一、在上船之前
上船之前，（我把那些骗子公司、皮包公司、信用不好的公司、黑心公司统称为苍蝇）苍蝇会到处搜集高级海员的信息，搜到你的信息以后会很热情的和你联系，这时你不要晕，警惕性要提高。
行骗方法一：先稳住再说。
这种方法是先跟你说，我们公司现在急需您这样的人材。要派你上什么样的船，船况很好！薪水很高！航线很好！！船上的生活条件好的不得了！！您赶快过来吧。你真的去了以后，到了他们中介公司，他们根本没有船；他们会说，那个船已经有人了，要不我再给你安排别的船吧。一般人都会因为大老远的跑了一趟，又没有人给报销路费而不甘心。只好听从他们苍蝇的安排，在他们公司附近找个旅馆住下，等他们再给你联系别的船。最后的结果肯定会是没有令你满意的船。上海隆卿公司就是这么个例子！
行骗方法二：胡说八道。
苍蝇从各种途径上联系一些高级海员都不愿意上的破船很容易，而要找船况、航线、船东管理水平、船东信用、工资水平都好船不容易，因为好船不需要委托中介公司帮忙招高级海员。这样的好船，高级海员们服务过一次之后，肯定还会想方设法的再回去，或者给自己的朋友介绍。苍蝇联系到了破船之后，就要去联系高级海员了，如果苍蝇实话跟你说船舶状况，就会把高级海员给吓跑，船龄快到了35年的祖宗船，大连威兰德、上海申满这样的臭名昭著的公司，中东、南非这样的吓死人的航线。。谁听了都要打寒颤。这样条件的破船经过苍蝇播音员的嘴说出来的会把79给说成97，船东是台湾、香港...，航线东南亚。多么诱人的条件，这种行骗方法结合行骗方法一，刚作自由高级海员的高级海员兄弟一般都会上当。行骗方法三：挂羊头，卖狗肉！
比如大连威兰德、上海申满这样的公司臭名昭著、如雷贯耳！如果他们打着自己的旗帜招高级海员，他们当然只能喝西北风了。他们就挂靠一个比较有名气的公司，狐假虎威的蒙人！大连威兰德挂靠的是大连中海；上海申满挂靠的是上海华洋。不过允许这样的苍蝇公司挂靠的公司也不是什么好鸟。
二、上船以后
上船以后，船况航线等都包不住以后，苍蝇会想尽一切办法把你给留住，这时不要心疼一点路费损失，也不要轻易把证书交给苍蝇，更不要听信苍蝇说的给你补偿、加薪等鬼话。要果断行事！此时最忌讳优柔寡断！
行骗方法一：携证要挟。
当你到了接船港口以后，苍蝇会以办出境证明、办理健康证、办理巴牌等为借口要你的证书。上了船，当你知道上当以后，你要求回家，苍蝇不会那么痛快的把证书还给你的。这时只要你稍微有点口软，苍蝇就会死叮不放，直到你同意给他们服务一个航次，一个月。。如果就是不松口，坚决要回家，这时可能会招来一顿毒打！（当然不会在船上打给其它高级海员看，所以你离开船之后要马上打的逃离。）
行骗方法二：假加薪。
当你口气软了以后，苍蝇看到有转机，他们会以加薪来诱惑你。一般这只会是口头上的，将来你作完合同了他们又不会承认他们的口头承诺。
行骗方法三：帮你换证。
我们自由高级海员的证书都要我们自己去更换升级。升级需要资历。我们高级海员很少有门路去搞假资历，更少有门路认识海事局的人。所以我们一般只有实实在在的去熬资历。如果苍蝇承诺给你做假资历，给你提前六个月换出证书。谁的头脑不会发热？上海申满最会使用
这一招。这些都是陷阱。千万不要相信。如果资历差一两个月海事局有时也会睁一只眼，闭一只眼。放行！不过资历差六个多月，神仙也帮不了你。
行骗方法四：高额保证金、高额家汇。
以前保证金和家汇一般公司都会有，不过每月100美元就够了。现在已经没有保证金和家汇这种做法，除非你自己提出要求家汇。如果苍蝇要求好几百美元保证金，和不小数目的家汇时一定不可以答应，尤其是中东、非洲这样的几个月才可以回国一次的航次。他们这是在为以后黑你作铺垫。
三、下船
下船时一定要把应该领走的薪水、劳务费...都领走。不要听信苍蝇说的“我们公司是很正规的公司，我们公司每个月的某某日子财务结算。你先回家，回家以后把你的路费单子给我们公司寄过来。我们将来把你未结清的工资、劳务费和路费一次性打到你的帐号里。”****!千万不要相信！看我慢慢给你分解！
行骗方法一：调虎离山。
快要下船了，到港后，第一件事是赶快查查家汇部分有没有到帐。你休假时苍蝇想尽一切办法把你哄离船。当然是太公钓鱼。这时如果你相信他们的鬼话，什么钱都不要就离船那你就真的成了那条蠢鱼了。正规公司都是在你下船时把你所有的收入都给你结算的清清楚楚。不会有拖延的。不要相信他们的理由和承诺！到手的钱才叫钱！
行骗方法二：肉包子打狗。
下船之后，他们还要求你把路费单据寄给他们。这些都只是泡影。他们向船东报销路费了，可是钱进入了他们自己的腰包。这些钱和保证金、家汇都成为了千年不赖，万年不还的死帐。行骗方法三：牵着鼻子走。
你回家以后，时间到了苍蝇承诺把剩余的没有结清的钱打到你帐户里的时候了。你去银行查，咦？没有到？打个电话问问！理由一！OK，再等等！再查，还没有到？打个电话再问问！理由二！OK!我相信你，再等等，再查还是没有到？......我来说句话吧！兄弟你不要再白忙活了。钱!他们不可能给你了。再找个信用好的，船况好的，航线好的船出海吧!
四、翻脸
当你彻底看清苍蝇的嘴脸以后你和他翻脸了，打官司，你有时间吗？你要到苍蝇所在的城市对吗？你去了不怕他揍你吗？路费、住宿费谁给你报销？你有充足的证据吗？劳动官司有效期是三个月，过了吗？你有很多的闲钱向衙门里扔吗？没有辙吧？干生气，不行！我要骂骂他，解解气！他们是什么人哪？他们的脸皮可以给航天飞机当防护层。又被他们气回来了。“骂我的人不只你一个人，小子！要搞我的人多着了，多大的JJ我没有见过？我怕你一个小毛孩？”——武汉兴盛洋吴女士名言！我吐！我吐哇、吐哇！吐习惯了就好了。
我再谈谈我求职找好船的一些经验！
好的船也很多，象有的公司自己有高级海员，正好赶上某段时间自己公司的高级海员都去考证；或者小公司发展壮大，以前都是小船，现在开始买大船，一时没有带甲类证书的高级海员；再还有公司没有对公司的发展计划好，以前只有几个船，现在又开始买船，以前没有作好高级海员储备；再还有一些国有大公司，自己公司的高级海员已经剩余，领导把高级海员需求名额交给中介公司，然后收取中介公司的回扣....这些情况都给我们自由高级海员提供了很好的机会。
找船有以下几点经验：
一、就近原则
最好是接船港或者是公司所在地离你家不远。如果是接船港离家近，上船前不要签合同，等上了船以后看一下船况，看一下生活水平、待遇，和高级海员们聊聊，如果不满意马上回家。因为离家近，路费寥寥无几，不会心疼。更近一点，还在自己的势力范围之内。如果苍蝇敢先无赖，马上找人揍他。如果是公司离家近，下船后，公司一般不会赖你的钱，一方面是我们高级海员可以经常去要钱，二方面他们也会担心你在地方有势力，会找他们的麻烦。
二、多听多看
无论在网络上看到有人骂某公司，或者是口头上听到高级海员们议论什么公司不好。我们都要整理记录下来。别人在这些公司吃过亏，我们就没有必要再冒险。对待高级海员们的牢骚、发泄，我们要采取宁可信其有的态度。有句话叫无风不起浪！更何况据我的经验这些被骂的公司100%不是什么好鸟！我曾经在网络上看到过骂上海申满的贴子，有一次上船，叫我上船的是上海华洋，我去了上海以后我才知道上海华洋把高级海员业务交给了上海申满，上海申满成了上海华洋名下的一个子公司。我当时很矛盾。一方面我看到过骂申满的贴子，一方面上海华洋是个很有名气的大公司，这么大的公司应该很正规，不会坑害我们高级海员。可是在我上船时就发现上当，没有办法，证书落到他们手里了，要不回来了，给他们服务了四个月后，才得以下船回家。在这四个月里，他们的丑恶嘴脸我看的清清楚楚。上海申满是个最垃圾的公司。真后悔当时没有对骂上海申满的贴子采取宁可信其有的态度。
另外在网络上我们看到的贴子，有很多的网民回贴是站在苍蝇的立场上说话。对这些贴你不必要理会。因为我们高级海员上网的时间很少。说句话不容易，而且多数的网站都是以赢利为目的，只要苍蝇给钱了，网站就把对苍蝇不利的贴子给删除了。而他们这些苍蝇天天泡在网上，他们有很多的时间、精力去注册很多的身份，编很多的故事来蒙蔽我们。所以苍蝇比我们高级海员更有“舆论”优势。越是说某个公司好的贴子越有假。因为如果有这样的好公司，高级海员们肯定会回头去干，生怕别人抢了饭碗。怎么会把“肥水”告诉别人呢？
三、多观察
上船看看船上的生活水平怎么样？如果连生活设施都很简陋，床上的卧具都很破烂。这样的船一定不要上，改善一下生活设施花不了多少钱。如果老板连这么点都不舍得花。他还怎么谈人性化管理？这个公司肯定是唯利是图的。贪心大了就肯定会黑我们高级海员。
四、多试探
上船前到了集合地时马上要求报销路费。如果他就是不给报，或者搪塞，那么不要上，这说明他们心虚，怕路费报销了，你上了船后不满意，要离开，他们白白的给你了路费。
五、保持主动权
除非时间紧，不要在上船之前把证书给他们，（办理健康证、出境证明、外藉证书等等复印件足够了），最好是在办理出境前能上船看看，这其实不难！上船之前不要签合同。如果他们催促你在上船之前签合同、办出境手续、交出证书那么这个船一般不是什么好船。
六、要果断
上了船以后，发现船况、生活环境、口碑....等有任何一样不满意，马上提包走人。不要和苍蝇谈判，尤其是谈加薪最蠢。现在新船很多，只要上网登记个信息，再等半个月的时间，总是能找到自己满意的船的。
我希望高级海员兄弟们，尤其是职务高级海员，一定要硬起来。对信用不好的公司要封杀，对破船、旧船、危船、沙滩船要拒绝。使我们航运业的环境干净起来。把破船、旧船、危船、沙滩船挤出航运市场。其实这并不难，我们高级海员晚一天不上船，只不过是少赚一天的钱，而船舶一天找不到高级海员，就一天开不了航，哪怕是少一张三副证书或者是少一张四轨证书。一天的损失是成千上万，甚至是十几万。更多防骗技巧可以去中国船员联盟的企业点评版块去看一下,地址是http:///forum.php?mod=forumdisplay&fid=43&filter=typeid&typeid=9。
