)及单位推荐意见”。
3.学校遴选。学校组织专家进行遴选,遴选结果经公示无异议后予以公布。
七、相关要求
请各学院(部)于2018年10月15日下午5点前将本单位推荐人员《申报表》(附件1)和《汇总表》(附件2)加盖学院公章后报送至教师教学发展中心

The new term has begun!

I felt I can‟t fit the school‟s life before I come to school.But now, I think it impossible, new terms has many interesting things, too.Certainly, we have many themes to talk about them together.I t made us laugh.On Tuesday, it is open ceremory.It often includes that prize to students who has well performanced, maybe will get a prize.But this term, I had backslide, so I can‟t get a scholarship., it is a pity!and I can‟t get a electronic dictionary.SO I will hard study, aim at a scholarship.I was in a good mood that day!
