现在，就业难是普遍存在的问题，但日语人才本科毕业生的就业要稍好一点，而研究生市场更大，机会也更多。专科层次的应用性日语专业的毕业生更是日资企业等争夺的对象，就业前景广阔！

日语人才，就业去向哪里？

据统计，日语人才在各行业的就业比例为：日资企业占50%-60%；国家机关（包括外交部、各级政府、海关、外经贸办公室和贸易促进协会等）占20%左右；大学老师和日语导游各占10%左右。

1． 进军日企很容易：

日资企业在东南沿海城市，诸如大连、烟台、青岛、苏州、无锡等都有分布，今后在中国的发展潜力很大，很多同学都把进入日企作为自己职业生涯的开始。

但是，日本公司的工作风格与国内、欧美都有差别。日本公司的老板工作讲拼搏，加班加到十一二点是常有的事，也要求员工同样勤奋，有奉献精神，绝不可斤斤计较；日资公司喜欢把工作的目标、进程订得细致清楚，然后一丝不苟地按部就班完成，不喜欢任何人标新立异；凡事须向上司汇报，问准方可行动。

因此，要想成为管理规范的日资企业中的一员，在面试中就要注意这些特点。

第一，守时。

“面试成功的秘诀是了解日本人守时认真的性格特点。”如果面试时间定在下午1：30，那么按照日本人的思维习惯他会在1：25左右到场，而参加面试的你也必须提前三五分钟到场才行。在日本人看来，守时是一个人的必备品质，如果面试已经开始，你才匆匆忙忙赶到，那么你不用拿出简历就已经被炒了。

第二，注意细节。

要穿戴整洁，不能蓬头垢面；着装要得体，到不同性质的企业面试或竞聘不同的工作岗位要穿不同款式的服装，最好穿职业装。面试时眼睛要直视面试官，不能左顾右盼，否则日本人会认为你并没有在听他讲话，这在他看来是非常不尊重人的。面试时要“站如钟，坐如松”，双手一般放在身前，充分展现自己积极向上的精神状态。最后，无论面试成功与否你都要对面试官道谢（どぅもぁりがとぅござぃました）和道别（さょぅなら）。

第三，知道自己想干什么。

在中国，一般的面试过程是你把简历交上去，等待用人单位给你安排工作岗位，或者是你根据用人单位的需求觉得自己可以胜任才去面试。可是日资企业的面试却不是这样的。参加面试之前，你需要清楚地知道自己的优势与劣势，然后对面试官“坦诚相告”。比如说：你是一个性格内向的人，不善于与人交流，但是逻辑思维能力和电脑操作能力却很强，面试时你需要把这些都告诉面试官。但是不必担心，你不会因此而失去在日企工作的机会，相反你会找到更适合你的工作岗位，比如：文字翻译，财务总监，计算机中心负责人等等，这些工作会比公关经理或人事部经理更适合你。曾经在日企工作两年，后来又在日本留学四年的崔平老师说：“日本老板的想法是工作岗位要因人而异，他们希望充分挖掘每一位员工的潜能，让他们在适合自己的岗位上为公司创造更大的利润。”

如果你已经顺利通过面试，那么恭喜你了！但是对于接下来的考验也不能掉以轻心。一般的日资企业都不会“养”一个专职的翻译，尤其是中小型的企业，它们更多的是需要“多面手”，你的工作也多是翻译兼秘书，或兼某个部门的负责人等等。所以进入日资企业之后还要多角度的锻炼自己，注意培养实践能力和创新能力，这是日本老板最看中的两种能力，也是你在日企站稳脚跟的筹码。

2． 日语+IT很光明：

日本的IT业发展速度之快是有目共睹的，因此“日语+计算机”的复合型人才将十分走俏。近几年美国通用（GE）公司、美国戴尔集团的亚洲分部纷纷把原来在日本的业务拿到中国大陆来做，他们对既通日语又懂计算机的人才的需求量很大。

如果你对计算机感兴趣，可以参加微软的一些计算机认证考试，然后向IT业发起进攻；同理，如果你对法律感兴趣可以参加全国司法考试，然后去竞聘翻译兼法律顾问等职；如果你对会计学感兴趣，可以去考ACCA（英国注册会计师）等会计师考试，然后去胜任翻译兼财务总监等职。总之，你在学好日语的同时，培养好自己的兴趣，并争取有一定的造诣，这样会使你的就业前景更加光明。

3． 其他去向也灿烂：

前些年对于日语人才的需求主要来自大连以及东北其他一些对日交流比较广泛的地区，但这些年，南方一些城市，比如深圳、广州、上海（尽管上海很难进）的一些独资企业、合资企业、商社、旅行社对日语人才的需求量都比较大；像烟台、威海、青岛等北方的沿海城市对日语人才的需求量也比较大。另外，国家部委、各省市政府机关对日语人才的需求量有增无减。比如今年3月中旬，烟台市政府从大连外国语学院要了本科毕业生20人，他们将被聘为烟台的区级政府机关和街道社区的日语翻译和经贸谈判人员，尽管没有日资企业的待遇丰厚，但是却反映了国家对日语人才的重视程度在不断提高。
